Attempting A Frontal Ponytail On My Type 4 Hair | Avoid These Mistakes I Did! | Lou Xoxo

Now i'm coming to you guys, looking busted and crusted, but today we're going to be doing it's like a hair related video, but i'm actually going to be attempting to try to do the frontal ponytail. Now you guys this is going to be for my birthday for tomorrow, because my birthday is on the 21st and i'm recording this the day before so i i really wanted to do a frontal ponytail. I mean i was looking for people in my area that actually knew how to do the frontal ponytail but honestly um. I couldn't find any now honestly if this does not turn out the way that i want it to turn out, i'm most likely just going to end up um taking it out. So what i'm going gon na do right now is i'm just gon na attempt y'all. I'M so scared, i'm so scared, but um. I did go in and went in and actually plugged the frontal already. I tried to plug the frontal to the best of my capabilities, because i really wanted to look like really um really good. Now this frontal is from my um, my company, so i just go, went in and just you know, um plucked it and stuff like that. So, like i feel like my issue, i feel like my issue is gon na. Be me actually putting down the frontal, but okay but anyway. So the first thing i'm actually going to do is i'm actually do our ponytail first yeah, i'm so scared yo. This is hot ma. Can you come to the back? Please yeah, i'm so scared come do the back! For me, i'm gon na have my mom. Do the back like the kitchen area, because this is gon na, be the most important part and that's gon na be the most important part so, but i'm gon na attempt to just do the ponytail first, i'm gon na go use the um erica liquid melt. I'M gon na use this i'm gon na see how it is. Hopefully this works. I don't like it. I mean it's clear. Hopefully it don't turn out like white glue. My glue got this about to be a mess. I feel like i needed like an edge control or something. What do you mean? How am i supposed to take off the white? Oh, my god, this is a disaster yeah so, like i forgot to. I don't know if it's because my hair had oil in there or something, but i used like this, but it just turned my hair white so like now, my hair is white, but then my hair is like like 4c. Well, the the roots is 4c. So like it's not laying it's not laying down how i wanted it to lay down, and now the back is gon na. Look crazy, anyways yeah! This is really about to be a trial and error type ish honestly. So this is the first ponytail because i'm probably gon na go back in. Actually, let me wait until i put a second coat. I'M gon na put a second coat of gel, so i'm gon na do a loose ponytail and then i'm gon na add some more gel to it and then i'm gon na do like one final. One final run through all i know is this shit's about to take longer than i thought use this. You guys, you can't even show it okay, so i'm actually just gon na. Let it sit for a little bit. I'M gon na probably hold the blow dryer on my hair. Just to you know, get it as um to get it as late as possible because, like i said like it's just so much just going wrong, i swear this turns out bad. I would be so mad, but i'm also gon na just take it off and just put on my um just a regular frontal wig. Instead, because this is stressing me out, i didn't think it was gon na. I thought it was gon na be hard because it's my first time doing it, but i didn't think it was going to be this this hard, how it looks like after i let it dry for a couple of minutes, so yeah all right, you guys. So it's been a couple of minutes. Um i mean i was gon na. Let it dry like completely but honestly, i'm just gon na make sure that i wrap it before i go to sleep tonight, so hopefully it just dries but yeah. I already know this frontal texture is not gon na match my hair, but honestly, i'm only gon na wear this um, i'm only gon na wear this probably like two two times. Oh my god, looks so bad anyways. So what i am gon na do is because the issue that i had before when i was using glue was that um i had to oil a lot of oil in the in the front of my hairline and the frontal kept sticking up. So this time i'm gon na make sure that i clean my hairline really good, because i refuse to be fighting with this frontal to make sure that it stays down. So i'm gon na make sure i'm cleaning i'm gon na take a little bit in the front of my hairline, also just to get everything dry. Oh my texture, my curly pattern. Texture is so cute. Okay and i also went in and already like. You know um flat ironed, the frontal this was just straight um bundles, but what i am gon na do now is i'm actually gon na take out this little section from the frontal and i've learned. I learned that from a video that i've seen because basically they said that it's gon na make the it's gon na make the lace lay better. So it's good to just take that section off, so i'm gon na quickly do that and really try not to cut so much so