Hey guys, I'm back with another video and today I'll be showing you how I achieve a sleek low ponytail. As you can tell my hair, looks a hot mess. I'Ve had it in a bun, for I don't know how many days so, I'm just gon na go ahead and restore some moisture by spritzing, my hair with some water. Next, I'm going to be using my rat tail comb to create a side part which is optional, but it makes them more. Stylish and plus. My forehead is too big to just be pulling my hair straight back y'all. I normally apply a leave-in conditioner, but I didn't have any on hand. So I had to improvise using as I am coconut co-wash, which is so bomb the slip is amazing and it melts my tangles and knots. I'M going to then go home, my tangle teezer brush. Removing any kinks focusing on my ends as well as making sure to brush my roots, which will make it easier for my hair to lay better and I'm gon na repeat this until I finish my entire head. Finally, tingles free - I can run my fingers through my head, so do y'all feel this shrinkage is still not cool anyways moving along I'm gon na be using my favorite gel, which is the olive oil eco styling job, and I apply a generous amount. You hear me I need my curls to stay. Put, so do not be afraid to use a lot of products focusing on my edges as well as the nape area. Next, you want to use some kind of hard bristle brush not too hard, but something with firmer teeth. To help lay down your roots, don't mind the white mess it's gon na go away and I'm basically just brushing my hair in the backwards motion to smooth down my rules. I'M just gon na go back in with my single teaser just to smooth down any humps or lumps or whatever in the middle, because that's the thickest part of my head. If you have a shorter length of here, I find that positioning. A higher point still gives you more length, but I'm going for a lower look. I have two different scrunchies that I alternate with just an oversized ouch this one as well as a snappy which are both great, that prevent breakage but I'll use the ljus one, because it makes my ponytails feel more secure. I'M just gon na wrap it around twice because I don't want to get a headache or clothes too much tension on my edges. Now, I'm just gon na take some more gel and smooth them on my ends and make sure that I get that really defined. Look taking my tangle teezer, which really adds great definition. To my end, this step is totally optional, but if you guys know me, you know, that's when my edges is a must okay, so I then go in with my pick, which is key, and I'm just gon na go rough, my hair, to make it look more. Fuller and giving more volume, and then lastly, I'm gon na, take my set and scarf and just wrap it on my hair, just to make sure those edges are nice and smooth and they're not going anywhere, and I normally let my scarf sit for 10 minutes. This is a final look. This is my super cute sleek ponytail edges are laid Harris, Lee curls are super defined, and now you can go on about your business and I have to do your hair for a few days. Super easy, quick style, and that is, if you guys like this video, make sure to give it a thumbs up, make sure you subscribe to my channel.
