Afro Kinky Twist On Short Hair

Hi guys welcome back to my channel i'm back with another video and in today's video i'm going to be showing you how i did my hair. I did like this quick twist. This took me about three and a half hours uh. It was really really quick. I just wanted something to like push me through the wig i used afro kinky hair. I used two packets of them in color number four. I really really love the color. I love how it turned out, it's so light and if you guys want to see how i did my hair then keep on watching. So i am almost done with my head. I am left with, i think, about five braids here, which i'm going to show you guys how i did them, but this is how they are looking. They are really really lightweight like they are not heavy at all and i'm really really loving this color. So this is number four by the way and the head that i'm using is this afro classic. I used two pegs. I'M left with this much which i'm hoping will be enough for these five braids. So i'm just gon na go ahead and show you guys how install them i really didn't want them to be like really really tight. That'S why i chose this hair because it's kind of like spring twist or like a freaking kiss, actually afro kinky. So i was actually looking for the afro kinky that i used like three years ago and it was really really nice. It was shoulder length, but on that brand they didn't have number four, and i was. I didn't really want to do number one. I wanted something lighter um, so i found this brand and the head number four. So i chose it, but it's a little bit different. I don't know if it's because it's like colored hair, but it does have a little bit of tingling and it doesn't really like twist out um as tight as the other brand. I think the other brand was sublime, but i love them. I love how they turned out they're like little boho, ish and they're. Like long, i actually cut it in half because it was really really long. You can actually use this hair to make this twist longer, so i'm just gon na go ahead and section my head. So i'm not using any products. Normally i will use like my gel works to make them tighter and cleaner, but i want them to be loose and i want them to be a little bit on the messy side. So i'm not really like using any product. I'M just going ahead and braiding like this and um on the other ones. I also use like my conditioner and um water mixture, but i'm just braiding with the hair like that. So i'm do i'm starting by like braiding the hair on for a little bit and then once i'm reached like the um point that i want i'm starting to twist. So this will actually make them like less tight and not as tight on my head. So yeah, as you can see, they're really really light, but i'm also like trying to make sure i conceal, because on some of the braids here you can see like my hair sticking out, especially on the ends, because i have relaxed hair. But i'm trying to get that part sorted out there, but i can always use it most after that. So and then i just continue to twist and i'm really really like not making them tight. I'M just following like the natural pattern, we'll just continue twisting until the end. So again, i'm just like braiding, my hair um, with the braid for like three times and then pull it in a little bit and then continue to twist like if you want them to be like really really tight. Maybe you might need to use like some sort of a product or like rubber bands or and crochet them, but i want mine to be loose. I'M actually planning on keeping them on for like a week or two and i'm just continuing to twist it until i get to the end. Hmm hmm, so i am done with the braiding, and this is how they look. I'M just gon na take my scissors and cut off like the little um ends yeah because they're like really really tingly like this, but this is my hair. I am done braiding. I love the length especially love the color. I really really love it. So now, i'm just gon na do a little bit of styling, i'm going to i'm going to put them up in a bun, and next i'm taking my most. This is the rs1 i'm going to apply it on top and also on my edges here, and this is just gon na get rid of like all the flyaways, because my hair is relaxed and there's some um ends that i like picking out and it's just gon Na make everything look cleaner and i'm also taking my little edge brush here, just kind of like shape the edges. So i'm just going to take my um rep strips just one and i'm going to wrap my edges and i'm just going to take my blow dryer and dry this quickly. So this is the final look. This is how it looks. I really really love how it turned out, and i am so in love with the color, like it's really really pretty. I'M just gon na tuck this in it's really really pretty it's not too blonde. It'S not too dark. So i really really love how it turned out, and this is the back, so i hope you guys enjoyed this video.
