Let'S go over natural ingredients to grow hair in androgenic alopecia, based on this literature review i'll, let you know which of these ingredients i'll plan to put into our hair products that we are in the process of formulating now and you'll. Be able to understand for the first time why these components are beneficial potentially for helping with hair restoration. We will proceed through these ingredients in alphabetical order. The first is azelaic acid. This is something that comes from a fungus and it's derived from grains such as wheat and barley. The mechanism of action of azelaic acid is that it induces contact dermatitis and its anti anti-androgenic by blocking five alpha. Reductase, there's only been one study that was performed for alopecia areata, which is actually the condition that i have and not androgenic alopecia, and this was not a placebo-controlled study. The next natural ingredient is biotin. This is also called b7 and it serves as an essential cofactor in multiple metabolic pathways, biotins being functioned in protein synthesis and, more specifically in keratin production, explains its contribution into healthy nails and to healthy hair growth. Biotin is actually normally found in many of the foods that we eat and it's also produced by normal gut flora in patients who are deficient in biotin, which is actually a small percentage of people. Supplementation seems to help with hair regrowth. However, there's been no randomized study that has looked at proving the efficacy of supplementing with biotin in normal, healthy individuals. The next natural ingredient is caffeine, as you guys know, all too well. Caffeine stimulates hair growth in male and in female human hair follicles in vitro that's been shown. There was one recent study in 2022 that actually took hair follicles from balding vertex area, scalp biopsies of men who were affected by androgenic alopecia and incubated them with corticotropin, releasing hormone which is called crh plus or minus caffeine, and what they found was that caffeine was Actually able to counteract the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal stress axis: that's the hpa stress axis and it also counteracted the non-hpa neurogenic stress axis, so caffeine might actually counteract stress-induced hair damage and possibly prevent stress-induced hair loss. The next one is curcumin. This is an anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating agent that has been shown to inhibit nf kappa b and to decrease tnf, which is tumor, necrosis factor and interleukin. These are all inflammatory, cytokines that are associated with hair loss, so curcumin actually down regulates these different cytokines. Also curcumin has previously been shown to actually inhibit androgen receptor expression, and that is what we know is involved with the miniaturization of hair. Next, let's talk about garlic. Garlic derives from a medicinal plant that has been used for centuries, and the mechanism of action of garlic is that it increases blood circulation in the scalp. So there was one double-blinded placebo-controlled study that showed an increase in capillary skin perfusion by 55 percent, and this study was performed in 1991. It was called the influence of garlic powder on cutaneous micro circulation, old study, but an interesting one nonetheless another that was more recent. In 2007, using garlic gel that significantly added to the therapeutic efficacy of topical biometh, which is a steroid in alopecia areata. So some people use that study to justify the use of garlic for androgenic alopecia. But i think that's a big leap to make next is green. Tea, green tea is anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic, and that has been reported in several different studies. The effectiveness of green tea extracts was demonstrated on hair loss in mice. In a study, there were two groups: one received green tea extracts in their drinking water, and the other group received only regular drinking water 33 of the mice in the tea extract group, developed, hair regrowth within a six month period. However, in this study they did not provide a percentage of mice in the control group who may have experienced hair growth as well. So i think there were a lot of deficiencies in that study, in particular plus it was only done on mice. Next is olive oil and there was a case series that showed improvement when used for psoriatic alopecia, not necessarily androgenic alopecia, and there have been no known controlled trials confirming the efficacy of olive oil in treating hair loss. The next ingredient is pumpkin seed, oil or pso. This one's interesting, so this has beneficial nutrients such as essential fatty acids, beta keratins, lutein, tocopherols and phytosterols. That'S a mouthful. It blocks five alpha reductase and has anti-androgenic effects in bph, which is benign prostatic hyperplasia in one randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial of 75 men with androgenic alopecia patients received 400 milligrams of pso per day or a placebo for a total of 24 weeks at 12 and 24 Weeks there were 30 and 40 percent mean increases in hair counts from baseline in the pso treated men and only 5, and 10 percent increases in hair count in the placebo treated men. So in total there were 25 and 30 percent net increases at weeks 12 and 24 in the intervention group compared with the placebo group using phototrichography for comparison. So this was a promising study. In my opinion, the next one is rosemary oil, and this is something that we get asked about all the time. Rosemary oil comes from a medicinal plant that has been shown to enhance micro, capillary perfusion. There has been one single blinded randomized control trial that compared rosemary oil to two percent minoxidil ointment, and the results were that they were equally as effective. Let'S analyze this study together, this was a study that was published in 2015 in the journal skin med from iran. The impact factor of this journal is 0.2, keep that in mind, because the benchmark as far as like the most popular journal is nature, and that has an impact factor of 43.. Skin med is 0.2. They excluded patients who had 5 alpha reductase inhibitors on board. In the preceding six months, patients were randomized to either getting rosemary oil, which were 50 patients who received that or minoxidil 2 topical, and there were 50 patients who received that one. The patients applied one milliliter of assigned solution twice a day to the scalp. For six months, the primary outcome measures were micro, photographic assessment and they looked at hair counts, but they didn't exactly explain their