What'S up youtube, it's your girl, loki and today i'm going to be showing you guys how i take down my lace front tools as well as how i took down these long to the thong ponytails honey. It was already coming out. It was time so the first thing you definitely want to do is detangle the hair first, my ponytails were synthetic, so you definitely got ta brush through that synthetic hair. Baby. It'S plastic, you got ta, make sure it's not matted up. Okay, so my stylist had wrapped a piece of hair around the base of the ponytail to make sure it looked all nice and sleek. So i'm just starting by unraveling that piece first and it revealed one of the threads that he secured the ponytail with. So i'm just going to go ahead and cut that thread. You want to make sure you take your time, make sure you're not cutting your hair um, then you're actually cutting the thread instead. So once you get that first track revealed, all you have to do is keep unraveling it around the ponytail but, as you go, make sure you're brushing out the hair, especially if you're working with synthetic hair because it will get matted and tangled so fast. You will not be able to get that ponytail out baby. I promise you. I promise you that'll be the day you have to cut off your own entire ponytail, because it's just not gon na happen. It'S not so take your time and brush your hair as you're unraveling. It probably each time that you unravel a section, so my stylist did sew my ponytail in so as i'm unraveling anytime. I come to a thread i like to put my finger all the way through the loop and then cut on top of my finger just to make sure that i'm not cutting nothing else. But the thread to do each ponytail took me about 15 to 20 minutes, because i was really taking my time. But i recommend you do that, especially if you're trying to salvage the the ponytail hair, because i did want to try to reuse it again but um. If you don't care too much about the hair, you could just start clipping the hair clipping. The tracks, like you know, really just kind of ripping it out of there, but i really wanted to try my hardest to salvage, so i could do another ponytail. If i wanted to, because the hair held up pretty nice like you'll, see at the end like the hair after i brushed it out, it was still cute. It was so giving so we're going gon na reuse it again. So after the ponytails was out. I went ahead and started unbraiding my hair and i just brushed the hair back a little bit just to get ready to take down the lace. So for my lace, removal concoction, i used some hot water, my favorite shampoo and a little bit of rubbing alcohol, and i just mixed that all together in a bowl and use that to take it down. So now i'm going to use my towel and just push it into the lace. You want to take your time with this, because you want to make sure that the glue really loosens up before you start trying to take it off so you'll see it'll start to come up in girl. We just going to slide that baby right off. Oh oopsie, there go what i tell you: it's just gon na slide right off honey, but also make sure you be careful, though, like don't just be pulling it off like. If it's not coming up, then you need to continue to push that water into it. You don't want to just rip it off and i like to separate my cap from the lace like how i'm doing here just to make sure, like you're, going step by step, remove the front two first and then remove the cap by itself. So you're not just like ripping your hair. Now you just see me removing the threads, where my front two was actually sewn to my cap, so to remove the actual cap from my head. All i used was warm water and i soaked this thing. Honey like just literally soak it down, because all my stylists put on my head to mold it was got to be glue, so it's pretty much just gel just a lot of gel so yeah, i just soaked it until i was able to start to remove it And that is about it for this video y'all don't forget to like comment and subscribe, and i will see you all in my next one bye. You
