In this video I show you I how I do my first slick back ponytail , make sure you guys like, comment, and subscribe . Thank You For Watching

What'S up you guys, it's your girl, nikita and today, i'm back with another video now here. What i'm doing is my first uh slick back ponytail, first time ever doing it. So please do not judge me, but i really did like the outcome, which i would see that at the end of the video. So what y'all see me doing right here is, i decided not to prime my hair, because i had already been scratching and stuff, so i just washed it and conditioned it and decided. I was gon na go ahead and flat on ironing, so i can get the most flattest ponytail that i could possibly get and so yeah that's what i was doing here. I was just flat ironing my whole head. Even though i'm using a frontal, i decided to go ahead and make everything still as flat as possible. That'S why y'all see me brushing on my edges, even though they nappy, i was still trying to get them as smooth as possible, and do me a favor thank y'all for watching this video make sure y'all like comment and subscribe and turn that post notification bell so That you get notified every single time i post a new video all right, you guys so in this next clip y'all see me about to do the ball cap method. I just used and got to be glue, freeze, spray and just basically like rubbing my fingers in it and blow drying it on like a cool, warm seating, so that it could dry all the way up and every time i do this ball cap method. I always have this problem of it not going over my edges, so i'm cutting holes in the side because i am doing a frontal slick ponytail so that i wouldn't have to worry about my hair being out period. So yeah, that's what i'm doing here just blow drying it to get it all dry. It'S never all dry for me anyway, but hey got to do what i got to do so, i'm still just blow drying still just blow dry. Now, in the next clip, y'all gon na be seeing me put a little bit of foundation on the cap because it is lighter than my skin complexion, so i'm just rubbing it all over because it is a frontal. So i want to make sure i kind of like even the tone out and then this is the frontal that i have. It was just like a frontal from the beauty supply store that i had just laying around. So i got some bold glue and i'm just spreading it all over the part on where i want to lay this thing and if it makes sense, i'm spraying it frontwards and backwards to make sure the caps stay down to make sure i get the little flyaway Ends that didn't get glued down, so i'm gluing those down, as well as putting the glue down to put my lace front down. So i put my lace front down with my fingers. I don't know why. I see a lot of people. Do it like a red tail comb or something i do with my fingers, because my fingers guide me better since i'm not a professional like this, and then i take my um comb and then i go back in with my blow dryer and then push it down. Like everybody else, do i just don't do that part in the beginning? So here you see me going through the front. It'S actually a good friend of me that came from the booth pasta. I want to say i paid like 60 dollars for it. It'S a really really good, funnel, like a really really good front of it. It had it was full of hair like i plucked it and it still was full so yeah. It was very good for this install so here i'm just trying to see what's lifted and what's not so i'm gon na use the freeze spray to push it down and then blow dry in place. So i can make sure that all this glue is dry up and my hair is sleek so right now, i'm just checking out the frontal again - and here i am parting - trying to get my part straight for how i want my ponytail to look, and i was Going for, like a deep side, part uh ponytail with a swoop, because my forehead is a little bit big. So right here, what i'm doing, i'm sectioning off the part - that's gon na be swoop, and i took some mousse, not the lighter body. I actually took the actual mousse to lay this down and i'm just going to brush it down. My hair is already in a ponytail in the back, so i'm just all. This is going to go over my hair, so you won't even see my hair because of the funnel, so i'm just slicking it all down pulling out those little eases because i know i don't want those to be out and then that part didn't glue down all The way so i'm gon na go back in a little bit of the video. You will see me go back and put the edges down if it's not glued down all the way for me so yeah. This is what i'm doing just trying to get this stuff together and then in this part i realized y'all. I still had my cap on so i had to go back and cut it off. Then i had to go back again and re-pull all the hair back and slick it back down again with this brush and put it all in the ponytail. So now in this clip, you just see me um putting some more bold hold on there. I went from doing bold holes to freeze spray for free spray, the bullhole, but anything that was just going to hold it down for me and make sure my ponytail stay in place so yeah. This is what i'm doing just trying to make sure everything is sleek and straight and pretty and again i say: i'm not a cosmetologist, i'm not a professional. This is my first time and i like it, i think it came out. Pretty good came out actually very good. I look cute, i like a whole different person. So yes - and i also want to thank you guys for getting me to 700 over 700 subscribers - i'm almost where i want to be now in this part right here. I realized there was a little piece of a cap, so that's why i kept on pulling it pulling at it to go