Sleek Ponytail/Bun On Blown Out Natural Hair. Using Only Edge Control!

This is the first video that you come across with me, i'm brickay here and today, it's like today we're going to do something with this, like i'm about to just put in a sleek bun, because for one i'm tired of the wigs and for two i cannot Get any braiding hair because all the beauty supplies are closed. So guess what i did. I ordered some off ebay. Yes, so i'm just gon na do a sleek bun, because i had to take my wig off the other day. I said nope and i just washed my hair and my hair was blow-dried. Oh you guys. So this is my two-year mark, no heat and besides the blow jar, so i never. Let me see. I know y'all want to say that is he. That is the but listen i this is the only heat that i've been using for the past two years. I haven't used a flat iron or a pressing comb, no curling iron. Nothing like that. This is my two year mark like two weeks ago, was my two year mark of that and i'm really mad, because i need to go get my sweet ass cut, even though they don't look that bad okay, i'm back so i have to go. Get a slice of pizza, hey man, you know how you about to take a bite on. Let me thank the lord for this okay, you guys so the thing about this one is i'm going to try to do this without any gel? I don't know if you guys know me, but you guys know i do not like gel for real, like my hair being wet, please! No. I don't like that. This is what i want to use and to get my hair to like weigh down. You know. Oil weighs down our hair. So that's what i'm going to be putting on my hair is this fructose oil sleek and shine. I keep twirling, i'm sorry hold on i'm going to be putting this in there. So it's not going to focus back what i'm going to massage my scalp with today is the jojoba grapeseed oil. So this is i got this. I don't know. I got this from my local beauty supply here in east lansing, and this is pink. This is by the brand uh lustrous pink, and this is just jehovah and grapeseed oil. I usually use um just some type of penetrating oil, but i use i start recently using this palm kernel. Seed oil kernel palsy oil. I don't know what side, but i gave it to somebody anyways, but i gave it to somebody who needed it. Okay, i could talk while doing my hair. That'S what i need to do. I need to talk while i do my hair this. Oh my gosh. Oh, it's really oily! Oh my gosh. I should have started off with massaging my scalp, i'm gon na put some more in there, but right now, wow, but right now i'm going to um massage my scalp break with okay. So this is i'm going to use this, but i really try to put this on my fingertips. You'Ll see so like i do like put some in my palm and then like. I put my fingertips in it like this. Yes, i do this and then, like i, put my fingertips with my other fingertips like this and then uh you make my middle part while i'm playing it's not perfect, but it might have to do you see. Let me just try to brush this and see what it look like. Oh, i did it so i am going to put a little bit of what is it called the style factor edge control i'll start with like this much, and if this turns white you guys like if it turns like grayish, just put some oil on top. You guys, if you guys want to know, is wear wigs and then, from time to time. I try to do like a hairstyle like this or i try to do two braids on myself and then like throughout the year, i'll, probably wear braids once or twice, but i'm going to change that i'm going to wear them, i'm going to wear them. Probably all summer, no not all summer, oh probably all summer cause i'm going to be in the pool. You know that wig not gon na work in the pool for real, unless you let the glue it back. On that night i mean every other night and who's about to do that. Not i you know just i wear wigs um. I keep my hair braided up underneath my wigs and then i make sure my hair is very moisturized before i bring it up and put my wig on and glue it down like if you're going to glue down your wig make sure your hair is not dry. Underneath it because this could like cause breakage and damage your hair, a little bit just make sure it's moisturized, because it's going to be in those braids and i usually moisturize with um africa, shade y'all hold on. I forgot how to do my edges. I usually um. I don't know why i just did all that. I usually moisturize my hair with african shea butter, the yellow one, the raw one. That'S like the natural and that keeps my hair moisture rise, and i put the uh my last last set of braids. I had i put the palm kernel, see oil or kernel palms, the oil - i don't know it's. I get those things mixed up, but i put that in there and i know i'm all up to y'all faces, but i got ta get this edge. Okay, this is gon na have to work. I look you wanna hold on y'all. Let me try to finesse this because this this look weird to me. I want to try to pull the edge out from underneath here and then scoop that back up. So, let's see what i can do like do this and my edges are getting longer like these are not even edges anymore, but they're going to my goal is to get my first part of my hair if y'all didn't see like the front part, it's like right Here and then the back is like go down. I want to get this part like down. Like my bangs, i don't like how that look because, like i put a part right there to do this edge, but it looks like it's a bar spot. Let me scoot this back and put it over it. I messed this up hold on. Why can't because why won't this just work? How i wanted to so this is the finish you look at the top for see. Look you see how it's a little white, i'm just gon na put some oil back on the top brush. It take my ponytail back out um and then i'm gon na put this oil at the top. Just rub a little bit in my hair. I don't want to leave this in my head for too long, because i don't like my hair and ponytails or like especially once like wrapping up my ends, because i don't want my ends to be even more damaged. When i really need to get my swings cut - and i need to let this like put less manipulation on my ends as possible, uh until quarantine is over i'll, actually be turned around how's it look. I can't see i cannot see. So how does that look see? This side, this side looks funny yeah. I just look. This side do look funny, but this, like i said this is going to have to work. This is i'm going to be in the house. Quarantined quarantining and y'all could just look at this side because it's the kids. This is the this side is just it's whatever, but this is the finish.
