How To Make An Afro Puff Drawstring Ponytail/Diy

Hi everyone welcome back to my youtube channel how you are doing, i hope, you're staying safe, so guys um in today's video, i'm going to be showing you how to do a drawstring ponytail. I love drawstring ponytails because they're super easy to you know to install and they're. Really quick like you can just get your hair done in like few minutes. So yes, i'm going to be using this cup. I don't know if it's called a wig cap or whatever, but i know um. Some people prefer to use the one that has clippings and um bands and stuff like that yeah. But i've tried both and i still like this one better. I don't know if it's, because this was the first one i used or something i don't know. I just got so used to this particular one and i feel more comfortable in this one. You can use whichever one that works for you. This is basically what i'm going to be using and this mannequin head guys. This one came here has gone through video. It'S like i'll, be using this since um. I was in school because i was making wigs at the side horse. So if you can see it has holes like i get to put needles all through and stuff like that, okay, i'm going to be using a crochet pin across my shirt and um a living conditioner and yes, of course, the main deal like the main thing. So yes, this kinky hair is the very one you guys have been seeing in most of my videos, both on instagram and here on youtube um. They are kinky hair right, like they don't even get a spoiler anything. So why do i have to like show them? So i'm going to transform this and use them to make my dress stream 22 and you're just going to have to sit down and watch and um yes without so much talking. You have to be strategic because, sometimes even before you could get to like finish up, it starts to get super full. Let me start from the back from the base here and i'll just keep going around and round and round. If this is too noisy like when i'm in detail, i'm just going to go ahead and do the voiceover so making a short drawstring ponytail. So i don't need it to be this long and i don't want to waste it. So i'm going to go ahead and cut them into like four places: um guys, if you have a new kinky hair, you can use that's perfect, like that's super cool, so i just i'm just trying to save some money. Just do this. Do this open up? My crochet, i repeat the same process - put it right here so guys. This is what it looks like after the crocheting process. I didn't have to crochet till the end of the net, because i've already got to my desired quantity. So yeah. I went ahead to apply leave-in conditioner and also some oil to keep the african key ponytail, moisturized and shiny, and when i was done, i had to hand pick or fluff um the afro georgetown ponytail, so i could trim properly, and that was basically what i did And guys this is basically all of it. So when you're done doing that, you just have to go ahead and get out your church drink, which is what i'm gon na show you right now there is a band right there, so all you have to do is pull it out and then cut it. That is what um i am going to be using as my drawstring. So that's basically it, and this is how you put it on your hair and you use the drawstring to make adjustments. And, of course, you need bobby pins as well, and if you want to keep them safe, you want to keep this safe. This is how you tie the knot so that it doesn't loosen.
