Laid Ponytail On Thick Natural Hair X Human Hair Drawstring Ponytail Rpg Show

Hey loves today, i want to show you guys how i got my super thick hair into this sleek and gorgeous ponytail. So if you want to see how i got the look then go ahead and keep watching you want a supermodel pose like my real friend, i'm starting off with clean hair. I just got through deep conditioning and i kind of let it dry a little too much. So it's girl, shrunken up and i'm gon na go ahead and part off these front two sections of my hair. I love the sleek ponytail with the like tendrils hanging down type of vibe. So that's the look that i'm going for and i'm just parting out these sections, so i can have them out of the way when i go ahead and start to slick my ponytail now, because my hair is so thick, it's easier for me to flick. My hair back in sections, if i tried to slick all of it back at once, it would end up really lumpy and it just wouldn't go right girl it would. It would take entirely too long to do it properly. So this way is a lot easier for me. So, as you can see, i'm parting out about half of my hair in the back and i'm going to work with that section. First, i personally don't like to detangle my hair. While it's dry, i find that i experience a lot more breakage that way, so i'm moistening my hair with a little spray bottle and then i'm going in with some aloe vera gel about a quarter size amount per section and combing out from the ends all the Way up to the roots, making sure that it's detangled, because detangled hair slicks down a whole lot easier and i'm really committed to doing this process with as little heat as possible. So now i'm applying my gel, you can use whatever gel you feel comfortable with, and i like to apply it in sections throughout each section. So, even though i'm only doing the back as you can see, i'm just parting and applying the gel to the roots. Just to make sure my hair is saturated and it'll all eventually set into place once that's done, i begin brushing my hair into like a low ponytail. That'S where i want mine to sit. So i go in first with my demon brush and then i follow up with a bristle brush to make sure it's super smooth and then i'm just using a hair tie to pull the ponytail taut, and this is the base of our entire ponytail right here. I'M applying a bit more aloe vera, gel and detangling the hair and twisting it up in two sections and you'll see why later, basically, i want to have like a little tucked bun and my hair is going to be huge and like a big puff in this Ponytail, so twisting everything out of the way just makes it a bit easier and i can also go through and make sure my hair is nice and moisturized. But when i take it down now, i'm going to start working on that front section and i'm partnered into another two sections just because up here i want it to be really really really slick. You know what i mean, so i'm taking my time with this entire process. Honestly slicking, my hair down, is the hardest part of the entire style. Everything else was super easy i'd, say: slicking, my hair down took about 30 to 40 minutes and then the actual putting the ponytail on took like five. So this entire style took less than an hour and i love the way it came out. So, as you can see, i detangled this section and now i'm just brushing it with the bristle brush and connecting it with the previous ponytail and i'm taking a scrunchie and wrapping it around both of those together. And do you see how slick it got my hair? This is our last section, so i'm really going in with the smoothing on this one and as you can see, our ponytail is beginning to form you can kind of see where i'm going with it. As you can see, i'm just going in and laying the hair down in the direction that i prefer and then with a little edge brush, i'm pulling out my baby hairs ahead of time, because once everything is laid down, it's going to be so hard to get Those out without messing up the entire ponytail, so i'm just laying those to the side for later and then apply my scrunchie. The same way. I'Ve done before and continuing to twist up the hair. That'S in a ponytail y'all see my little waves honey. You see them trying to come through okay, now, with a little bit of a stronger gel, i'm using the gorilla stop because i live in texas and edge control. Just will not do right. Now i'm laying down my little baby hairs and even though you won't be able to see them if the wind blows i just like to be prepared. You know what i'm saying so we're going to lay that on down and then i'm going to proceed to apply. My scarf and since i have somewhere to go today, while my scarf is on i'm going to just go ahead and do my makeup and then i'll be right back. So i'm just going to take off my scarf now and everything is pretty much dry. I just you know i got ta go so i took about 30 minutes on my makeup and getting dressed and now we're going to go ahead and finish up the ponytail. It just kind of looks like a scrunchie, i'm running the flat iron through the ends of the ponytail, just to give it a little bit of shape and then tying down the base of my ponytail to allow it to finish drying. As i straighten out the front. Two sections make sure that you're applying your heat protectant if you're going to apply heat on your hair, so i'm using this moroccan oil one and drop your favorite heat protectant down below in the comment box.
