How To Get Your 4C Natural Hair In A Sleek Ponytail | Kerry

When I made my video on making my own ponytail, I got a lot of questions about how I got my hair, my 4c natural here to be sleek and smooth, and so I came through y'all. I decided that I was gon na. Do a video just to show you step by step. Oh, I achieved my sleek ponytail, making sure that my hair is smooth and sleep. So without further ado. Let us get into the video so that you can show me how you sleep down your ponytail or your hair, to give you that sleep, buona sera, you want make sure to section out your hair, so it's easy to deal with you're going to need edge control. A brush another brush to sleek your edges, down big tooth comb, a brush to brush in the edge control. Your rapid strips you're, also going to need a tail comb. Air tie and grab a clip, use your detangle brush to make sure that your hair is smooth and detangled. Then you're going to get your tail comb and applied the edge control and use your brush to help to smooth it into your hair. As you go along, you use your hands to help you to smooth the edge control into your hair, because that will help to add Sheen to the air and you'll also make sure that you are doing it in sections again. As you brush make sure that you're using your hands to help you to smooth it out, smooth out the edge control on your hair and also make sure that you are section linear here in small sections, because that will help you to lay it easy. And that will also help you to get that smooth. Look that you want. You will notice that as I go along, I am pulling the hair together and the direction of where I want the ponytail to be, because that is conditioned in the hair. To lay in that position and stay sleek as I go along so now that I'm done putting edge control throughout the air and I've brushed it and also use my hands to help to smooth it out. I'M going to go ahead and I'm going to use my air tie to make that ponytail in the back, I'm not going to use braiding hair to make a braided ponytail in the back. So I'm sectioning out the three sections to start that braid after I'm done. I'M putting an elastic band on the end and then I cut it off blunt. Then I'm going to go ahead and get some more braiding here and wrap it around the start of the ponytail. Just add the rough edges and the hair tie now that I'm done with the ponytail I'm going in with my edge brush, and I am touching up my edges, making sure that they are sleek so that when I tie them down, they lay there. Now I'm gon na go ahead and wrap my head with the styling wrap just so that the hair can set, and these sleek and smooth and now for extra sweetness. I'M going to use my Shannon B and wrap to layer over the stile and wrap just so. We can hold that in place and now it's time for the magic. Let us see what is going on and look at that look, how smooth and sleek this is. You would never believe that this was my 4c natural hair laying down this smooth.
