How To Create Afro Puffs With Short Hair Using Afro Kinky Hair: Part Two

I had a little hair growth after my BIG CHOP but I still didn't have enough hair to put it in styles that I liked so I did the next best thing. I BOUGHT IT! I had to find creative ways to overcome having very little hair to work with.

This video is a full tutorial and sort of long so I had to upload in parts. To see how I started this look check out Part One (http://youtu.be/0mQ6EstlosI).

Okay, now, when I pull the bundles apart, the third bundle will actually they all have this little straight into them. When you pull them apart, remember I showed you that they were individual individually, but you know pull in small pieces. So, as I said before, I save the rubberband because when you pull all the bundles together, you have this straight edge. Here i bind them together. I pull them together and then I take the rubber band and go around the one bundle. I don't know if you see this like I said this is used, hair I've had in a while I'll show you here and I put the rubber band around the one big bundle now for some reason, this one came out so I'll just put it back in With a bobby pin, okay, so what I've done is I just take the bobby, pin and run and run it through the rubber band so that it'll stay on the bobby, pin and I'll put this other one in here. I don't know if you can see that just run it through, so that it'll stay, so you have one bundle of hair and really the whole bundle should be, should have one rubber band around it and you can use a black rubber band if you want to. But I just used a button, a rubber band that comes with the hair, and so that's how you create your bundles. So here I have three bundles, here's one two and three bundles of hair. Now I have the texture of my hair. I have 4c hair so that afro kinky bulk hair is almost the exact texture of my 4c hair. So that's one reason why it works. It looks like my hair because it's it's almost exact to the texture of my 4c hair bobby pin and put it just over my ponytail just put it in there just like if you were doing a regular ponytail and that's all it is it's just a regular Ponytail so bobby pins, and then once I once I do that I pin the hair around it till just to secure it, and I don't pin it all the way I don't pin the under part of it yet because I'm going to tuck it and pin it Anyway, so let me do the next one remember: when you pin it, you try to get that rubber band underneath the hair and that straight part underneath the hair. But if not, you can always take your bobby pin and hide it. Pin it under so see. Okay, now I'm moving to the third hope. You could see that okay now I got them in there in really good think they're there. So I don't know how much hair is showing here, but now let's do the puffs. Now this, like, I said this is older hair, so it sticks out a little bit, so I just gather it underneath to make a bunch and stick it there, and I just stick it to the side of my hand and depending on how I want it where I want it to be to make it a little smaller, so you gather the hair up, make sure all the ends now like I said this is all here. So if this was new hair, you wouldn't have to quite do that as much a hairpin hair pins are better to use. Okay, the oldest mechanics, my daughter, you can do kind of whatever you want to. With this, you can put a headband on. You can put a flower in your hair, which is what I plan on doing putting a flower in my hair. Now you can also take this these here and pull them together and make a big afro on the top
