Hey i'm b crew, so i'm starting off on stretch, hair or whatever, so i'm just combing my hair up in the direction that i'm going to be putting it i'm going to brush out my edges because i'm going to lay those down later on. So i am doing a high ponytail today, so i just want to section those off. I added a little bit of oil to my hair, just to prep my hair for the gel and i'm also going to apply a little water, i'm using the edge booster stronghold. Gel it is one of my favorite gels, especially if you have short hair, because you are going to be able to slick your hair up and it is not going to come down. Okay, it's going to stay up um! You can split your hair off into two sections if it's easier for you to like gel your hair up that way, but my hair is on the finer side, so i can usually get my hair up, but just doing it this way. So i'm just going to go ahead and smooth. You know the gel into my hair with my hand and also use my brush as well. Once i get my hair completely up, i'm gon na go ahead and use two thin ponytail holders. I like to use the thin ones, because my hair is short and those thick ones sometimes like be in a way, so i like to use the thinner ones and they give me a better hold. Actually so y'all can see your girl hair is growing back. Okay. I got a little bun now it's little, but i got one so i'm just going to go ahead and smooth my hair going upward, making sure i'm getting all of the flyaways together and i didn't use any other product you guys you can use some free spray. If you would like - but this gel literally holds my hair like for days okay, so i'm just gon na go ahead and put on my scarf, i get a lot of questions about this scarf. I get them from family dollars, so check your local family dollars um. I don't know if they'll have them, sometimes they do sometimes they don't. But yes, i like to put on two and i'm going to sleep like this overnight. So now it is the next day and i'm going to be using the edge booster hideout, and i'm just going to be applying that on the places of my hair that are a little spurs. You know um, where i see some gaps or whatever, because i do have fine hair and i do have a little bit of gaps i'll go in with the edge booster pomade at this point. Edge booster need to be sponsoring me. Okay, the way i'm using these products style factor where you're at but nah, so i'm gon na go ahead and lay down my baby hairs. If y'all would like me to do or edges whatever you want to call it. If y'all want me to do an in-depth tutorial on like how i lay them down some techniques, for you guys to get them slick and sleek how i'm doing mine, let me know in the comments - and i can definitely do that for y'all, so i'm just getting Them together or you can brush yours going straight back it's up to you. I decided to add a little bit of the hideout to my edges, just to make them a little bit darker. You know a little bit more defined. I don't always do this, but it's just something that i decided to do this time. So the ponytail i'll be using is from bobby boss. Is the tressa ponytail series? It'S a human hair blend 28 inches water wave. It is a drawstring with two combs. I saw this at the beauty, supply store and wanted to try it out. So i just inserted the combs front to back pull the drawstring and wrap it around, so i'm definitely going to go ahead and give you guys my thoughts on this add some bobby pins for extra security. So then i just wrap the drawstring around and then i just put that into place with a bobby pin as well. I'M going to go ahead and gather some of the hair out of the ponytail and i'm going to add some mousse, because you guys this is it's a human hair blend. But it's still giving me very much synthetic i'm going to go ahead and wrap the hair around the base. Now, as far as the ponytail, it was very easy to install the ponytail very beginner friendly, so i'm just going to go ahead and wrap until i get to the end and then i'm just going to pin the end into place. I did go ahead and add some of the moves to the ponytail just to kind of help with frizziness or any flyaways. You know try to like get it together and also it's very thin to me. I feel like they could have definitely added some more hair, because this is giving too thin, and then i took my petal brush to kind of fluff it out to give it a little bit more body, and it has like these short pieces at the top. It is not long all the way to the end. I wish it was so bobby blast. Y'All should totally work on that. You know what i'm saying like it should be long root to the bottom. I don't like those shorter pieces it just it just did not. Now that i'm looking back at the footage, i should have just cut the end to match the shorter pieces at the top, but whatever, but this is how it turned out. Overall, it is really a pretty pony, so i do like look. I see the shorter pieces. I do like the look. This is definitely a ponytail that you'll probably wear for a weekend and be done with it and that's pretty much it, but i hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial. I hope it was helpful thanks for watching, and i will see you all on my next one.
