Day and welcome back to my channel so today i'm going to be showing you guys how i achieved this simple and easy two ponytail look with the zigzag part. This look was super quick and easy to do. It maybe only took me about 15 to 20 minutes to achieve so. If you want to see how i got this cute fun and flirty look right here, then please keep watching. Please don't forget to like and subscribe for me. Thank you guys in advance. Now, let's get into the video all right, i'm going to be showing you guys what i'll be using i'm going to be taking this 20 inch wavy texture track that i just picked up from my local beauty supply store, i'm not sure exactly what the brand is. I threw the packaging away not too long ago, but um yeah. This is a 20 inch wavy texture track and i got the wavy texture because with me being a kinky curly, hair girl anytime, i stick my hair up or back. It turns into the wave pattern. Just like this track, so that's why i chose that you're going to need a bristle brush a wide tooth comb, a rat tail comb, a toothbrush or edge brush. I personally am going to be using the toothbrush just because i feel like it works better than the actual edge brush a few bobby pins. I may have used like four to six of those any styler of your choice. I'M going to be using the olive oil eco, styler gel and a spray bottle full of just plain water, a couple of ponytail holders and now, let's get started, i'm going to go ahead and take my hair down and i'm just going to begin to spray it With the plain water in my spray bottle, just because, with having natural hair, it's easier to style when it is saturated when it's wet, i'm gon na really get in there and saturate it spray spray spray to where it's literally. My whole hair is damp all right. Now i'm going to take my white tooth comb and begin the zigzag part with the zigzag part, i'm just going to literally go in a zigzag motion. I have tried so many times to zigzag the back of my hair myself, but with me not being able to see, i just ended up doing a straight part in the back, so yeah it's really hard when you can't see all right and i'm just going to Pull one side of my hair to the side and begin to style this side, all right, gon na give it just another couple of sprays. Your hair can never be too wet. At this point, it's just so much easier to do once it's wet, i'm taking the eco styler gel all rubbing it all over the palm of my hands and just coating this whole side of my hair with it. Okay, now i'm just taking a little more gel and going right along the lines of the part just to get a more defined part. Now, i'm just taking my bristle brush and just brushing my hair up to get it nice and smooth. Once you get your hair into the desired position that you like, which i like mine, on the top of on the very top of my head, i take my ponytail holder and begin to create a bun. So i loop my hair through and on the last loop of the ponytail. I take that piece of hair twist it around and then that's going to be the final loop on my ponytail to create a small bun all right. We have that side down for now. So, moving on to the other side, it's literally going to be the exact same steps all right. Now we have our two buns ready for the track. The track is actually folded in half. So what you're going to do is take a bobby, pin and put that bobby pin through the closed end of that track. As you can see that i'm doing here, it should look like this, and once you have that bobby pin in the closed end of the track, take the pin and slide it underneath your bun and once you have it in a position that you like go ahead And start wrapping that track around the bun and as you're wrapping make sure that you have a tight grip on the track. The track should be tight around the bun you're, just going to keep wrapping and wrapping and wrapping and wrapping until you get to the very end of the track. When you get to the very end of the track, you're going to take another bobby, pin and just secure the end of the track in place like so alright, and once you get it secured, go ahead and adjust the hair to make sure that the bun isn't Peeking through at all, just play with it until you get it looking how you want it to look moving along to the other side, we're going to repeat the exact same steps. Take that bobby pin slide it through the closed end of the track, then slide that pin underneath your building and keep wrapping and wrapping and wrapping all right. Once again, once you have the end of the track, secured just adjust the hair to make sure that your bun isn't peeking through. Now, i'm just going to take a piece of the track from underneath the ponytail and wrap it around the ponytail just so that the tracks are not showing at all, and once i get to the end of that piece of hair, i'm just gon na bobby pin It into place for the final step, i'm just going to take my toothbrush and dip it in my eco styler gel and begin to do my edges. I am getting these edges nice and fleeky. Okay. This is actually my favorite side to do my edges on. Is that weird? Do anybody else have a favorite edge side, or is it just me once i have taken the time to perfect my edges, i'm just taking a scarf to place over them to set the edges into place. I let the scarf set for maybe a couple of minutes and then i'll remove it all right guys. This is going to be the final product. I'M just standing up here to kind of show you how long the hair actually is on me. I really love this. Look it's just such a fun girly and really easy look to pull off yourself. I hope that you guys found this tutorial really helpful, stay tuned for my next video, because i'm actually going to be showing you a couple different ways that you can actually style. This same look, thank you so much for watching and don't forget to hit that subscribe button.
