Attempting To Install A Wig For The First Time! Ft. Yolissa Hair

Hey y'all, it's me chanel and i'm back with another video. So, as i read for the title, i will be installing my first wig ever y'all, probably like what what yes girl your girl is upgrading and starting her own wigs now first week, i'm starting, but before i get to the video. So this is the wig right here y'all, so i actually plucked the wig by myself and bleached it. So it looks good. I'M gon na do a close-up layer but yeah this is the 20 inches and to me it looks longer than 20 inches y'all like it look longer than expected, but yeah. This is her right here. Miss 20 inch body weight. I did really good at bleaching, so i'm gon na show the videos and pictures right there, but y'all. I did really good for my first time bleaching and plugging like y'all. Don'T understand this is my first time so, along with the wig, they sent me a band to go around my head, so this is the wrap to hold on your hair. It says if you listen, which i thought was so cute - a wig count like this and they sent me lashes and then an edges brush and y'all. This is very good, because this is basically everything you need like you need a wig cap. You need a wrap. You need something to hold your hair down like they come up with the pressure okay, so i'm gon na take this wig off and then get into the actual install because i'm nervous but y'all i have confidence. So that's all that matters. Something just take the cap off now, but yeah. This is the wig goodbye to blonde hello to the black. The only thing i'm worried about is putting it too far on my forehead and then my edges, because i don't want to do edges for real and i'm going to take my piercing out. So i don't mess up the cap but yeah. I know how to do the cap. Y'All come out of the cab just anything after that. I don't know. Okay, that's um boom. I don't know if i should cut my ear hose right now or i'm going to cut my arrows yeah. I think my hair cannot fit today. I really tried to okay. Okay, that should be good. I got it tight because i want it to be fitted exactly. Okay boom got one okay y'all, so i got the ear hole. I did one thing: okay, so now i'm gon na add the makeup. I really sh. Should i do the makeup first, or should i spray what i usually do, i'm gon na spray first, so i'm gon na use got to be the yellow bottle. You know everybody use and i'm just gon na spray around my hairline and a little bit of my hair just so. This can stay bye because it's getting professional already. I i put too much on my hair, but who cares put it on my forehead just in case i'm gon na cut the lace, i think yeah, i'm gon na cut it. I just want to make sure like this ear can right here. I need to make sure it's thick. Okay boom got to be on i'm going to plug up my blow dryer. Okay, i got my blow dryer, so i'm going to put it on low heat and high. I'M actually like ain't, nothing spraying some and i wanted to hold and y'all's currently raining so just ignore it. We got away from this dog we're not worried about the rain so yeah like i don't even know you probably don't even need to use this much, but it means i'm gon na keep going until i feel like it's enough so yeah, i'm just gon na make Sure the ear tabs are there. Okay and i'm going my blood arms. Okay, i'm gon na be actually put one more layer, y'all cuz this wig typical, say i don't care it's gon na, say today and you're, probably like the people. That'S expert you're, probably like she's using too much well girl. This is my first time like i watched a lot of youtube videos, but this wig cap gon na stay. I got all the way up on my forehead. I'M just doing what i think i need to do so i got hair all over me. This got to be is so sticky off. Okay, so then do this again, because i'm done with that, it feels dry. So i'm gon na take my scissors and just cut. Oh yeah, let me just do this if i can grab it. Okay, so you're supposed to cut it, but these are not cutting. I hate. I don't know. I don't like these scissors they're not cut in fast enough, but i know these are the right ones. You'Re supposed to use for your hair, so i'm just trying to grab this up real quick, because this is not trying to come off my head like that's how stuck it is y'all, so you're going to need this and cut. I got my scissors and we're going to use this like y'all, see how easy that's good, okay, y'all wig cap is on. I just tucked the back up so that i don't show but yeah, i'm probably just gon na have to clean up right there, but y'all get it. I did that. So that's on i'm just clean up a little bit make sure i don't cut too much. Just try it on make sure that's how i want it to go. I'M gon na apply the makeup later. Okay, so i definitely need to cut more. Let me see yeah i need to cut more so y'all can see it's gon na be showing something a little bit more okay, yeah, so i'll cut somewhere else. I got stuff all over me. I'M gon na cut some more and i don't want to cut it too far close to my hair, because then it's going to try to put on my hair come with the classic. They come around and say it's a sleeper. The ears are real. The petty is real fighting for a feature deposit, the money to brenda leticia, orlando felicia. She gave me twice, i didn't even know once you know, i'm a freezer. 