ahead and break it off from that part, and i was able to do it so i'm still slicking it back y'all. It'S taking me a long time. It took me a very long time to do this ponytail and it's just a ponytail. So this is the last not the last time i got to take the scruncher off, but this is the next to the last. I got to take it off. I was trying to keep this crunch as tight as possible. Now on this part, i'm going to section it and then swoop it, because i want to make sure all it has coated real good and real sleep. I don't want no ponytail, that's gon na come up or be looking no any kind of way. I want my stuff slick and again i'm using mousse the whole time. I only used a lot about it on the edge part of the of the frontal. So i slipped it all back, as you can see, it's an opponent's tail real, pretty and then in this part, i'm bundling with those edge edges right there trying to get them together and then that side came up too. So i had to go back in and cut the excess cap off and then re-glue that side back down. Then i just put a little heat to my bang part just so it could stay in place as well. So what i'm going to do right here is i'm combing out that edge piece and i'm going to flat iron it down to make sure it stays straight, even though i'm still gon na go in and do the edges like do the actual edge part of them. Anyway, i just wanted to make sure they were straight real, real straight. So now i put a little moose on the table with some light about it and i'm doing my little edges, i'm not perfect at doing edges. I wish i was it'd, be some people issues, i'd be seeing every looking slave to the god, and i can't do it i'll be trying, though y'all i really really really be trying like i be following technique. Like i hurry up, it just don't work for me. I don't know that's why y'all see me like i'm really struggling right here in this part like real deal struggling, so i finally got it together as to my liking, i'm tying it up and then in this part i'm not the best at wrapping, and i didn't Have the wax strips to put on my house, so i just said i'll make sure that when i take the ponytail out i'll be really really careful make sure i condition my hand, take it out the right way so right here, y'all just see me grabbing a Angle, uh brush and i just slapped the glue on my hair and my boyfriend thought i was going to edit this in and him talking and doing all this stupid stuff. But he didn't know, i was doing a voiceover anyway, so yeah he just he's just going to be seen and not hurt today. So i was repping the half i wrapped it around. I didn't use much hair because i didn't want like a big old, thick old ponytail. I wanted something you know something sort of that i could deal with and i didn't wash the hair anything from the last time that i wore it. So, that's why you see me putting the light about it on the hair, trying to get the curls back right and everything, and i'm just looking at it, just perfecting it to see if it's how i like it, combing it out and everything putting more lighter body On it, i think, and then in this clip i realized that i wanted more hair in the ponytail, so i'm trying to pull it out, because when i wrapped it i didn't do a the best job at wrapping. I i don't know how to wrap so yeah. You know i'm taking this scarf off and it's like this little white residue in the little corner of my frontal. I had to fix it but yeah, and this part is where i went ahead and cut the little beans out. I wanted them kind of long to go under my ears, so that's why i did them like that and y'all. I did this so so back was like. I did everything and went ahead and put the scarf on and then now i got to redo those edges and put the scarf right back on. Like i don't know what i was thinking in that part, but this is the part where i told y'all. I went ahead and added more hair, so i cut off a piece of a track and put some lotta butter on it and i'm just doing it like this scrunching, the hair and getting the curls back right and then i'm about to add this piece back into My hat back into the ponytail because i just felt, like the top part, wasn't poofy enough for me, so i went ahead and added more hair in way more hair in so right here, i'm just putting some glue on it and then i'm about to wrap it To the best of my ability, but i cannot see in the back of my head, i was getting glue out on my neck. I was getting glue everywhere. In this part, i was just trying to make this ponytail what i wanted it to be. So in this part, i'm pulling the onions and i'm about to just comb it out just to make sure that it's straight before i wrap it, i'm just wrapping it around wrap it around there upon the tail girl wrap around that ponytail, get it looking cute y'all. I was so excited this is coming out so cute on me. I never did a sleek ponytail ever like imma start doing ponytails man so right here in this part, i'm just licking those edges down using my little brush that i bought from the beauty supply store. My little edge brush, so it's licking everything down getting those hairs into place and then put the scarf right back on you know i just took it off like 10 seconds ago again. I did not think this through. I was just doing my hair just doing it in the process y'all, so tying this down for a few more minutes, all right, you guys. So this is the end of the video um. I added a little bit more hash. I can see to the ends and i poofed it up, and then i just went and put on some eyelashes just to look a little bit cuter with the hairstyle. This is i like it. This is my first time doing a sleep on sale. By the way you
