Hey guys welcome back to my channel sign EBT here and I'm back with a hair tutorial, so guys I've been seeing this braided ponytail floating around Instagram and YouTube for like a month now, maybe more than a month. To be honest, I'm just Lee and I actually tried it out sometime a few weeks ago, but I filmed a video and I didn't like how it turned out. So I refilled it for you guys today and it came out even better than the first time. So I'm so happy that I refilmed it for you guys. So if you want to see how I achieved this, look guys please stay tuned and don't forget to subscribe to my channel hit the thumbs up button, so we're gon na be starting out on freshly washed hair, guys I'm gon na go ahead and spray in my Provitamin leave-in conditioner from effigy. I love this conditioner guys my novel is broken, so that's why it's bringing out so aggressively, but trust and believe I got it to fully distribute throughout my hair. Next up, I'm gon na be going in with the keratin green-tea Reconstructor Iser from Apogee. This will help to just protect my hair from any heat damage. So I always use this one if I'm gon na blow dry my hair and then for some moisture and sunshine. I'M gon na be going in with the argan oil hair treatment from creme of nature and again distribute that throughout my whole head. There'S argan oil smells so good guys. I just love how it smells and it makes my hair feel so silky after I blow dry, my hair, so we're not just gon na section off my hair just so it's easy to blow-dry and detangle. So these are the steps that I take. Whenever I'm going to do some type of sleep ponytail, I always wash blow dry and maybe I'll do a light flatiron, but today I'm just gon na blow dry, my hair and slick it down. So right now, I'm just detangling my hair, making sure that there's no nuts or anything - and it's very easy for me to blow dry and I'm just going to do that with the whole head now the blow-dryer I'm going in is from red. This is a turbo Pro mm and I love this blow dryer because it doesn't get too hot, but also it works really fast and the combs guys they're the most sturdy blow drying combs I've ever used. So now that my hair is all dry, I'm just gon na pull my hair down the center. I am NOT the best partner guys, so I saw this trick on Instagram. I'M gon na get some Jam and I'm actually gon na use that, in my part, so if you just place it on your part as if you're greasing your scalp and then going back in with my tail comb and parting, my hair, this literally gave me such A crisp part, so I'm happy that I saw this little trick on Instagram so right now, I'm just gon na put my hair back into a ponytail, no product or anything on it. I actually like to do this method rather than placing product in between right here. So I'm going back in with the jam and I'm going right on top of the hair and I'm being very liberal with the products like I'm using a generous amount and I'm just gon na apply that on top after I do that, I'm getting my boar bristle Brush and this brush is actually pretty dirty, has a lot of like gel and stuff in it, but it makes the brush really firm and hard. So I really like using it like this, but um yeah, I'm just gon na go in and brush all of that. In making sure all of my hair slick and everything and this process is pretty easy, mainly because I blow dry it ahead of time now, if my hair was not bull dried, this would not even work at all. So now I'm going in with the got to be glued and guys I'm doing this method instead of using like my eco styler gel, because my eco styler will literally make my hair really curly or really wavy. Now this method, my hair, doesn't get fully sleek, but it's not gon na be as curly as my hair gets with the eco styler and I'm using be got to be glue because this gel dries very quickly. So I don't mind using this so right now, I'm just using my edges brush and I'm just making sure the edges are very sleek before I try my head down, and this is just like a satin scarf that I had for a few years so yeah just Higher head down and I'm gon na leave my hair like this for a few minutes guys so once I've left that on for about 15 minutes, I'm just gon na take my head tie off and you can see it's pretty slick right now. Even the got to be got a little sticky right there, but the hair that I'm using is from Lula. I'Ve never used this brown before, but honestly it was pre-stretched, it was 30 inches and I was like yeah. I'M just gon na buy this, so I'm just gon na take the bundles out of the package and I cut the elastic band off that it came with, and I'm actually going to use my own scrunchie and Bandhan hair together. So I just literally loop one end of the scrunchie through the other hole and I pull through and it makes this type of situation and I'm just gon na take this crunchy and I'm gon na wrap it around my ponytail and guys. I know I need a trim, you don't even have to tell me. I severely need a trim, but that'll be happening soon. Right now, I'm just gon na take out a small section of the braiding hair you're gon na save this for later to wrap around the base of the braid, and then this makes it a little bit easier. If you section your hair off into three sections, it makes the process really really really easy, and you will see that in a second. So I'm just making sure my hair is in three sections: three, even sections at that. Now I'm taking the braiding hair and I am going to separate this into three sections. So once you have your three sections, you can just go ahead and place their braiding hair on top of each section of your real hair, and you want to make sure that the braiding hair is on top of your natural hair guys. That is the key in this whole process, so always make sure that the braiding hair is on top of your real hair, and then you want to go ahead and braid the hair, so I'm braiding and I'm making sure that I'm dripping been here really tightly. I'M also keeping in mind that I want to feel to see if the braiding hair is on top of my real hair, because if that way it keeps your real hair tucked and everything looks very smooth. And even now, when I guess at the ends, I just rip off the last little bit, you can melt it if you want or whatever, but I just like doing that and then the little section of braiding hair that we saved earlier. You just want to take that and wrap it around the base of the braid just to give it a more seamless effect and there you go guys, look how slick and nice that looks like the texture of my hair and matches a touch of the braids, and This is how long it goes down to just want to show you guys. So I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial. It was really fun to make for you guys and yeah. Don'T forget to subscribe, bye, guys,
