Two Strand Twist Locs With Extension

All right guys, i am back with another video, so today we're gon na be doing some two strand twists with hair extensions, because her hair is pretty short, so we're gon na be using this jamaican twist braid and give her some two strand twists. You can see what her hair looked like. She started her locs with relaxer here. So that's why the ends are still straight. You can see her button going on there, so it is locking pretty good. So i already did some in the back. That'S what they'll look like when they're done so now. I already did a full row of retwist, so i'm going to show you how to add the hair without it you know showing or seamless. So i'm going to show you how to add that in i already did some down here. I know she have an even amount of luck, so i have to put two together, so she had one left over from the bottom. So i'm gon na add this one to this one, these two and then keep going across. But for the sake of this video, i'm gon na do these two and stay tuned yep. What i'm going to do is i'm going to twist the hair, so you want to twist your hair twirl it to keep the wrinkles nice and tight. So i'm going to twist the hair to maybe about an inch down right where her actual natural hair stops, and this is where the relaxer hair is all right. So i'm going to take a piece of my extension. Make sure that it's nice and even and i'm going to hold my twist right here, put it in the middle and i'm going to twirl this around the actual, lock itself come over crisscross and, like i said, i already did the retwist for this roll for the Demonstration, so if you want to see how to do this retwist, you can go back to one of my retwist videos or i can even make a new one all right. So i'm applying some product to kind of blend that in with the hair a little bit better. So you want to make sure that you're twisting it nice and tight to ensure that her actual hair is not popping out of the extension. Because we want that natural seamless look undetectable here so here we go, so i'm going to twist that this is what i'm talking about. You want to make sure that you're twisting that nice and tight rolling it and our ends are straight too. So, that's why you see them trying to stick out but just apply product and twirl it toward the toilet. This these two locks are kind of big, so the transition is getting a little small, but once i let it go, it will fluff back up all right. So that's that one and i'll stop right here for the sake of time - and i will do these two actually, since this one is so skinny - and these two are so big - i'm gon na add two pieces of hair to give it a little bit more volume. So, let's do that two pieces of hair so again we're gon na keep the retwist nice and tight by twirling it and again twisting to about halfway down and then add the hair. Like i said, i'm adding two to this one, because these two locks are a little bit fatter so same thing twist the hair around and twisting it in and apply some of my gel all right. So that's much better with the two. This one is like really skinny with these in the back looks good all right, so that is it for the demonstration i will be back with the full head completed and i'll show you all the style that we decided to go with. I think i'm gon na put it in a bun. I don't know yet we'll see we'll play around with it. I'M almost done. I have two more twists in the front left, which is four locks, so i'm gon na finish this up and i think i'm gon na rot the ends and dip them in some hot water for some curls. This is the last one. Last one i'm going to show you the re-twist on this one, so you hold your base, grab your comb twist it this twist twist turn turn turn and you're gon na all right. Here we go right when i get to this part where the button is, and then we start getting to the smooth section. That'S where i'm going to add the hair, because that's where the hair gets thin all right. So here we go right there just to build back the volume in, and this is the direction that i twist and some people might twist the other way, but the other way it hurt my hand. So this is what i can do, and this is what i'm doing and it looks good. So that's them all twisted. I'M going to put some flexi rods on the ends just for a little curl, because i don't want to cut it and i'm actually not going to trim it, because i want it to look natural and kinky. So i'm just going to leave the it's not much. Frizz, it's just a little bit, so i'm not trimming it um. So yeah again, this is the hair i used. She had um. I used two packs of these and she had and we have about three pieces left. She had a total of 60 locks, some of them, i did put two pieces of hair in because they were bigger. So you know, if you deal with somebody that have about 60 locks, two packs should be fine depending on how thick their locks are. But, as you can see, the two packs worked. I didn't want to make it too bulky and i didn't want to make it too thin either. So that's why i put like a few of them: have two pieces of hair, so two packs of these. These are the flex rods that i'm going to be using for the ends. So i'm just going to put it like right at the very ends. I don't want it all the way up, just a little loose ends, so maybe like right, maybe about this much so i'm just gon na hold it and twirl it around. That'S good enough. Okay, all right! So just pretty much rock the ends and i'll show you guys when i'm styling it all right, i'm done with the curls. So that's all the curls. We got not too much and already all the scalps in there and putting some mousse to hold out any flyaways or any extra frizz. Well, we don't really have much, but you know i'm gon na be extra neat, so i think i'm probably just gon na put it in a little ponytail to show off the curls. Maybe leave a couple down in the front all right, i'm just going to use on a deluxe from the middle and then or pins. That'S it. How cute is that short locks to long locks?
