How To: Create A Quick Messy Ponytail Using Your Hair Extensions

Using your old extensions (I am using ones from years ago) you can create a messy ponytail in minutes! This is a great everyday look, if you don't have much time but want to create some thickness and volume. Extension are from http://www.cliphair.co.uk I wear colours 613 and 18/613.

So today, I'm going to show you how to do a scrappy ponytail using all your old horrible extensions that have got two ratty to wear anymore, so I've got loads of extensions here. There are all my old ones that I don't really wear anymore and, as you can see, my hair is actually very short and thin and struggling. So when I put it up in a ponytail, I've hardly got any ponytail there. So I'm going to show you how to make a nice painter. So what you do is get one. That'S got about two clips on so small one and then section your hair off and don't put it too low to your neck because then it'll show through when you put your hair up. So just click that in it - and you don't actually need that. Many for this next I'm using the three clip one and because it's just gon na be a scrappy painter. You can put your extensions in very randomly, but you don't have to be neat at all, so I'm just putting in all my extensions down through the middle part of my head, because when I put my hair up, I don't want you to be able to see Them inside so this is so quick today, it's great to do for an everyday look and I'm putting the last one in up about my crown yeah, and this one is so old that the clips even fallen off. So you should never throw away your old extensions. Okay, so now, obviously I wouldn't have my hair down because they look really struggling horrible because they're about three years old or something. So what I do is, I just sort of run my hand through my hair to top mix my hair up with that and then just grab your hair and put it in a ponytail. Don'T worry about what your painter looks like, because that pins coming next so make sure you can't see any of the extension clips. I'Ve got a letter one here, so I'm just putting on some hair now to make it nice and scruffy, as you can see, because the extensions are old, it's made, it look really nice and matted kind of like you know, but Bette heady. So now I take my hand like a claw and just got out that yank a big bit of hair out, so that makes it nice and scrappy and then do the same at the sides and then that's it. It'S so quick! It'S taken me three minutes. So if you want to make your hair a bit longer and have a bit more volume, that's what you should do and you can take down metal bits at the front if you want to have Center parting or my next City, with the center parting, so sighs And there you have it but more volume and a way to use your old extensions and get a nice fresh.
