Hi guys and welcome back to my channel so in today's video i'm going to be showing you four ways to style a afro kinky curly drawstring ponytail, which is the one i'm wearing right here. This is a 16 inch ponytail in the color natural and um yeah. So if you do like how this ponytail looks stay tuned because i'm going to be showing you four different ways that you can actually style this ponytail guys so yeah so straight into the video guys and i'm starting off with my hair - that's freshly washed! So it's still a little bit damp and i'm going to be using the eco styler gel just to style my hair um, so that i can actually wear the ponytail. So for this time i'm just slicking my hair back as much as i can and now i'm going to just tie my hair up into a bun so that the ponytail has something to attach to and then i'm just using this bristle brush and i'm just going To brush my hair back, so it's nice and neat, my hair is at that stage where it's like. I can't actually tie it back with a hairband, so i have to use diy methods to tie my hair back into a ponytail, but we move so now. I'M just neatening up my edges using my edge brush and then i'm just going to tie my hair with them, this satin, silk or satin wow. This scarf guys. This is just going to help to lay my hair a little better so that it's nice and neat. So now we're just going to have a look at the ponytail and it came in this pretty packaging with the better length logo on it, and this ponytail is 100 human hair guys. So now, i'm just opening it up to reveal the product. So here is the ponytail guys it is 16 inches of curly kinky, um natural hair and, as you can see it already straight out of the bag, you can see the curl pattern. So here it has the drawstring which will help to secure it onto your ponytail and then, if we open it up, we can see the net which has two combs attached to it, one at the top and one at the bottom. This again is just going to help it stay um on on your head of course, and then once i've just brushed the hair out a little bit with my fingers. Here is how it looks. It does have a really nice curl pattern, as it is absolutely gorgeous. Curl pattern, so what i'm going to do is just spray some water on it. This is going to help loosen that curl a lot more and just give it um some bounce and also it's going to stretch out the hair. So you know it's a bit longer than it was straight out of the box. Look at those curls guys and what i'm going to do is just brush again. The curls. This again is just going to add a bit more bounce, a bit more volume guys to the ponytail itself, and this is how it looks. I think it looks amazing. The hair is super soft. There is minimal shedding, and it just looks like it's going to look great so now what i'm going to do is just attach it onto my ponytail. So so this is the palm styling it. So this is how i'm styling it i'm just doing a high ponytail, nice and simple. This is an easy, 10 minute, hairstyle guys and again, i'm just wrapping that hair around to hide. You know the any bits that i need to hide, and here is the first star guys - and here is the first style guys just a high ponytail, and i mean look at the bounce on this curl guys, it's absolutely gorgeous and now i'm going to be creating The second style - and i don't need to actually take the ponytail off what i'm going to do - is just wrap it around my head and i'm just going to be creating a bun. So here is style number two and it's just a nice casual bun. For those days where you don't want your hair sort of hanging down and um yeah, nice and simple, but it also still looks very cute, and now we are on to the third style and guys. I can really say that this ponytail has minimal, shedding like how i'm working with it right now. It is not shedding at all, which is really really good. So for this style i'm creating some bangs with a bun. So i'm just wrapping the hair around the ponytail itself to create the bun and, of course, using some hair clips just to secure that hair in place, and once i've done the bun, i'm just going to sort out the bangs or the fringe. Whatever you want to call it guys button, we are going to have some hair falling onto our face, and this is also a cute everyday style. Just if you want to switch up your ponytail and how it looks you know just for a change. It is a really cute hairstyle and it's also super quick to do so. Here is style number three guys and now on to the final hairstyle and again, i'm going to keep it super simple, super casual, but still very, very cute, and what i'm going to do is i'm just going to place all the hair from the ponytail onto one Side, so i'm just creating a side pony, so the hair is just going to fall on one side of my face again. This is just to switch it up from the normal just um, ponytail hairstyle and here is style number four guys, okay, guys. So that's the end of the video. I hope you enjoyed it. I hope you liked it.