technique for measuring hair counts. You can see in table 1 that there's a similar age between the two groups and a similar hair loss duration. As well, the baseline hair count, however, was higher in the 2 percent minoxidil group, making it, in my opinion, harder to later show an improvement. So when you look at this graph, which is their primary result graph, you don't need to be a scientist. In my opinion, to see that not much has changed across the board in both groups take a look minoxidil, two percent group rosemary oil group to me when you look at the hair number of the hair count on the y-axis and then the baseline month three month. Six, the time scale on the x-axis. There really isn't much change and if you look at those vertical lines that are coming off of the rectangular bars, those are the standard deviations and that's a pretty big standard deviation per each group. So they concluded in this study that both groups experienced a significant increase in hair count at the month 6 endpoint compared with the baseline, and they said in the present study. The application of topical rosemary solution was as effective as minoxidil 2 percent in the treatment of androgenic alopecia. Now i take some issue with that. First of all, the large standard deviation reflects a large amount of variation in the group that is being studied. So it looks like there's: it's unlikely that there's a statistical, significant difference looking at the main values, given the fact that there's such a large standard deviation and the conclusion of as effective should really say, equally ineffective, because neither group changed by much from the beginning of The study this was one of the clinical outcome photos that they provided in the study. This was for the minoxidil group. Now what is going on here? Can anyone tell very hard for me to tell the zoom of this picture from a to b from the before and after is quite different, the way that the hera styled the lighting conditions? All of that is very different in this photo making it very difficult to compare. But then the author said that minoxidil is as effective as rosemary oil, but they're not showing efficacy in their study, and this is misleading, since we have many studies showing real minoxidil efficacy for hair growth, so it would have been better if they demonstrated those improved results With minoxidil, and then they showed that there was also an equal bump up in efficacy with rosemary oil. That would have been fine, but here the results were very flat across the board. The large standard deviation underscores the large variation in the hair counts all right. Next, let's talk about saw palmetto saw, palmetto is primarily comprised of fatty acids. Phytosterols such as beta cytosterol, beta keratin, vitamin e derivatives and polysaccharides saw palmetto is a natural inhibitor of both type 1 and type 2 5-alpha reductase, which prevents the conversion. As you know, from testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, it's used as an alternative treatment for benign prostatic, hyperplasia or bph, and that dates back to 13th century in egypt. Several human studies have demonstrated modest hair regrowth using oral and topical soft palmetto containing products among patients with androgenic alopecia improvement in total hair count ranged from 3.4 percent to 27 percent, increased hair density and up to 83.3 percent of patients, 60 improvement in overall hair quality And stabilized disease progression among 52 percent of patients were noted, with the use of various saw palmetto containing oral supplements, topical lotions and or serums next is tea tree oil. This comes from an australian native plant, it's anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory in nature. A 32-week pilot study showed that a micro-emulsion composed of minoxidil diclofenac and tea tree oil was superior to minoxidil alone, 32 total patients 10 to 11 patients per group, and the biggest issue that i had with this study was that the tea tree oil study arm also Had diclofenac put into it, which was a big confounding factor since diclofenac, is an anti-inflammatory medication. So it's hard to know if the improved results were due to tea tree oil or were they due to the diclofenac that was also in the mix. So, after reviewing the literature, what i've realized is that there really is a paucity of great information, great results when it comes to looking at these alternative potential medications for improving one's hair. It'S all about, i think, when you choose which of these actives to use in different hair products such as shampoos and conditioners, and different serums for the hair. You want to choose ones that have some data behind them beyond you know just some old mouse study or some you know very basic in vitro study that really wasn't too convincing. So after all, this review, the four natural ingredients that i plan on, hopefully introducing into some of the products that we will be eventually you know releasing and working on, would be caffeine for its potential to counteract stress-induced hair loss. Stress is something that's highly pervasive. We all are living under stressful conditions very often, so i think something that potentially can counteract. That is a very useful type of ingredient to include also curcumin for its anti-androgenic and anti-inflammatory properties shows a lot of promise, also pumpkin seed oil. It'S been shown to be anti-androgenic and i think that that study was highly convincing, and that is something that i plan to add in as well, and then lastly saw palmetto, which is a very commonly used active for hair growth for overall hair health. It'S anti-androgenic and anti-inflammatory in nature, so these are the ones that i plan on, hopefully introducing into our products and we'll see what else we we choose and we'll see what other research comes out in the literature on these complementary and alternative types of ingredients and medications. Now these natural ingredients should not replace the more standard medical therapy, as we've talked about on this channel. That includes things like minoxidil finasteride, laser light therapy, prp microneedling. Those are all tried and true therapies that have worked for many many many people across many different studies and these natural ingredients don't replace those medical therapies. It also doesn't it's not meant to replace a hair transplant surgery, but what it's meant to do is to provide you with something on a daily basis that can overall improve your hair health and hopefully be complementary to those other modalities that we've talked about on the Channel

