Hey guys welcome back to our channel if you're new here, please hit the subscribe bell notification and like button. If you want to see more of our videos in today's video, i'm going to be showing you how to do two quick and easy ponytails using the halo. So all you're going to need to do this look is a tail comb. Obviously a halo. If you have one and a really strong hair tie now, i'm going to start with clipping my hair up and putting the halo on. So you just want to section your hair like this by clipping up the crown section, which is that hair that's going to be sitting over the halo and you just clip that up out of the way get your halo, i'm wearing color 4 in medium. Let your hair down over the top and then with your tail comb. You just want to get the hair out over the top that might be stuck under the wire. So now that my halo is on - and i'm ready to put my hair up in a ponytail, how i like to do it and what i start by doing, is getting my hands like this, so that my thumbs can actually pick up. I'M just sliding my thumbs underneath the halo and i start by picking up the halo first. So that's the whole halo in my hand, and then i pick up my hair. With my other hand, all the hair, that's underneath the halo. I pick it up and put it all together and from here i just like to really work the sides. It'S essentially how you would tie your hair normally, but you're sort of just being a little bit more cautious of the halo on the side here and how you need to keep that flat. So i usually like to keep some of my fringe out as well, but from here you can see. There'S, like you know, a bit of a bulky sort of situation happening here, and so i really want to flatten that, and so i just tightly grab that with my hand, that's holding all the hair and just guide the hair, with my other hand, so that i Can really strap that back whilst fixing all the bumps and lumps in my hair and just making sure that i'm hiding the halo on the sides here. So you can't see any of the halo, which is obviously what we want and just really making sure it's hidden. Okay, so i'm pretty happy with this look, but the thing with the halo is you can't really take it too high up because um the nature of the halo is that obviously it's sitting on your head with the wire here? So if you take it too high up it's kind of going to like pull the halo off your head and it won't be secure in your head anymore. So i'm going to see how high i can go with it to show you how high you can actually get it, but usually it's like a mid ponytail, so you just work it up, like you would your normal ponytails, so i feel like there is probably the Highest, i can go before i can feel like it's gon na almost be like pulled off my head. So with my hair tie, i'm now just gon na tie it off and just keep pulling my ponytail up like judging it up like you know, you tighten it with the hair tie, and so this is the first quick ponytail style. That is quite easy to do. Like you just saw how quick that was, and it's important, that you have like a really strong hair tie, because the halo needs to be really secure, um when it's tied up, because it's quite heavy and you're essentially like you, want something. That'S just gon na hold. It in place, okay, so now i'll show you the second look. That'S also really quick and easy, and it's gon na be just a simple low ponytail and you do the same thing with your hands. But this time i'm gon na keep my fringe tucked away and keep it nice and sleek so put it behind my ears get my thumbs. I'M doing the same thing again where i want to keep the sides of the halo, nice and flush to my head and i'm just keeping it super smooth. You could even use a brush here if you want to and super flush super sleek. I picked up the halo again and then i pick up the rest of my hair underneath and so i'm just doing a low ponytail now, so i'm just going to tie that off. I really love this look because, as you saw, it took me probably like 10 seconds to do and it looks so chic and it's great for when your hair is dirty. My hair is dirty right now so um it just stays really nice and sleek because of the oils in my hair, and it just looks really nice and it's super quick and it keeps the hair out of your face. So these two ponytail looks are super quick. I hope you enjoyed it if you liked this video, please hit the subscribe button and the bell notification and obviously the like button.
