Oh, who is bad she's? Looking good, oh that's me, would you believe I got this ponytail from the beauty supply store yeah. I did wan na see how I achieved this. Look. Whoa keep on watching hey y'all, so I am working on already straighten hair fun fact. This is my first time getting my hair straightened since going natural. I'Ve been natural for five years, but let's get into what I use to get this sleek ponytail. First I started off with my Murray's beeswax. Then I used my ISO Plus design hold and spritz a couple combs and a double-sided brush and ponytail holders. Oh, wait can't forget the ponytail itself, I'm using the free tres, equal drawstring ponytail, it's 38 inches and I got the color one because I dyed my hair jet-black. So I started off by sectioning off my hair parting, my hair and grabbing a section towards the front and center, because that's kind of where I want my ponytail to be, and that's gon na, be my base, as you can see like I said this is my First time straightening my hair and I wanted to go ahead and try this sleek ponytail before it like, got sweat it out, because I don't show you my hair, often at all - and I am a 4c babe, don't let this balm silk press for you. I am forc'd suffer than Nigerian hair like you know yeah, but let me start wrapping so, as you see I'm just taking a little bit of the Murrays beeswax and using that to starts licking my ponytail so that it's you know it's very. It was a very stick stiff and thick consistency. It'S like a wax literally, so I was using that to just work it through my hair so that it can be more firm and more stiff and together and I'm using the comb to put it on my hair and then I'm kind of just like rubbing it. In with my fingers, and then I'm gon na take the brush too work it in as well, and you can be generous with how much of the wax you put on your hair as long as you work it in and make sure it's erupted in really. Well, that's all that matters. My hair wasn't really hard to deal with, so I didn't have to use too much brah that then little ponytail holder really broke on me. I was annoyed, but anyways I got another one, one that was thicker and not easily to break because yeah, so I'm putting the hair in the ponytail. I'Ve worked it in and now I'm just gon na put a little bit more on my hair eat. While it's in the ponytail and I did not flick y'all off, I was just using my middle finger nail to grab more wax the whole time so yeah. So now I'm taking another section and I'm gon na work on that section with sleeking that up you can take smaller section or bigger sections. Like I said my hair isn't that hard to work with, because my hairdresser flat, I my hair, really really good, but if you are starting from like your natural hair and you're, you have to flat iron it. If you don't get it as straight as you would like, I would suggest taking smaller sections and working with that, so that you can just ensure that it's a really really like sleek and neat and together so in between going in with the comb. I would go in with the brush going with the comb going with the brush just to really work it through my hair and to get it nice and sleek the brush I'm using was pretty dense, so you want to get like a brush. That'S hard! That'S not too soft. Otherwise, it's not going to have enough power to you know, sleek your hair, the way you want it to then I'm just gon na take another ponytail holder and put that section in the ponytail and grab my next section. Y'All look at the same time when I say I was shocked: I've never seen my hair straightened and healthy like this, so I was just shocked but yeah, so I'm going to add some more wax and just continue the same steps. So I've definitely forgot to put the holding sprint long, the first few times. So that's what you see me doing here and thinking about it. I didn't even really need to go out and buy holding spurts, because if you have got to be glued holding spray, that works just as fine soon, but I was trying to be extra for fair, put a video doing the Mo's. But yes, so you're gon na see me spritz my hair after every like every time I put some more in this section or every couple times as I got to the back, I started taking bigger sections of the hair cuz, I'm not even gon na lie y'all. My arms getting tired, but I figured it's the back. My hair is not that hard to manage bless. The ponytail probably cover its all, wasn't trippin too much and please excuse the back of my neck y'all. I have a mild case of it's the most when that little boy made the video thing you got eczema, I felt attack. I felt attack yeah, so we're finally coming to the end of this leaking portion of my ponytail and you complete these edges Bruce. Oh, my gosh. They look a mess but no worries we're going to fix up with the edge control. But now I'm just putting it in my ponytail trying to really smooth everything out, make sure it's nice, I'm taking my ISO Plus settings fritz and just or holding fritz and spraying it all over. Now that the ponytail is all fully in the ponytail loop and I'm going to braid it so that braid it and wrap it around and put a ponytail on it, so that it's really small and it's not in the way when I want to put on my Big ponytails, I'm taking my cream of nature, argan oil extra hold edge control to fix these edges, where my horse is peeking out, I'm putting a very generous amount because, as I said, it is looking on madness like L wa, but it really did get the job Done so now, I'm going to take my scarf, wrap it and put a nice and tight and let that sit for a little bit so taking off the scarf and y'all look at that. He didn't want something. My edges are still a little wavy, but it looks way better than before. So now I'm taking my comb and is coming out the ponytail. So it's not all bad and ugly. You and, as you can see, there's a comb and a drawstring honestly God I've never used a drawstring ponytail. So I was really winging it, but I tried to like shove the comb in in the front of my hair so that it's like secure then flip it over for the back of my hair and tighten the drawstring. So you see me just trying to shove it in right now shove. It shows it shows it shove it and I flipped it over and wanted to tighten it with the drawstring. I don't really know how drawstrings work like out you're like what am i doing like. There'S, I don't even know, but I was just trying to make it tight and pull it, and then I ended up just trying to wrap it around and tuck it in somewhere and somehow I got like two pieces that were sticking out, so I was trying to Tie the two pieces, but it wasn't long enough for me to tie - and I don't even know, but eventually I ended up just tucking it in like I said and making it do what I do all right. So the ponytail is on and it feels pretty secure. It feels okay, so now I'm going to take a section from the back and comb that part out yeah. This is a synthetic ponytail, so it's gon na get a little tangle, but if you got the job done again, look I wanted so I combed it out a little bit and wanted to wrap that piece around. But y'all though the room was so bulky not because of my braided ponytail, but because, like the ponytail in itself or the drawstring ponytail was just really bulky, so I was wrapping and wrapping and wrapping it and it was not working. I was like, oh hell. No, we got ta fix this, so I came up with a little solution and it's really really just ghetto, and I don't I made it work, but I just put a whole bunch of scrunchies where at the base, where the root of the ponytail was just squeeze, It and make it not as big and then ended up yeah. You see, there's a little piece stick and now that I won't pick back, but I ended up taking a section from the back again and the section was a little bit bigger that I said combed. It out and then begin to wrap it around again. Do I see that difference already look, how smooth and how small the wraparound is like giving giving me light. So I just kept wrapping that around and then I ended up just shoving a bobby pin to stick it in and to make it work so that it doesn't fall out and I put a bobby pin for the drawstring that was hanging out too and boom there. You have it voila a bed who's that girl. So that's pretty much all I have for this video. You guys, thank you so much for watching, don't forget to Like comment and subscribe and I'll see you in my next video bye,