42 millimeter was made in geneva yeah we went to got how i want it to be. I think yeah yep got it. Yup got it so i'm gon na take my makeup. This is the most important step got ta, make sure it blends go crazy with it, and this is gon na y'all gon na be like oh, my gosh. She melted it like. Yes, girl, that's what we're going for feel milk anyways! We finna milk, this! So i'm trying to keep going i'm using these two colors, like the two brown, a dark brown and light brown, because i feel like that's going to work the best, because i don't want to go too light or too dark. So i'm going in the middle! I'M most likely gon na have to buy another thing because y'all look, i'm literally scraping the thing like. Oh my god cuz. I always. I always use it for everything, because it's my skin color, but i made this thing get right. So yeah i'm getting my whole cap and put it on my lid too, so that it can blend blend good on lace. So now it's like that brown color and then i need to find my part, i'm most likely gon na do a middle part y'all. So y'all know i love my middle part plus it's the easiest part i feel like, because it's just down here. I hold it like this make sure this is what i want, and this one i'm just trying to make sure it goes over the cap so that that doesn't show i'm going a little in front of the cap. Actually so like look y'all, okay, y'all ready now time for the glue, the boho glue that i got from beauty supply, i'm gon na use this. This was like. Let'S see this little bottle was 29 y'all like this stuff, it's expensive, but it works. So it doesn't even matter so yeah. I need to clean around the top. I use something in time, but yeah. So now i'm just going to make little dots that i seen from somebody else oops my dogs look bad okay, so, as you can see, i'm just making little dots for my head and on the scalp. Okay, then i'm just going to take this. This is the back of the eye. I'M going to use this part to just blend it in so i think it's better to go like go down than go up first, because you don't want to go in too far down. Oh boy. This will work out my arm hurt. I didn't do nothing. Okay, so nana's like this. They said to wait until the turns clear so that you won't have any white in your theme, and i'm probably going to do this about like five times, because i need this to actually like stay on there. So i don't know if i should let it air dry or blow dryer, i'm gon na do blow-dry, but yeah i'm putting it on medium heat and then high, but y'all see see how this is clear, and this has like little white residue. I'M gon na see it that's what i'm trying to do. I don't know if i just started taking longer when i did that first, but i think it's cause i put too much. So we just got ta do what we got ta do so now. Let'S go up and add another layer bow, oh and again, i'm just going to thinking. Oh, it's probably gon na be my lash layer. I just i'll keep doing layers because i'm just scared. It'S not gon na hold, which i know it is but like i'm just getting y'all, so i don't know this probably gon na be my last layer yeah. This is gon na, be my lashes layer, we're going to put it on y'all. That'S probably get up, because if it's not right like this is like perfect or it's not going to work, because if my cap, showing because once that glue get on now, it's not coming off so far, everything's been good. So your girl gon na be doing her own wigs, but yeah the hair looks good. This is it and it's blow-dried, but like it still looks good like y'all. This is supposed to be 20 inches. I never knew 20 inches to touch like right here in my lower back so like yo. Is this really 20 inches and it's not even flat? This is just blow dryer. I don't feel like this is 20 inches again, it's not all that on, but like 20 inches i could have sworn was like right here like right here or right here like right there but y'all. This is right now touching right here like what what but yeah the hair is really soft. I already like it so you listen to y'all did y'all think, because this is really soft. It was easy to get all the nuts out like it was very maintainable but yeah. We just wait