SmittenKitten: It's incredibly kind and generous of you to have shared the amount of research you have done, especially knowing that it might interfere with your own products (people seeking out their own cocktails). Just incredibly generous!

Vojta Šafránek: Great summary Dr. Gary! Specifically when it comes to pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto, would you recommend using them alongside finasteride or are there some interactions to worry about since they all leverage the same mechanism of action? Other answers to this question that I found unfortunately contradict each other - would love to hear your take. Thank you and keep these going!

Sana Badruddin: Hi Dr. Gary, thanks again for the great video, been following your content for a few months now. Two questions: 1) what is the best form to use PSO to get an impact for AGA, orally or topically? 2) if there are positive views on green tea and Caffeine, why not just use black tea? Have there not been any reliable studies on that?

Miranda Eden: I can vouch for curcumin as I took it when I had covid as of recent. My hair is relatively longer. Other supplements I've taken have also included zinc tablets, d3k2, and rocky mountain syrup (osha, white pine, and wild cherry). Another possible contributer, though doubtful, could have included the array of diffused oils I used.

Jax Elliot: Hey there, I'm so thankful for your channel and the information you provide. I had to research all of this myself a couple years ago and I'm glad that other people will have an easier time getting quality answers. I also wanted to ask why biotin didn't make the cut for the supplements. I haven't implemented it into my own routine, but is there a particular reason?

Zee Zee: Don't forget about Peppermint... I just made a scalp spray with coffee, green tea, onion juice and peppermint extract ☕ it has really worked for me.. I suffer from Trichotillomania

Tibbs142: hello Dr. Linkov, love seeing your videos as someone who is struggling with hair loss. I would like to see what your opinion on stinging nettle is. I've seen some places stating it's effective but just like rosemary oil don't really know if the science behind is grounded enough to take it seriously. Thank You!

David Reid: Another great lecture Doc. I really like your seminars. Very informative. Thanks Dr. Gary.

EMMAJEAN ROWELL: Your videos are a great learning tool for me Dr. Gary! Keeping me focused on the pre-med track! Thank you!

itoju: Hello Dr. Linkov. What are your thoughts on using minoxidil to grow a beard? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Greg Koch: Nice overview of the natural based options available. You mentioned you're working on some natural based products at the moment. Any idea when these will be available and at what price points?

ana ana: I'm surprised you forgot to mention onion (not garlic) juice! Allegedly, due to its high sulfur content, it's the most effective natural hair regrowth remedy so far. You're supposed to rub the bald spots with fresh onion juice. I tried it once, but the smell is abysmal. Let's not forget the nettle as well. And, I found some videos on YT about massaging your scalp to increase circulation and induce hair regrowth.

Jenny S: I keep seeing ads for topical products containing redensyl. What exactly is redensyl, and what kinds of studies have been performed on its effectiveness? Also, how many of these studies that you cited included female participants, or were they all male-focused? Thanks for all the great info!

farid 92: Hi Dr. Gary, do you have any insight on the usage of coconut oil for hair growth?

I AM THE STARMAN: I have an ingredient that I think will help out big time! I’ve been using it in my own hair growth adventure— sea salt. It cleans the scalp of sebum plugs and residue.

