What'S up everybody, i'm kimberly be, as you can clearly see below and today i'm showing you guys how i transformed by a TWA into these long, but I say braids: I went from damn so glam from goddamn, so goddamn, okay, I'm playing too much today but anyways. I recently picked up my hair on January 31st of 2019 and I'm just showing you guys the process, how I break the back of my head. How I managed to try to get my parts as clean as possible in the back yeah and just some tips about braiding, your hair when it's so short, this video was recorded in August. Noctus. Excuse me April April, burger 2019. This is when this footage is from. I know it's July now that I'm finally posting it, but it just came out so cute and I had so much fun with these danghang braids like I was like, I need to post anyways. So thank you all so much for watching. I hope that you might be able to take something from this and leave me some comments and yeah free and easy selection. Braids of hair is the king Kanekalon. Here, whatever you like to call it, I think, is called King, but basically I had two packs of that ombre hair and then the rest of the hair I had was all in the color 27, because I wanted my hair to be predominantly blind. I wouldn't see - and I have me likes illuminated braids or whatever. As you can see, I was counting to see how many packs I had on site. 4. 5. 6 ain't gon na last my count but yeah I mentioned below what kind of how many packs up here I have basically said you saw. We have our moisturizers. I had Africa's best herb oil and this is Africa's best super girl. I love to put that on my hair whenever I'm doing braids or if I'm just parting, my hair, to give extra moisture. I also had that Maria's beeswax and that just helps me to gather my hair up. I have some water, of course, at that spray bottle. Over there and that's for extra moisture, because my hair grow, my hair dries out pretty fast after I wash my hair. So you want to keep moisturize, that's easier to work with it and then other than that we just have some combs some clips in a little edges tool, if you to see, is that so that's basically it for our. What do we need products? You know so? Alright, you guys so from this point. You just want to make sure that your hair is freshly washed and moisturize before you even get started. Basically, today, I'm using the LCOS method will, because I don't really have a sealing and since I'm doing braids, I don't necessarily need one well. Okay, I'm gon na say that natural hair community - please don't come after me, I'm just playing, but basically liquid cream oil sealing. My liquid is water. My cream is what everyone was sure you want to use. I mentioned below the last product that I had used. I forgot to mention earlier within in the intro about what products I'm using just check out the description box for that, and then my oil is the herb oil that I had showed you guys before. So I'm just evenly dispersing that throughout my hair and also I'm gon na, take that wide tooth comb and I'm gon na brush it through just so that I have an even distribution of now. Here I take the hair and straight out of the packet. I don't cut it at all, that's how they are so long and you always want to make sure that you're pulling the ends of the hair. If you fail to do so, your brains may unravel when you go to dip them in the hot water. So, as you can see here, I'm just sectioning off my hair, the first one I started off. I don't know exactly how I was gon na do my party, but I ended up doing my party pretty neat, but basically I just got a section of hair and in order to start my braid, I do a u-shape with the hair cell. Your braid is basically two pieces on synthetic hair and then the third strand is your natural hair, and I break that and I maintain the tension on that area so that the synthetic hair does not slip down the braid until I braid it far enough. Now I'm afraid where I can kind of you know just loosen up, you know and just you know just just go at it, so I was so excited. I did not think I was gon na be able to group my hair, but I managed to but oh my gosh, you know so yeah from there. I just continued on and I will meet you guys on day two, and here we are so this took me. Eight hours to do, I was like fresher than fire. I really was, but so yeah from there. I just continued on and I will meet you guys on day 2, and here we are so this took me eight hours to do. I was like pressured and fired. I really was, but basically whatever you basically take a break from doing your hair, I like to go back in with some water and a little bit of moisturizer of your choice in order to get that hair going. So I am about to show you guys how to the back - and I actually am gon na start on the back I'll - just lift this section over here alone, because it's like easier for me to see the front. So I'm like. Okay, let me get the hard stuff, then I various with just the back and the whole time always use this little mirror. So anyways, though I just use two mirrors in order to see the back, so I'm still going with my blonde hair and I'm going to section off a fair sized section once again, but before I even get started, I'm gon na set that set aside in I'm Gon na try to wet my hair, because for me it's easier than will manipulate my hair when it's wet. I use a little bit of my Supergirl conditioner on the section that I'm getting ready to do just soften it up, because I got like dry and matted overnight, of course, so this here is simply my parting process. I used the mirror, as I had said before, and I really do it mostly by feel - and you just got to keep checking between the two mirrors to see if it looks fairly decent and keep it pushing, don't think about it too much but anyways. Basically, you take the hair, I don't do anything like t-squares anything like that. I just take the hair in like a loop, and I just says we loop that around my section of hair, so you'll have three parts to start. You have your real hair and then the two sides and loops - and you just start braiding for doing in the back of your brains, is right. It'S truly more of I like feel you just got ta feel it and then you know check and see as you go if it looks okay, so most of this just by touch this who's about to keep on to the mirror just breathing. I love when I could finally twist my head to the side, so I get going back over doing braids is a homework up. I might as well just turn right, be a soft model on say locks. I thank okay, Beaumont stain left. I really just was talking about women, don't mind, me is the ear and those may at first braid that I'm not the first great, because I did like the Braves not here before so you know this is one of my brains, it's in the back and I've Just wrapped it around there alright y'all, so this is basically our completed. Look. I want to thank everybody so much for watching. Thank you to those who have subscribed and also, I think, y'all, for the feedback that I have received on videos. This TBWA is readable. Yas r2, if you want some grades, do it girl? Okay, so I hope that this inspires all of some way or help y'all with in your own processes and I'll see you guys in my next video bye, you