for this to turn clear so like, as you can see, it's still kind of white and that's what you don't want. You don't want to brush it and put your wig on because then you go see white little spots in your lace and you don't want that. So i'm going to add some more makeup to the actual wig, because i want it to be blended. Like perfect, like i want it to go, look i want it to be melted good, so you can just add this to the lace again. Y'All, probably like girl, you just doing stuff girl. I am like i don't know what i'm doing for real. I just been watching youtube. Videos like i feel like youtube, is such a good like way to learn how to do stuff, because, like it's literally right, there people go step by step like it's right there like you, don't have to go like. Of course it's good to pay for classes, but i feel like you should at least try it like yourself watching youtube, because i feel like many people can do stuff if they actually just give it a shot. You know because, like y'all once i learned how to do my own hair best believe i'm gon na have a new wig every week and y'all gon na be tired of me but yeah like because i really want to get good at it, because once i go Off to college, who gon na be doing my hair in the middle of having classes like you got ta think about stuff like that? Okay, i'm gon na put it on. Let'S see, i did this right, some people we couldn't have threes, but i don't know if i wanted to do that. Okay, i'm gon na put it down bye cause. They look good wait. Y'All can start feeling myself don't understand, so i'm just using a column to try to like rub that glue in there make sure i get this air tile. I'M gon na cut the ears in the bit right now, i'm just trying to glue it on by okay, because i think this is good, i'm gon na just do it some more and y'all. I, like some of this, for my hair tech, shout out to my girl, miesha she'll be doing this and she do hair good, so put this right down like hold it down, because i got ta pull this. No, it's not even that it just it's hard to hold one down and then do this side: okay, y'all! So i'll! Let it sit for some time. I'M gon na go with the blow dryer, but right now i'm gon na just put it in the ponytail, because i'm gon na get ready to cut the lace. Y'All. Okay, take this uh a moment true period, it look good it just. You can see my lace. A little bit right there is this: on there yeah, okay, it's on there yeah. I had to double check. Okay, so let me put this back. I just broke my thing: okay, okay, then i'm going to take this to cut my lace yo. This is my first time doing this, so please not too much it's not even cutting bro. How do you work this? It'S not it's not even cutting. How do you work this peripheral, like? Oh, it's cutting a little. This is gon na take a whole year. Just use my scissors, i know you're supposed to do zigzags, but i'm just cutting along right now. Okay, that's that no need to cut my ear tail mark, i'm doing good! I'M gon na have to work on cutting this ear tab with this, because this is very hard. Okay, just good to it looks good. You can just see a little bit. I got the makeup, but it didn't look good yeah. I did it. I did it don't mind this: it's you can see it the white a little. I did it now, the other side. Okay, y'all, just take longer than what i expected okay yeah. So this is looking. I did pretty overall pretty good, like that's just how it looks. Just don't know, what's me um, it's glue right here, so i have to clean that up. I'M gon na put some makeup on it. It'S kind of lifting y'all, i'm gon na put some more glue. I'M gon na put some got to be right there. My just around the part that i know my list is showing, which is right here: yeah, i'm proud of myself y'all. I was scared. I was gon na go too far back but like y'all. Of course, that's gon na show a little bit because it's not my real hair plus it's my first time, so i'm just trying to get the hang of it. I'M just doing it. So i'm just right now, i'm just cleaning up any extra like glue or anything. That'S on my face, it looks so good right now, like y'all, can y'all see that they look like kind of my real hair. I know this is kind of messed up right here, but it's not that noticeable. The edge is going to end up covering it up. Anyway, so that's why i do my edges, but y'all look at that y'all see the lace. I really think it goes to like the lace, how good your lace is because child i can't do that for real okay. Now i'm going to put on my edges, we could do that and y'all. This is going to be scary. I don't know it just my own edges in real life. It worked oh okay, hair. Take me doing so i should do. Is she'll hold it down and she'll spray right there, basically around