Deep Side Part Ponytail Tutorial For Thick Natural Hair

Hey beauties, what's going on, it's your girl, love your natural hair back with another video. This is for all my thick hair girls. I got you i'm going to show you how to put all that thick hair in a sleek ponytail like this honey, and on top of that i'm gon na put y'all on to a little a little secret um. This is not pack hair. I didn't want to be bothered with putting bobby pins in my hair. I just wanted a quick ponytail that got me snatching. Like 30 seconds. I use the freetress equal draw string, ponytail and the number four is about 24 inches she's very long. I love this hair. What you'll need in this tutorial is two um elastic bands, you're gon na need argan oil, eco styler or any gel of your choice, but i love my eco styler you'll need a rat tail comb and a bristle brush. It was like 17.99 yeah really cute and i have like a little zipper in the back really cute little date, night look but um yeah. I hope you guys enjoy thank you for watching. Okay, guys, let's get started so for my daycare queens. This step is really important. Part. Your hair in three gel, the back. I use argan oil eco styler gel. I use water that was water in the trusty main bottle. I know that's a little ratchet, but i pretty much did like a wash and go method with the front. I parted it in two and then i detangled it raked it through with um my rat tail comb with eco styler gel as if it's not enough, i applied a little more to my front just so. I could get that extra sleekness for this style. I'M sorry! You got ta od with the gel, so you can get it as sleek as mine. This is what's gon na, create that sleek. Look, so do not forget that step, don't be scared of gel, especially having natural hair. Gel is not going to do nothing to your hair because we're natural beauties so yeah. Basically, what i'm doing is i'm basically trying to make a swoop. Why not trying i didn't make a swoop make a suit with the rat tail. Comb is better than a brush to me because it's like the comb just makes it more neat and then i'm applying a little more gel to the sides just to hold it in place, and i'm going to use my bristle brush to just brush it on through And then use my comb for extra for an extra neat, look smooth it through then you're going to need an elastic band to put over the ponytail. You already did for the back. As you can see, it was it's very important that you guys do the ponytail on the back, because that's what's going to make the back lay flat as you can see, and then i'm basically going to part my hair in two and twist it like a bun. Snatched honey can't forget one more step. I use hicks etch control for my edges and i'm going to do my little baby hairs with my rat tail comb. I swear rattle comb is like perfect for every for everything like to lay your baby hairs for this side. Soup, like it just gives me life, like i love using a comb, it's just better for me and i'm basically, you know doing my little baby hairs. It'S pretty much self-explanatory. Just do what i did. I can't really explain it and i just add a little bit more then i use my scarf. This is going to add extra hold to your ponytail leave the scarf on for about 10 minutes. Voila looks perfect now, with my drawstring ponytail. My feature is equal. I'M going to use the i'm gon na clip. I'M gon na use a clip to clip the front of the ponytail in place. Then i'm gon na seal it in by pulling the drawstring to secure it, rake it through and you're done like it's. So quick and easy and then with the um drawstring, if you don't want it to show just wrap it around and you're good to go. Thank you guys for watching love. You baby boy,
