Hey guys for today's video, I'm going to show you how to take your ponytail from this to this with one simple little trick, so let's go ahead and get started. Okay. So to do my ponytail, I just smooth out my hair with a brush just like I normally would then I flip my hair over to kind of gather all of my hair flip it back up, and then I just tie it normally. So the hair ties that I use they're like a nylon, material, they're, really stretchy and they don't hurt my head, which is a must when wearing a ponytail. So I just put it through like normal and you can add some volume at the crown. If you want by pinching and pulling your hair, I didn't realize how bad my hairline was until this video thank you, postpartum hair loss, but here's the star of the show it is a small clip. You put it over. Your hair tie connect it to your hair and it just lifts up your ponytail. I that's it like that's the video I apparently this isn't anything new people used to do this in the 90s. I had no stinking idea. So here's my before I'll show you my after. If you have really thick hair, maybe you could even like split your hair into two put. It put the clip in like the middle between those two sections I don't know play around with it but yeah. I love it, I think it's so cool, so yeah, that's the video super easy. Yes, that is a thing that some people have) and I can never get a ponytail to be nice and slick without pieces all over the place, plus I just have super thick hair. NC M: So I'm also suffering from postpartum hair loss, and it's scary crazy at how much hair I've lost, I would say I've lost anywhere from 40%-50% of my hair!! Nothing, not even this trick will work. I've talked to my obgyn and dermatologist and both said it should only be temporary but with as much hair that I've lost I don't think I'll ever have the thickness I has before. So depressing.
