Natural & Versatile | Clean Hairline Yaki 360 Frontal Wig | Geniuswigs

Hey guys, i'm back today with another video. This one is going to be brought to you by the company genius wigs and today i will be showing you this yaki 360 lace, frontal unit. This one is in the length 20 inches, it's 180 in density, and this is their crystal lace. You get two combs on the side, a comb in the middle, a comb in the back and your adjustable strap and your removable elastic band. Now i did not wash this unit or condition it. This is still straight out of the package. I just wanted to get up close, so you guys can see what the texture looks like you see those little crimps throughout i'm hoping that that kind of presses out some as i was getting ready to apply this wig. This baby almost didn't want to go on. Okay, it was snug, it was dang near uncomfortable. I had to remove my elastic band plus unadjust, the straps in the back. This cap is not very forgiving at all, so you guys know i have a small head, so you want to be very careful about the size that you pick when it comes to this 360 unit. This is the crystal lace once again, and this layer seems to be a little bit more durable and not as thin as the other crystal lace that i'm used to working with, but i like how easy it still is to kind of blend this into your skin. If you wanted to rock this glue list, you could, however, i am going to be using my olive oil fix. It hold spray to adhere this unit down for today, i'm gon na be adding on my sew milk band around the hairline. Just because i want everything to stay in place, and i want to be extra sure that that adhesive dry down while i am styling this unit now. One thing that i did notice was that this hair does come off to be a little bit on the dryer side and i feel like it feels that way, just because of the texture that they are trying to mimic to be our own. But i'm hoping that i add a little bit of serum in and it's gon na feel a little bit softer parting space on this is decent. However, of course, i am spoiled by my six inches of parting space. Now you get less parting space on the side and of course you get most of the parting space in the middle, but they did go in and bleach the knots. I did notice just a few little knots, but i don't feel like they were big enough for me to have to bleach them. I feel, like powder is definitely going to take care of them so right here, i am just going in with my wax: stick. I'M going around the hairline area and in the parting space, of course, i chose the side part and i'm just going to use my hot comb to press everything down, so this unit can be very flat, as i was flat ironing the hair. I did notice that these crimps were not going anywhere at all. I did add a little bit of a bump towards the ends and i will say that once i added the heat to this unit, the hair does feel a bit softer. Now it does state that you can go in and curl this unit if you would like, of course, i always state that when you are curling your yaki units or your kinky straight units, you want to go in with a more tighter curl pattern, just depending on What kind of curl you are going for? All of the products that i am using in today's video can be found down below in the description area. It'S melted down pretty good into my skin, very happy with the way that it looks, i'm going to pull out a little bit of hair on the side, because i do want to create some baby hairs. Of course, if you're not a fan of baby hairs, you can definitely skip this step. I'M going to be using my gorilla snot to mold those hairs. Now i do want to talk about this hairline a bit while i am creating the baby hairs. It states that this is part of the grown hairline and i feel, like the hairline, looks decent, but coming from working with some of their other units with the girl hairline. I feel like this. One is not even touching that, so i was expecting it to look as flawless as the other one where you wouldn't have to go in and do anything. But if you wanted to look like their other grown hairline, you are probably going to have to end up plucking out a bit more because it does have a good amount of density within the hairline area. I'M going to be putting a bit of powder around the hairline area and a little bit into the parting space and guys this is what it looks like down as a side part. I think it looked really cute as a side, part and y'all noticed. I did not do my curved side part. I just did a straight one, so i was shocked by that too. But everything came together. It blended down nicely the lace on this is nice. I cannot deny that i just wish the hairline was plucked out a bit more. I also did put a little bit of serum into the hair and it definitely helped to soften it up. I did not notice a lot of frizziness and i also did not notice a lot of flyaways show you guys what this unit will look like as a middle part. So i'm just adding some of my wax to lay everything down now when i got to the middle part, when it was time for me to hot comb everything i had to go over it a few times, but the middle part looks really nice, i'm also going To comb over a little bit of hairs in the front just to kind of sleek it out a little bit and then i'm going to be adding some of my powder into the parting space just to help brighten it up, and this is what the middle part Is given i attempted to give you guys a really cute neat ponytail, but it did not work out that way. So do not come for me because imma get it together where i can perfect these ponytails. The only thing that was really stopping me from giving a good look was the back just kept popping up some because of how snug this unit is. But i did want to show you guys what a messy ponytail could look like from the front it was given kind of cute. I could have brushed it up a little bit more but, as you guys know, i do not like to quit. So i just kept trying until i can at least get a decent looking ponytail, especially from the front. The back needs a little bit of work, but hey we gon na get better with time, but let me know what you guys think about this yaki unit.
