Hey guys! I know this trend is super old, but leave it to me to get into it a year late! But I ombre'd my hair!

The process wasn't too hard! If anyone else is still interested in ombre hair, especially for short hair, check out this video!

If there's any questions about ombre, bleach, the process, whatever, just leave them in a comment below and I'll get back to you. :)

I missed making videos for you guys so much, and I have a couple more quick DIY videos planned for y'all!

Hi guys, first of all, I'd like to say I'm so sorry that I haven't been making videos for you guys. My camera has been on the fritz lately as well as I have started school for the semester and I'm just busy and I'm slightly lazy and the list goes on and on. But I am missing you guys so much that I'm making videos on my cell phone. So my iPhone is being my camera for the next little while on. If any of you guys have suggestions for vlogging cameras, would you leave them below please, because I need something soon: um yeah anyway, moving right along, if you haven't noticed, or if this is your first time on your channel or it's been so long since I've been Here that you've forgotten what I look like, I hombre de hair, and I did it myself and it's beautiful and I really like it um. I have been thinking about doing it for a long time, but I'm really broke and I bleached my hair a million times before so I figured why the hell not just do it myself, so I did it myself and this is the finished product um. I really like it: it's super light um the gradient, I think, probably shows a better um off camera rather than on camera. I could be wrong. You might be able to see it. Who knows, like. I said, I'm filming on my iPhone. So, who knows what it actually looks like um anyway, uh yeah, so I like to follow trends super late after they're, not cool anymore. You know that kind of thing. So, if you're still interested in getting ombre, then I have created a video for you to check out on how to do it. Um. I don't know if anybody's still interested in doing this, everyone I know, has moved on, but that's okay, I like it and I did it and I like it so, okay, so we're going to start by mixing our bleach powder with our developer. I used three scoops, which turned out to be a little bit much, but that's okay. I ended up using it all. It'S just a little bit much for this container, so I poured three scoops of bleach and then as much developer as it seems like. I might need and then add it as I went here, I am just stir in away stir in away okay. So then, I decided to start brushing out my hair, it's good if you have a little bit dirty hair. That way the natural oils from the dirty hair will protect you against the chemicals in the bleach. So here I am sectioning off my hair. It turns out. I didn't need to do this because my layers needed to be on braid the same everywhere. I went so getting ready to ombre put on your gloves and start on bringing away you're going to start at the bottom and you're going to UM, where you want your bleach to be the lightest and you're just going. What am I doing here opening on a towel? Okay, there we go towel ready and then you start on braying. So you do the bottom chunk where you want the ombre to be the lightest, almost a darkest um, and make sure that you flip your hair over and get both sides. That way, everything is pretty, even although you do kind of want it to be messy, because that's the whole point of ombre, I guess um, and then you just keep going all the way around. This ended up being way more difficult for me than I thought it was going to be. I probably look like I'm struggling even when I'm going 400 times as fast as usual. This is when I realized that the top and bottom layers really don't matter for me. If you have longer hair or less layers than I do, then you probably need to section off your hair, and here is room where I remember to put in the foil. So here I am foiling everything that I've already done. Oil helps to UM keep heat on bleach, which bleach needs heat to uh, debate or process. Sorry that was difficult to explain and I'm never really sure how much time I have to explain anything. I'M telling you guys, like I said, or I didn't say this is my first voiceover. So if it sucks, please tell me or don't actually don't tell me I'll get better on my own without you guys telling me that I suck still oiling away here. We go getting the first real foil on there, okay and I'm about to finish the first round of ombre and when I'm done, I'm just going to wait 15 minutes and let it process. I set a timer on my phone and then I came back to do part two so get ready and we're back okay. So here I am and I'm taking out all the foils. Basically, what you're going to do is you're going to apply bleach over the section that you have already bleached the first time, bring it up a little bit with your brush and then use your fingers and move the bleach throughout your hair to achieve an ombre gradient Effect, it's really easy, definitely easier than part. One was for me and yeah just move that bleach all the way throughout your hair, and I actually repeated this process three times. I think that two times is probably sufficient. I'M not going to put part three of the clip in here just because it's basically exactly the same as this step, so wait fifteen minutes and do it again wait fifteen minutes and wash that bad boy out, hey guys. So that's the end of my ombre tutorial. I really hope that it helped some of you, especially those of you with short hair. I know I'm braiding your hair when it's short is a little bit weird. You never really know how to do it, so I hope that this was helpful, because I really loved the way that mine turned out, so I hope that some of you have some good luck with it. This whole process was three different steps for me on the first section where I just bleached the ends, the second time when I bleached over the ends and then brought it up, and then this third step was exactly the same step to just bleach the ends and Then continue to bring the color up with your fingers. That way you achieve an ombre gradient effect, super easy um. The beginning was the hardest part, and once you get past that it's no trouble at all, and if any of you do this or follow this tutorial, I would love to see your results. I would love to know how it looks or works or whatever and yeah. So, thank you guys so much for watching. Please subscribe if you're interested. I would love to see you again. Um leave a comment thumbs up whatever you feel like you guys are awesome and I missed you. So I'm glad I'm back and yeah I'll see you next time. Bye!

