Testing Lullabells Extensions | Tutorial And Honest Opinion

Hello, everybody and welcome back to my channel so for today's video i've got you something a little bit different today, i'm going to be testing trying out kind of doing a little tutorial on how to put in the lulabelles clip in ponytails. Now i have got two here today to show you they're both completely different colors as well. One is just definitely not my color, but i wanted to try two because it's really hard to tell on the website what your color is going to be. You can actually send them a photo of like a selfie of you with your hair and they will match you um, but obviously the lighting and stuff, like you, never know. If it's going to get right, so i got two different colors to be fair. When i get my hair redone, the lighter one, my hair is like that anyway, so it will definitely work sometimes when i've got my hair redone. So i'm just basically going to show you how to do these two different ponytails. So i've got the 26 inch grande ponytail. Now look how long that is. I am hating how thin my hair is getting, and i know it's because of bleaching it. I just know that, like i know that every time i bleach my hair, it gets thinner and thinner and thinner. I just keep doing it because i literally can't help it um, but that's what these are for right, yeah, so that is literally 26 inches of long straight sassy hair, which i want. So that's the first one. I'Ve got i've got this one in a shade. Champagne blonde which, as i said this is the one that's just definitely not really like my hair color at all, and the second one that i got is the mini grande 18 inch pony. So, as you can tell this, one is a lot more. Like my hair. Color, it looks kind of green on the camera. It'S not um. This one is the california blonde. I actually do think that i will buy the 26 inch grande ponytail in this color just for now, because they are really really cheap, they're just so worth it because i mean getting hair extensions is unbelievably expensive. It'S bad for your hair rips, your hair out! You know every now and then i like to have the like natural look um. So with this. It just means that, if you're on a night out - and you just want to you - know, judge it up a little bit go a bit crazy with the hair just buy one of these. Instead of having to get like, you know, hundreds of pounds worth of extensions and ruining your hair, these are perfect for it. I'M going to show you this one first now i have actually tried them on already. This one is pretty crazy. I look like i'm like in a like a 90s film star or something because it's literally like so bouncy and beautiful um one other thing i actually want to tell you guys is: i actually bought these off of depop um. I was gon na buy them off the website, but i just thought you know be sustainable, buy them off depop, you know someone's had them didn't want them anymore, um. It was also a lot cheaper, um and otherwise we're just gon na chuck them away. So i bought them off depop just to check the colors and then maybe i'll buy them off the website. If i'm actually wanting the right color, they come in this like really protective plastic packaging um, and then you pull the ponytail out and it comes in this netting. I guess just like holds it all together. It means there's no flyaways or anything like doesn't get all knotty you can see already like. This is literally just going to be like a massive bouncy, thick ponytail. So when you open it up, it has just got this little clip here with the little lullaby label. There it's just got this little kit that goes in under your ponytail. Then it's got this long strand here that when you wrap it around kind of, you know hides that top bit of the ponytail, where it connects to your hair. First thing that is really really really important is making sure you look like an egg. You'Ve got to have your hair literally as high as you can possibly get it slick back as tight as possible. Looking like the biggest egg in the whole entire world. I'Ll turn sideways for you guys, so you can see this one. We are then going to grab it and flick it over the back, get the little clips and just slide it in right, underneath your hairband. So once that's in tight like that and get it as flat as you possibly can you don't want it lying flat on your head? You want it lying flat towards the bobble. Now i always make sure to keep this bit out, because, obviously that's the bit you're going to use to wrap around in a minute. We flip the paint out forward and just wrap it round this side. First, obviously, you can feel which sides of the velcro that needs to go on top pull the extra strand and wrap it around. As you can see there, the velcro is just going to connect it's easier to do this at this angle. I know this is probably funny filming, but it just is there we go see. We'Ve just got it wrapped around, like that. I'M just gon na keep wrapping and you are then going to grab an unbelievable amount of bobby pins because you need to really secure that in place and basically just the more bobby pins you put in it the better it's going to sit on your head now. Obviously, if you're having a blonde ponytail, it's better to use blonde bobby pins, i don't actually have many. I some reason i have black bobby pins um and then obviously you just want to kind of play around with there give it a little brush flew with free of your fingers, find where best it sits on your head. There. We have it guys. There is the first painting it's pretty sassy like