the perimeter to begin that other edges. So that's what i'm doing? Okay and i'm gon na put my band back on period by your listener and i'm it's double sided y'all. So like you can have a pink and black and black and pink. So i'm gon na put this on here right now. It'S just basically prepping the edges, so they can be laid. You already know. I got me a small flat iron because we're gon na do the fluffy edges this video, probably long but y'all i'm trying to do this. This is my first time and i think i'm doing very good, like besides my like cap, showing a little right here. I'M still doing good, it's still giving the girls melt but yeah again for me this hair period, i'm sorry they gave me all of this like y'all. I got this too so like if i wanted to put it on. It'Ll. Basically, just go like this, but i don't feel like putting it down. I miss this little band to help me so yeah. It probably would have been smarter to do this to keep the um wig on, besides the smaller band that i had on, but it still works like look at that lady. This one is a little dull, but we don't care carefully use this to cut it. Hopefully i don't cut too much liquid. I did it all. Do y'all see that okay, so i'm doing it. I never did this before y'all. So this is like a small accomplishment. Okay, a lot of people use this to hold the edges and it don't turn white. So i'm going to use this, i'm looking scared because i've never used it before the girl says the comb. You just go like this yo, i'm doing it wait. I got some hair see just this thing. I'M getting hair! That'S not meant for my edges, okay, y'all! So i did my edges. I put the band on i'm gon na um. Do my what's name how come it and i think i'm gon na wear it straight for right now. So i'm just gon na see just me and my my sister anyways up in the hot comb and we're straight only because i don't feel like curling it and you have to be somewhere we're going to mall, so yeah i'ma just wear it straight for today. Look at look how flat that just got it on like it was already flat, but it got flatter and i'm using the she is bomb hair collector. I got from beauty supply, it's my wax. Stick, i'm just putting it on there so that it can look flat. Okay, so that's that now, i'm just gon na straighten my hair. Okay, me is me: okay, y'all, look at my hair. It looks good. I need to just fix this edge. It'S really bothering me that i can't do it, but so this is the hair straight and y'all. It is so thick. I just ran through the um comb. I didn't do nothing else. I just ran through it, but y'all look so good, it's so big. So i know what this one i'm gon na have to give me a good butter but y'all, actually what what lace like? First, what lace, gon na add some makeup to the part, so it could be there okay. So this is the final look. It looks so good. I'M gon na have to go through with the flattering again, but y'all wet lace like through wet lace. I still need to i'm gon na pick between here. So y'all can see the scalp more because it's kind of covered and then i'm gon na put some makeup right there, but y'all. I i did it. I did my own wig like y'all understand it looks good, like you could kind of see it, but, like it looks natural you know it doesn't look like too obvious so y'all. This is the hair. Look how long it is like y'all. This is 20 inches from melissa in this long and thick. This is a highly recommend like look at the hair, y'all i'ma, just let the hair talk, because it is so soft and thick and yo. I barely rent it through and it's already like straightening like how i want it to be and y'all. This is a body weight. I haven't even did the waves yet but like this is so cute okay, so i'm gon na take my angled brush and just put it on the scalp, so it can look more realistic. I mean it's already looking realistic. I just want it to be all the way, so if i'm in sunlight, then it will match because right now, i'm not really in the sun, so it might show wait, i'm just drawing my part y'all. I'M basically done with install like if it looks so good. I'M most likely gon na fix this edges up again, but yeah. This is installed, and this is the end of the video um. I want y'all to break how i did like. I really did good, because at the first it was just like girl. What are you doing, but you have to trust the process but yeah? This is the hair. It'S really soft. I highly recommend it's easy to manage like it is so good y'all feel so soft and i feel like if it wasn't for this lace like it probably would have went worse than what it did now, but it didn't go bad. Like everything looks good, it didn't go bad. I probably gon na add edges right there. I don't know, but for right now, i'm not but yeah. This is a video.