of the hair because it seemed like i am oh, i am. You are gon na cut you're gon na cut a good amount of some of the hair, but honestly just try to be as careful as you can so i went in. I just went in and cut it off. Okay. So now it should look like this, where everything is just gon na be really flat. So what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na go ahead and start layering the glue i'm just gon na follow my hairline without the frontal on, since i'm not really gon na. Have this on for too too long, i'm not gon na put too much glue, but i am gon na do two layers, though so like, as you guys, can see, i'm literally going right in front of my hairline, i'm not going on top of it. Okay, even though i see this part is a little bit more dry, i'm gon na just try to fan this real quick, so it can catch up to this side, because this part is already dry and i don't want. I don't want it not to lay so before i even press it down, i'm literally just going to make sure i have the lace where i want it to go yeah. This is harder than you may think, and i'm going to try to pull and then i'm going to press i'm going to pull and press pull in press. What i am gon na do now is i'm gon na go in and cut off my ear tabs put the elastic band on it just so it could go as good as possible. Just gon na give it a little bit not gon na leave it on. For too too long we just wanted to you know marinate a little bit we're gon na, let her marinate for a few and then i'm gon na come back and then we're gon na start trimming do so all right. You guys. So i just finished the baby hairs um. They might look a little bit white right now, but i'm probably just going to end up putting i'm going to fix it like in the morning, because it's it's like one in the morning right now, so i'm gon na just fix it before i after i do. My makeup by adding some actually let me add some right now just so i can marinate in the middle of the night foundation thing and i'm just tapping it on it, so everything could just blend a little bit better. So i don't look like too white. Okay, so you guys honestly, there's a really big difference in my hair in the ponytail, but honestly, it is what it is. They know this is not my real hair and i'm only gon na have this on for like a couple of days. So, honestly, we know it's not my hair, it is what it is clearly there's going to be a huge difference in textures, but it is what it is. This is the hair that i got the ghana um, but i did get the pre-stretched one and it's in three i feel like. I should have got three three um. I should have got a second package, but we're just gon na see how it looks like in this one is 60 inches, so um, i'm hoping that i don't have to add any more hair to it. Now. What i am gon na do is i'm gon na combine these together, because i want my ponytail to be big. I don't want it to look like like it's not thick, so i'm gon na go in i'm actually gon na leave the rubber band and i'm actually gon na wrap the rubber band around it. But this is how it looks like um. Hopefully, i don't need to add any more hair. My ponytail, you guys, honestly, i'm not sure how this is gon na look like, but i just need it to look decent enough for pictures okay, so this is my hair. This is the hair right here. I'M gon na put the hair on top of it and then what if i left it like this? What what if i left it like this guy's just saying these braids gon na be thick. These braids gon na be thick with two seeds: try to get the sizes as even as possible, because you don't want one to be bigger than the other. I hope you guys can. Let me turn around a little bit and i only use two so far because um, if i were to add the third one, it would have been a little bit too too um too thick. You guys i'm really trying okay, so this actually is not going to be as long as i wanted to want it to be now, i can go in and start adding this hair uh, i'm trying to see how i would be able to do that. Let me see okay, i highly don't really remember how to add in here, but i'm gon na try to add it to the best of my knowledge. So so so, okay, so i mean the length is, is is good. I mean i honestly thought it was gon na be longer now. Maybe i should have added, i guess some of the braids a little bit more further down. If i, if you do, want it to be a little bit more longer, but honestly it's fine. It is what it is, so i think i did okay, i mean minus this part, which is honestly just pissing me off, but mine. Is that and then also the let's, not even talk about what's going on at the top? But besides that, i'm just going to go in i'm gon na go ahead and wet this. I'M gon na wet it and everything, and then so i could just move a little bit more, but then i'm gon na come back when i actually you know, do my makeup and everything and have my outfit on so i can show you guys, like you know, The final look of everything, but honestly this is how it looks like i mean i'll, try the best that i can.