Neverland: I'm looking for videos how to ombre my short hair and yours is the most helpful of all. Thanks! I have ideas now

Imene Vasquez: I think you look soo soo cute, and you did a bomb job for someone who did it herself

Kolefish: You are extremely beautiful, and it makes me angry. Lmfao. Anyway, I just cut my hair like 1 1/2 feet shorter just to do this (because I liked doing trends when they're not trending too), and this was gr8. Loved it. And your Brand New shirt.

Nohemi C: Yay! I'm barely going to do the whole ombre. A lot later than the trend too lol. Oh well. Wasn't so into it before till now

Hannah-Esmeralda Figueras: "I know this trend is super old, but I like to follow trends after they're no longer cool, but if you're still interested" LOL It's been four years, I'm later to this trend than even I thought. But ye, still interested. Your hair is beautiful, and your voiceover was fiiiine.

Leslie H: When you're done with the part two do you put foil again?

Vanessa Marroquin: And thank u this will help me a lot

Lindsay Roberts: Really want to try this but im nervous lol

karoline moon: Morgan, I'm not sure why I can't reply to your comment directly. Yes! Same techniques apply! I don't think this look really has any minimum allowable length. Last time I ombre'd my hair (long since this video), I started from the bottom, applied the most bleach there, then using a combination of my fingers (wearing gloves) and my dye brush pushed the hair up from the bottom. Think teasing! So when I was done my hair looked like a rat's nest from the bottom up. This helps to gradient the bleach and prevent choppy bleach lines. Try that as well!

Susan Hardman: Did you use a toner so your hair won't turn orange or brassy? If you did, let me know so I can get an idea 'cause I'd like to do the same thing you're doing!

Katie Shadid: What powder bleach and developer did you use and where did you get it?

Mochi Corgi: Hi!Does this work on pixie hair?

Ryz: Hello! i really like how the bleach turned out on your hair, I tried it by myself and It turned out really coppery, I hate it! Please help. I don't have enough money for the toner and things , thank you!

Liv: Ha I’m four years late lol but it still looks great girl ☺️

Indiyah Mills: I think this turturiol is pretty cute exactly its fit you perfect

Pam Espinda: hi so does the bleach ruin ur hair or stops it growing?

_JazzIrene: Love your deathly hallows tattoo!

Victoria Pena - cruz: Are your layers 2 different lengths or two ? I have layers as well but they're three separate lengths and it's short the longest length is up to my shoulders, I want to bleach my hair so bad but I don't know if I should take the risk.. What do you think ?

lawnman1980: awesome, love the high contrast

Dragana M: This is going to be helpful thanks....

ana beth: really good colour :)

Martha Gonzalez: can you include links to where you got your products?

Martha Gonzalez: can you include links to where you got your products ?

Phoebe A. Nuñez: I'm planning on following your steps but i want pink ombre since i already have pink bangs...so wish me luck!

