Styling Caps With Long Hair

Hi, it me hi fellow evaders, what's up so the other day, someone from the staff chat Pham actually snapchatted me and they were like hey. You should do a video tutorial on how to style your long hair with hats, and I was like woah why you asked me to do so much chill just kidding, though I I actually was the one who was like. Oh my god, that's such a good idea. Thank you, my friend and yeah. I need to calm down, sometimes anyways. I should have checked who the person was. Who said that to me before. I start filming this, but I just want to say thanks for the idea and if you were, that person leave it in the comment and I'll. Thank you there, but anyways back to the video. I just recently started wearing hats more often just because I don't know I kind of like them and kind of like I don't know, I go through phases of what I usually wear and now I guess it's just like hats all the time I used to wear Hats, a lot when I was in the process of growing out my hair, just to like cover it up when it was looking kind of bad. Today is a perfect day to show you guys this tutorial, because my hair's not looking that great today so yeah. This is how I style my long hair with hats, so for this tutorial I am going to be using this Nike, no 20x eye, whatever kind of hat. This is oh wait this, like a Nike dolphin at, but this is you my go-to hat. Most of the time I have actually have other hats. I have this blue cap right here from polo. I also have this black one from Lacoste got like a white brim and then also this tan beige, one that is not branded. It just says Daytona Beach. I think someone bought this for us as a souvenir or something, but for today's tutorial I'm going to stick with this white hat. So if you're dumb like me and didn't know what this hole was for, this is for putting your hair through. Well, I think it is for putting your hair through that's what I've been doing now that I've it it because it makes it so much easier, but yeah this is a hair hold. So I guess the first hairstyle I can show you is just the basic ponytail with the Hat hairstyle. What I like to do is just gather all my hair into a ponytail first, and once I have that done, you see how this part is velcro. You can just loop the catcher like that. Basically it just makes it easier to put your hat on with long hair. So usually I velcro it off and I just slip this on my head and I just secure the hat where I want to go and then I basically position the hair where the hole should go and I just felt grow it together. Yeah there you go, it's pretty easy if you have like dirty hair or your hair is looking kind of bad today, you can just stick a hat like that, and you have your ponytail with the cap on this hairstyle reminds me of like, ladies who golf, which I feel like if I wanted a golf course. I would get mistaken as a lady who golf's so moving on from that hairstyle. Another one you can do is the bun with the cap, which is pretty simple. You just basically take this ponytail and then make it into a bun, and there you go. There is your bun with the cap pretty easy. As you can see. The way I made the bun is that I just took the ponytail and just twisted it into that. Bun shape and then I just took hair, tie and tied it off. I put the more the more I look at myself in the viewfinder, the more I'm like. I should be playing golf right now. I should be on a golf course with dads and just like the hitting some golf bar balls, I don't play golf as you can see. That'S I'm like struggling to think of things to say about it. All I know is that, like rich white men play it and like dads so yeah, not me well, maybe me so another bun style that I like to do is just kind of a messy bun. I guess you can call it so what this is is that I will show you since I'm doing the tutorial. Okay, so take the hat off first. So what I will usually do is just part, my hair in the middle and then I'll gather all my hair into a ponytail again and I'll just make a low bun this time and since the bun is sitting lower on the back of your head, you don't Have to worry about like using this part and getting the button into the hole, so you can just pop the hat on and once I have the Hat in place, I like to take some strands of hair from out here and then just make kind of like Side, pieces of hair - I don't know if there's like a name for these side, bangs but side bangs are like that. So not not those something like this. I think this look is a bit more um. What'S the word casual more chill, I guess but yeah you could do this. If you want - and I mean I have this long hair to work with so might as well just use it - I guess yeah. I can try wearing a different hat with this. That looks kind of cool, maybe all right, so the next hairstyle is one. It'S pretty easy. You just have to make sure that your hair is just nice and not crazy-looking kind of like what mine looks like now, but the way to do that is just to brush it. So now what you can do is just part, your hair in the middle and just take a brush and just kind of brush all the hair in front of your face face off face hair. Oh my god. Every time I brush my hair, my floor gets half of it gets covered in hair and then like a million hairs going here, and it's like oh, why am I an animal but yeah? Basically, once your hair is kind of nice and brushed, you just want to pop the hat on, and it should look pretty okay, maybe whoa. This looks crazy. Okay, I fixed it a little bit yeah. Basically, if you have a bit of a round face, if you put your hair like in front of your face a little bit, it's good for framing your face and making this part not look. So, like you know, yeah, pretty simple. If you have straight hair, this will probably work perfectly for you. If your hair is a bit curly, it will probably still work. You might want to straighten it a bit or don't I don't, I think either way works. I don't even know what I'm talking about. Who knows anything all right, so the last hairstyle that I saw that I thought was kind of cool. I saw someone do my Instagram. I'Ve never tried before, but basically they just had this side of their hair like thrown to the back like this kind of and their hair was tied in a ponytail, I'm guessing. I was to the side a bit and then basically they just had a braid, but it was just like a side braid in a way and then they just put a hat on so just gon na braid my hair and see what it looks like. I really wish that I was better at braiding, I'm very bad at it. Basically, all you do is just like take three strands of hair, and then you just alternate putting each strand into the middle. Also, this is there any. Even I think I have to start over again Wow, okay. I think this is kind of what it looks like if you have a hair tie. That is the same color of your hair. I suggest using that, instead of something not the color of your hair yeah, this is basically what it looked like. The braid was a little bit more bigger, so what you want to do is just kind of squish it and I'll make it look at I'm a bigger, but I mean honestly, it's kind of just like a side ponytail with a braid. So if you want to either do just a side, ponytail or a braid, it's up to you really, and I think it's also a hairstyle that works better. If you have like longer hair than me so yeah. This is what I could do with that. It looks. Okay, I think pretty chill damn this braid is lit. Have you ever been hit in the face with a braid? This thing is like sturdy. If I hit someone, they would actually Kate. This was a head, so back in the day in elementary school this I think it was a guy. He was Native American and I guess it's like a thing to have really long hair and like have one thick braid like down your head anyways. He was like swinging his head around. We were like playing a game or something, and he hit me in the stomach and I swear to God. I was winded for like five minutes. This will break bones. This right here is lethal. Just me up braids anyway. So those are these Styles I like to do with my hair. When I wear a hat um, it is kind of limiting because there's not like a whole bunch of crazy things. You can do so sorry if you were expecting something different, but this is like hat hairstyles are pretty casual, so unless I don't know just watch a different YouTube video, if you're not into this basically wearing a hat, is just telling someone that I'm having a chill Day, so please don't with me today so yeah.
