Crochet Ponytail Hairstyles | Bubble Ponytail & Curly Ponytail

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so in today's video i'm going to be showing you two more styles, i did with this crochet ponytail to see how i installed the hair, make sure you go and check out my previous video. So this first hairstyle is a bubble ponytail and basically, what you want to do is just take some rubber bands and put them along the length of your hair. It'S a pretty simple and easy hairstyle to do. You can decide how far you want your rubber bands to be, depending on the look you're going for um. In some instances i used two rubber bands um because it just felt more secure and it prevented the rubber bands from breaking. But this is pretty much a simple and easy style that takes less than five minutes to do so. Once i got to the end of the ponytail, i just folded the end up and placed another rubber band in a spot that i did previously. So this is what the hair looks like all complete. I really love the way that this style came out. It'S pretty simple and it's quick and easy to do so for this next style, i'm going to be straightening. The cuban twist hair. A few people wanted me to show how i straightened my ponytail. When i did the half up half down look so i figured this. Would be a good time to show you guys how i straighten my ponytail, so first, i'm just starting with a regular blow dryer to start the straightening process. This just helps to straighten the hair a little bit before having to use the brush. For me, i feel, like it kind of saves time when it comes to the brushing stage, so here i'm using the blow dryer on a high heat setting, i feel like it gets the hair straighter faster. So so this is what the hair looks like after using the regular blow dryer. Next, i'm going to be using the revlon blow dryer brush to get the tangles out and to get the hair even more smooth. So for this i would suggest using smaller sections, it'll make brushing easier and it'll help the hair to get straighter faster. So there's really not much difference between straightening this crochet ponytail and straightening regular crochet, braids um. You pretty much use the same techniques to do both styles, it's so here's a quick close-up of what the hair will look like once you finish, straightening it with the revlon brush. Next, i'm taking the remington hot rollers to make my ponytail curly um the size of the rollers is going to change um. The final results that you get um, these big rollers are going to give me looser curls. But if you want tighter curls and like a more fuller look, i would suggest using more rollers and using the smaller rollers. So for this style i ended up using all six of the large rollers, so here i'm taking the rollers out and, as you can see, the curls came out pretty nice um, like i said these larger rollers are going to give you more looser curls. If you want tighter curls, then i suggest using smaller rollers. So now you just want to separate the curls to your liking. Um. I didn't separate the curls too much. It was pretty much how i wanted it to look. So this is what your ponytail will look like once you're all done so at this point, i've had this ponytail in for about a week and i've styled it in three different ways. So here are the final results of the curly ponytail. I really like the way that this style came out both of these ponytail styles, as well as the bun style from my previous video are great styles, to try when you want a simple but cute protective style. The good thing about this method is that it's pretty versatile and you can get multiple styles with just one install. Let me know down in the comments which of these looks.