Data Lore: This was interesting, thank you for sharing. As for rosemary oil, it smells very good. So while it may or may not stimulate hair growth, it may impart a nice scent in your products. Also, the evidence supporting laser therapy is sort of unconvincing. I am not saying it doesn't work, just saying I would prefer better evidence. But it seems very safe. and if you have the financial resources to purchase the laser helmut, I suppose it couldn't hurt. And who knows perhaps some people will benefit from it more than others; kind of like minoxidil, which is not very impressive, even at 5%.

Jack: is pumpkin seeds good for hair loss/growth? i mean eating the raw seeds not the oil i read somewhere it is a DHT blocker, i think i noticed some kind of growth when drinking green tea and eating pumpkin seeds combined in my diet often but maybe its all in my mind lol, what do you think doc?

George Morales: Hello and good afternoon Dr. Gary, Not sure I understand the thought process behind using antiandrogenic herbs in an area that is dependent on androgens. I think the focus would be more effective in preventing aromatization and maybe reformulate for autoimmune/inflammatory etiologies. Reach out and we can chat. Dr. George.

Yakup95: Thanks for the great summary! Anyone know when after a hairtransplant one can start microneedling?

The Hair Chemist: Brilliant video, you are so concise and really a pleasure to listen to.

Sorasak P.: Oh my God, I can see your eyebrows are growing! Gonna try these natural tx asap. Thanks, Dr. Linkov.

Street Guru: To illustrate things better, you should add a little chart on a side bar, highlighting an icon which disease/issue you're talking about when naming them. So if you refer to say androgenic alopecia, the icon could light up to form a connection, as medical terms are just going to go over a lot of heads.

Mr Zenox: This is so useful! Thanks doc

Julien L: Hi Gary, Do you think it is more relevant to take saw palmetto or 0.25mg of Finasteride? (I had side effect with 0.5mg Fin)

Kenneth .M: Appreciate the time you invested in this topic

Cosette: Some of this stuff gets very confusing for me. My androgens are all on the low end. Would I still benefit from pumpkin seed oil or saw palmetto?

Keith Darrow: Dr. Gary thanks so much for a well thought video on hair preservation! I had the pleasure of meeting you and your video producer last Sunday at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey. Thanks for sparing a few moments to chat about hair.

OC J: One thing I still really can’t get a handle on after watching many videos and reading countless Reddit threads: What is the likelihood that a person experiences side effects with topical minoxidil? Heart palpitations, issues, etc. It’s obviously possible but how probable? Are there ways to negate the side effects? I was on Propecia for 10 years but eventually developed side effects. Thank you for any help.

Robin: Does saw palmetto work for women as well? It almost seems to cause my hair to fall more rapidly. Could that be temporary. I can't seem to find info. on this. Thank you

hamed moh: Dr. Should we eat pumpkin seed oil or topical for hair growth?

Reandre vd Merwe: My guy in my opinion Dr. Gary is the best Plastic surgery Youtuber. or he is def my favorite. He is honest and its clear he cares for his patients. He is very ethical, direct and Informative.

Jack: Would Curcumin capsules be the same as Tumeric capsules? Also should i take PSO and Saw Palmetto in capsule form?

Curcumin: One of the most informative YT docs out there. Thank you for the valuable analysis you provide.

Leonardo: do they work even if you apply them to your scalp too?

J: Gary what do you think about injecting biotin as e.g. additional part of PRP therapy. Adding bioting to the injectable stuff.

Allex Ramsey: It's the MDG from the CFP! Another excellent video. Can you speak to the effectiveness of sulphur concoctions (red onion and white rice slurry) used by our South Asian brothers such positive results in hair growth. Question of using curcumin on persons of RH neg is considered a negative result. Since there are certain it has an inflammatory effect. Blood types should be factored inserting out solutions. Thx ❤️

Jacopof Bargellini: Great and very interesting video as always, already bought 3 out of four. For the caffeine, being italian i already drink a lot of coffe....

Abby Liu: the little graphics are very cool in this video and helps segment each ingredient! good job Dr Gary & team.

Austin Zizzi: Can you go over natural hair ingredients to help regrow hair from telegen effluvium? I have it chronically and it doesn’t want to come back

Ronnie S: Am I correct in assuming that these ingredients have these effects when applied topically only, or is just working them into your diet sufficient?

providence phelps: This is great information, Dr. Linkov. I can’t wait until your products launch. (Your eyebrows look great).