it's huge, it's volumous um. There is a lot of hair to this. There is a lot of weight to this. The difference is actually unbelievable, like it is so thick, it is so heavy um and this one just matches my hair really really. Well, i mean if anyone wants to have hair like this. Naturally, then, oh, my god, they are so lucky. My camera just is running out of battery, so i did have to plug it in for a little bit um, so that's fun, but we're back, and hopefully i can get through this part of the video without the camera of actually running out. So now we are going to try the 26 inch grande ponytail. Now this is just gon na, be so sappy, i'm so gutted. Sorry, that's rude! I'M so gutted that it isn't the same color as my hair, because i think if it was the same color as the other one, it would literally be so awesome. So, let's pop this in so again it comes in this lovely packaging. It doesn't come with a net this one um. I don't know whether that was just because the girl i bought it off of depop um, took it out or whether it just doesn't need it as much. This one is so soft, like it's literally so silky smooth, and i just absolutely love it. It'S so long like honestly, like it nearly touches my bun so again when we unravel it, we have just got the clip, that's exactly the same as the other one and the little bells label here, um and then this long strand of hair that wraps around the Ponytail at the top, so we're going to do the same thing: we're just going to hold it like this and flip it over and we're just going to slide it in right underneath that bubble and hide it with the extra bit of hair. Now it's just me or did that one go on a hell of a lot easier. I feel like because it's so straight sorry that was so weird talking with a bobby pin in my mouth, because it's so straight it just um, you know, sits on a lot better, a lot tighter. So there we go after i've fastened it in with lots of bobby pins. This is the finished product. Now i absolutely love this one. To be honest, i think i could get away with the color of it, like you guys, probably on camera thinking. Oh my god. I don't know you can't, i feel like i could, because hair is always darker at the root um. If i really straighten my hair, underneath i mean you can't even really see it kind of does, you know get hidden in there, but this is the finished product guys. Look how sassy! I look. I'M sorry, i wonder why molly may looks so unbelievable in all her photos, just because she has one of these like if i had long hair like this all the time it would actually be over for all of you guys um it does. Actually i mean that is the top of my bun. I probably could have done it a little bit higher on my head, but i think sometimes they only look like a bit of a ponytail there's a painter. Sometimes you look a bit like a pineapple. Oh, my god, i love this so much and again these were so cheap for what they are. Obviously they're, not real hair and if they're real hair, they're a lot better and last a lot longer, but i don't think you can really tell. I think this just looks like really really shiny, hair kind of looks like a horse's ponytail. That'S why paint has called a ponytail wow, okay, wow, but yeah. Look, i'm so happy with this one guys. I feel like this one's my favorite. I feel, like the other one, is very like acquired taste and because i have such a small head like i have such a small head. So when with that other one, because it's so big and bouncy, i feel like it makes my head look even smaller, whereas this one just like it doesn't do as much of that, because it's like straight and like you know, i don't know if you can put Heat in it um, because, obviously, if you wanted to you, could like curl this or even just crimp, this would be a nice, let's have like a nice crimped ponytail, but it does actually say on the packaging. Um heat heat resistant up to 180. So i couldn't. I can imagine you probably could, although because it's not real hair, it might not stay very long at all, but you can actually buy on the website. There is ones that are ready, curled, ready, crimped, like all different styles of ponytail. There are some that are straight, but not quite as long like 22 inch ones, um yeah they've got an unbelievable amount on that. They also have normal hair extensions, like clipping hair extensions and bonded hair extensions that you would go to a salon to put in what you're thinking is halloween i mean once this video got out, it would all have been halloween. I'M thinking i could um wear this for halloween and maybe plait it because that's quite halloween vibes, isn't it if you apply your hair, let me see right, i'm actually gon na show you guys a little. You know i'm gon na apply, for you see what we can do now, i'm slightly worried that when i go to plat it obviously my own hair is going to stick out like it's all bun. So this is what we have ended up with. If you plat it, obviously you can really now tell the difference between my hair and the plait, so i probably wouldn't ever do this. Unless my hair was lighter and like my hair does stick out a little bit, i think it looks kind of cool, so anything i think it looks quite sassy. So thank you so much for watching guys. I say cheap hair extensions, they're, not cheap, they don't look cheap, but you can get less expensive, hair extensions and they look unbelievable. If i have to pay the crazy amount, for you know, tapes or bonded extensions. You can just whack this in takes literally five minutes. Um and you're good to go so yeah.