Becky Snow: ur funny i loved it thanks im doing it now u took the worry away for me

caramellogirl423: Nice Brand New sweatshirt. ..and video lol :) Your hair came out well for doing it without help.

LadyAzalea: Which bleaching brand did you use??

Noname Invisible: Is ok if its late, I still do my hair 80s style.

MemeLoves You: I'm loving this channel subbing

Molly Worton: how do you make it go in fast forward and have your voice in the background? what app? x

Shelby Bowler: Will this work with a box dye???

Rosalinda Sanchez: Can u get more of a platinum blonde later after the first time u bleach

CraftmamaLoomt: You don't suck :) i still like the ombre hair and am going to do it to my own hair today perhaps, but i am still doubting to pick a ombre of just chunks of hair.in blond.. mmmm

Alyssa Dawn: How much did this bleach product cost? I've decided to do ombre myself and am looking for a high quality yet affordable product. I have the same length hair as you and I want the exact same ombre, lol. Like, I want it super blonde at the tips (when I go to the salon my stylist is like, "you wont like the blonde... it will damage your hair..." So every time i go to a salon, he only bleaches it to a dark brown!!!! THAT IS NOT WHAT I'M PAYING YOU $100+ FOR!!! lol, so yeah, I'm a cheap mofo, looking for some high quality/salon quality bleach that a broke ass college student can afford ($20-$50)

Velma t: I'm just gonna ask my gf to take me to get it done instead lmao

Its VerosLife: That lipstick & headband though ❤️

Nancy Lopez: LOVE DA HAIR!

Britany James: How do you keep it that blonde ?

Briflutterby: Your brows look like commas... No worries though :) You have a lot of potential and already have an AMAZING shape to your brows, practice practice practice!

Susan Hardman: Where did you get your brush from?

karoline moon: Thanks Wilma!

Teresa: It looks pretty although it doesn’t look ombré on camera

Lisette Ortega: Did you put foil on the second time you put the bleach on?

Kawaiimin AJ: How come other people keep saying it's not ombre? I honestly want to ombre my hair but I'm scared to mess up.  I can't tell the difference between ombre and NOT ombre :T

jenna: I'm very late but this helped me ty

InesAlgaMakeUpLoverMaybe 123: What product did you use

Emily Zhang: When people say that your hair looks more dip dye rather than ombré, what do they mean? What's the difference?

lucidreamer: Looks nice on you but I'd say this is more of a "dip-dye" than an "ombré"

Susan Hardman: I'd also like to know what kind of shampoo you used?

Idk: Was your hair uncolored before you did this?

Yadira Valdez: This is more like a dip dye job. It looks cute but not really an ombré. You should've feathered it a bit higher, just saying. :)

B: There is no gradiant that you speak of, it's not ombre. It's cute for sure just not blended if that's what you were going for

Kei Koneko: Don't know your channel (not sure if you've gotten one, or have heard of it since this), but you should look into the Logitech c920 Web camera.

funtimeslaugh: whats the name of the product?

Ash Baek: I just bleached 1/2 inches of my dark brown hair, and only the tips look orangey blonde, and the rest is a dark red. Care to help?

Barbara Lee: Y'all need to stop being so rude to her...she's trying to help y'all out... Rude selfs

Maddiey Coe: your gorgeous

Daniela Rod: Looks good. But I think you should put some purple shampoo on it. Looks kind of yellow to me

Minhphuongbui Qs: Gosh I love your hair color. But it seems like your hair is a lil bit dry. So please do some treatment for it :D

Abo Baila: thank you

Kerrie Lynn: I think it looks really pretty!!! I'm new on YouTube pls tell me how the heck to get subscribers and views lol

Jess A: only looks like an ombre to the untrained eye because of the length of her hair. if it was longer and did this (i def wouldn't i know better) it would look like a f-ed up attempt at an ombre. that's where it is essentially a dip dye not an ombre

Natali Andersson: And im 2 years late then... but screw it why not try, its just hair :)

Morgan sull: So my hair is shorter than this, same principal applies?