Gina La Perugina NYC: Can this work for female hair loss? Specifically chronic telogen effluvium.

SmittenKitten: Does anyone know if pumpkin seed oil should be taken via pill form or via liquid?

Will Well: Doctor, your skin and lips are just perfect. Can u share your skincare routine please??

jamesk8s1: Outstanding, thank you!!

maddgun: That's great, doctor. But are there natural DHT blockers nearly as powerful as finesteride?

Magnolia Emporium: Looking forward to seeing what products you bring out.... I will be very interested in trying them...

Alexander Black: So I've been taking a supplement that has biotin and saw palmetto in it for about a year, and recently started dermarolling and using peppermint oil, or a blend of rosemary, jojoba and pumpkinseed oil. I honestly have no idea if it's working because I have long hair so it looks great in some lights and terrible in others. I'm wondering how long I ought to stay the course before looking at transplant surgery, which I've been considering for some time

Saudade Moods: Good information, But ALL of these ingredients will only make the hair you have left grow thicker and stop fall out...they will not cause hair regrowth...

LAM Anthony: Another study by title "Effectiveness of the combinational treatment of Laminaria japonica and Cistanche tubulosa extracts in hair growth". It looks a very solid study.

Davyo Thompson: When you bring your hair product to market I will for sure be a customer. I have more trust in anything you create and manufacture than any of the so-called BS natural snake oil products that are currently being sold. I’m very excited and looking forward to the natural product you will be producing,,,, so please hurry While I’m not bald at all, my hair is not nearly as thick as it used to be so my preventative maintenance regime is currently doing Derma stamping, scalp massage, a laser cap and essential oils,, I had some adverse reactions to minoxidil. My YouTube avatar picture is what my hair currently looks like. If ya need a human lab rat I will eagerly volunteer. Thanks for all your excellent information videos that I always watch. Cheers, Davyo

anyadarlingg: For pumpkin seed oil do you put in on your hair, or consume it?

Justin Herbert: Together, I am taking 2.5 mg of oral minoxidil and 1 mg of finasteride at the same time - should i take biotin with them and if so how much?

Maria Tiergarten: Already looking forward to using your products! Any chance you will do shipping worldwide?

Mar Melon: I look forward to trying these out! Doctor won't even look at the problem or recommend a dermatologist to at least. I suppose that's just how it is, but I want to at least try to keep my hair!

Aramis Jamais: Dr Gary, thank you for sharing your research work. Where can I get information regarding cost of a hair transplant at your company/ Thank you

Printson nb.: Hi Dr would you recommend using hair removal laser on my head?

Di Do: You can always count rubbing halved garlic clove on your bald patches on a beard hair etc

Esmat Fahim: hey Doc, please make a video on the DETUMESCENCE THERAPY. Does it actually work for everyone or only for some people

Justin Stocks: do saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil work by using the same mechanism as finasteride ? im temped to try them but i cant tolerate finasteride any more and im worried they would cause the same side effects ...

ROOSPOOSCREATE: The universe is the biggest comedian. Took all your hair away even though you gave hope to others in the hair loss journey ,then gave you the means to research and create more to help yourself and others. Now you know how it really feels to lose it all when helping others. Genius !

Stealth Star: I love how he explains everything to us in *FETUS MODE* so we could understand instead of talking to us like we all went to college on Jupiter.

Laurie Paris: Sounds promising!

Natan Salinas: When will you have your product available to the public??

luluol98: Can you make a video about hair scalping ? I think it could be definitely interesting

debra raby: Excellent and informative, thank you. Can women take Saw palmetto as well? Many thanks if you get a chance to answer.

Joelle Aittama: I use the Kiierr laser cap with very modest improvements. I ‘m starting to be concerned that it’s not as good as the I-Restore. That the bulbs are not medical grade.

MikeOK: Forgot to mention DW-40. I spray it on my sculpt every morning. I have a full head of hair now. It's GREAT!!!

ForzaTerra89: I took saw palmetto and it really messed me up for a long time but it also took a long time before it started to give me side effects. Same issues as finasteride can give. I’d personally avoid as there’s more data on finasteride and it’s easier to control the dose

___: What would you suggest as alternative to Minoxidil? I can't use it due to severe side effects.

Tandoori: So is your new hair product for men only? If so can you make one for women too

dubedition13: Dr. Linkov, will your main product be a shampoo, serum, lotion, etc..? Thank you.