Hazel E: You did a BOMB job!! They came out so pretty and they look like you got them done professionally.

Snug: Ok I was worried my twa was too short to braid yet but you just gave me the push I needed to get it done! Thanks gurl!

Lauressa R.: You did an amazing job and this color looks great on you. I usually braid my own and it takes all weekend. I usually start in the back, and do around the front but I leave the middle open in case I get tired. I can just wear it in a bun until I finish it.

Lee N: You gave me the courage to keep going, I'm in the process of braiding my hair right now. Braiding you own hair is no joke. Great job, thanks for the inspiration.

bridgett taite: I think it’s amazing that she is doing this herself! When my hair was cut shorter than I wanted I thought it was the end of versatility. I still have enough hair to get the braids if I want to change it up a bit until it grows out again. I don’t think she’s doing this just to hide her naturally beautiful hair.

Jasmine PLuSized: You did an amazing job. They look professional and that color looks so pretty on you.Thank you for this vid.I have the same length twa also and my texture is like yours...Been thinking of braiding it as a protective style but thought my hair was too short.Watching this I am definitely gonna give it a go.

QueenOfDaA!!!👑: I now feel better abt practicing how to braid short hair, cause 1; ur hair is actually shorter than mine, and for u to be able to braid long ass box braids into ur short hair; which is beautiful btw, round of applause for u cause u definitely made me feel a whole lot better. Well done sis.

Chakischa Hicks: Girl, you just gave me hope for my shaved sides! I'm about to trade my wigs for some braids! Lol... By the way, your hair looks great!

zeudi: Girl I need to rock waist length of this box braid on my recently big chopped hair . I'm staying out of heat on my hair for next coming years not worth manipulating my hair to get straight hair that's why I'm starting fresh.

(I'm sorry for the Portuguese, use the translater for know what I wrote) :))) And congratulations, your job was incredible!!!

Shanay M: Girl Im dealing the short hair rn I have 4 b hair , I’m willing to try this next weekend !! All these shops charge 250 or more for braids like is! I might as well do it myself. You did a good job!! Goddess

M A: You did an awesome job it was very easy to follow by using your hair as the 3rd piece instead of all the unnecessary crossing the hair all the extra stuff I see on here so many times. Thanks, I'm going to do my hair using this method.
