HAIR DENSITY how to test and increase density - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVpksn...

If your once dense hair became sparse here are some possible culprits, stress is real guys. It can mess up everything in your body, i'm not a big fan of synthetic medication, but i also understand that some people are in the position where they need to take them check with your doctor. If the medication you're on has any side effects that can affect the health of your hair, the chemicals in relaxers, texturizers and hair dyes can inflict major damage to your hair and scalp. If you're, young and notice your hair is excessively thinning out with no explanation. It'S time to go to a doctor. Dense textured hair has zero tolerance for tension, it hates it. The denser, your hair is the more it hates tension. The simplest things can cause breakage. It'S just how our hair is. It'S a balancing act between keeping your scalp clean. Your hair, flexible and lubricated, and leaving your hair alone

Wave Jackson: I wish I had known this sooner! I was doing all of the wrong things with my dense hair (tight buns every day, relaxers, lots of manipulation) and my hair came out at the temples and I had lots of breakage . But thanks to videos like this, I’m starting new and I can tell my hair is happier. Luckily my hair is still pretty dense and I stopped abusing my hair before all my edges were gone!

sadra olaedo: I started my locs two months ago, I decided to do ONLY 2 point rotation because of TENSION. Thank you I learnt alot from you

Alexia Filpo: Perfect message

T Cam: I thought dense hair would have a higher tolerance for heavy styles and tension then less dense hair.