Icy Frog: I noticed my hair start thinning from crown area instead of my hairline . My hairline still look the same as the one when I was young . Is this still considered male pattern hair loss ?

MissP: Hi from Brisbane Dr Gary, I wonder if you might consider doing a video on regular haircare and products suited to different hair types? I have waist length curly hair which is fine (as in the strands) but I have a lot of it (so it feels very silky as opposed to others hair that feels like your touching a horse’s tail! I’d love to know how to tell if my hair needs protein or moisture from my products as I want to try new products after years of using Redken All Soft. I’ve given up my GHDs for 4 years and have only blow dried my hair twice in that time too so it must be in good condition and is love to know how to tell that and how to treat it and maintain it. Lastly, will you be bringing out a range of products for people that don’t have alopecia too? If not, you should because you can market those to the rest of the family. Hope you can help with my question, much love, Amanda❤️

Pilot Fv: Pleaseee ….. what are you doing to treat your alopecia areata ?? your eyebrows are growth :)

luv2garden1: I have a question. Everyone always talks about biotin. Add biotin if your fingernails aren't the best! Add biotin to help your hair grow! If I add biotin, it has the opposite effect on me. It's lumped into everything, so I can't really comment if it makes my hair grow. My fingernails turn thinner, get more ridges, peel as easy as an orange. They're absolutely pathetic if I try biotin. If I try any sort of nail strengthening oil, cuticle oil, my nails turn to cr@p. They were always long, strong and beautiful. Menopause made them terrible. What can I do to get my long strong beautiful nails back?

devil4hunt: Can you make a product that combines all of them in a single pill or topical ?

amir sim: dr Gary what’s your take on drinking green tea does that have any effect on DHT or help with hairloss / hair regrowth????????

Imran: Forget the natural stuff and just stick with Finasteride, Dutasteride, Minoxidial, Microneedling, Ketoconzale, and RU 58841. And be on the look out for Pyrilutamide.

fresh sam diary: Sir. My question is not pertaining to the video however I just want to know if your hair will grow back if you cut it to zero skin after hair transplant ?

Cyn B: In the research studies mentioned, I wonder how many test subjects were women. Maybe in your next lecture, you can discuss whether women would see the same benefits as men.

Freddie Mercury: Dr.Gary ive been prescribed propecia but have trouble swallowing pills. Can I split them in half even if the box says to not divide or crush them?

OMW2FYB: Great vid Doc, is there any other products out there you recommend for thinning hair

for sketchup: Please react to a female hair transplant, not many videos on it

Matteo Teras: do we have to eat the pumpkin oil or put it on our scalp?

Justin Hanson: What do you think of botox treatment for hair loss? I just tried searching your channel, but couldn't find anything.

devil4hunt: Doc, what’s your thoughts on verteporfin for FUT procedures ?

Phillip Graham: Hi dr whats your viewd on oral minoxidil have you seen many patients having good regrowth

beyedoc: Wait, how can they conclude tea tree oil affected hair growth when the control did not contain diclofenac?

Anand Ferco: Look forward to your hair care range coming out

Mandi Justine: Just starting the video and praying I haven’t been clickbaited because my hair hasn’t been thick since childhood lol

Where’s Aaron: Would you trust finasteride from Roman? I started about two months ago and have had a lot of shedding so I’m nervous

K C: Great video

Wolf Jäger: Could have sworn, that you also would choose rosemary oil, as this can count to one of the most mentioned natural hair restoration remedys

Janet Young: I saw some eyebrows :D The treatment is working!

Kathy Johnson: Biotin let me regrow my hair after a major illness!

Zoey Deu: Is it just me, or am I seeing fine brow hair and a fine moustache showing on Dr Gary?!

lisa'smom44: As a woman with dramatic pattern hair loss, the emphasis on male hair loss seems misplaced. We are conditioned to experience male hair loss and consider it a cosmetic issue. However, female hair loss elicits a stronger cultural response. It's not only cosmetic, but suggests poor health and advanced aging. We've been raised with the idea that a woman's hair is her "crowning glory." Why aren't there more studies of help for women like me who are forced to wear hairpieces to avoid awkward social scrutiny?

Deric Jackman: When do you think you'll give us an update with Olumiant?

krichekkkk: have you done any videos on correcting a high ratio facial assymetry?
