Hello friends! Today I'm doing something a little bit different. I use to have a pixie, but it's grown out a bit now. It's an awkward length when it's straightened, so I always curl it! I also really like messy looking hair and this is the result! I hope you learned a few things or just enjoyed watching. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel so today we're going to be doing a hair tutorial. So let's get started. First, I'm going to prep my hair with this Chi iron guard spray. It'S just a protectant spray so that when I go in with the curling wand, it won't damage my hair and I do like to brush that out just so. It spreads it evenly throughout my hair. Then I'm just going to section off my hair. I just take from the tail of my eyebrow all the way to around, through the back of my head and I'll, just pin that up and get it out of the way and then I'll brush out my bottom layer. I will say, though, that I have an undercut underneath, so I'm not dealing with a bunch of little short baby hairs like everyone else, will I'll be using the Bellamy. Six in one curling wand, with the 19 millimeter barrel, I'm just gon na start wrapping my hair around it and obviously you're gon na have short little curls. But what you want to do is wrap your hair in alternate directions, so I'm taking one-inch hair sections or about one-inch, hair and I'll start by curling the hair away from my face and then the next section curling it towards my face. And you want to keep doing that all around your head, also, if you're not comfortable using a wand or you're, just you haven't used one in a while definitely use a glove like a heat, protectant glove that it comes with, because you can burn yourself. I burn myself quite often, even though I use a wand almost every day, so just be aware of that now we're moving on to the second section of hair, so I'll just take all the hair that we pinned up down and then I'll go from my temples. All the way back to the back of my head and pin the new layer up, I like working with my hair and sections. It just makes it easier for me, but you can do whatever you want to do. So that's pinned up we're going to do the same thing. Take a one-inch section, but instead of curling it away from my face, like I did with the first girl, I'm curling it towards my face. So you want to continue to alternate directions but like how I started the bottom layer with curling away curling forward curling away curling forward the second layer, we're gon na start with curling forward curling away curling forward curling away. I hope that makes sense. That'S just the easiest way. I can explain it and if the curls seem a little too tight, you can just pull down on them after you get it off of the barrel and that'll help just to loosen it just a little bit. But again later we will be going in and making them more wavy and beachy. Now I'm starting to look like Shirley Temple here, but I promise it'll all come together in the end. So I'm going to find my part just wherever your partner actually is or where you're comfortable with your part. Just do that and then I'm going to section off my bangs, my bangs are a little bit grown out, but they're still kind of fall on my face. So I'll make them their own little thing and then I'll pin them out of my way I like to do my bangs glass, you can do them first, it really doesn't matter so working with this side of my face. We are going to curl away from the face and then towards the face, since that second layer was towards the face away again we're just switching it up but continuing to alternate which direction we do. Each curl - and I don't know if I've said this or not, but I hold my curls on the barrel for about five seconds or so. If you have thicker hair, you might want to hold it up a little longer just be careful because you don't want to be like that girl who was trying to pull her hair, but then her hair fell off because nobody wants that. So now I'm just going to flip my bangs over to the other side and work with this side of my head. So we're just going to do the same thing curl away from the face then curl towards it. You get the drill and just do that. All the way around and here's an example of burning yourself, it hurts now for my bangs. I am just going to section them and just however many sections I feel like it, and then I usually tend to curl them all away from my face. I might curl one or two sections towards my face just so they don't all clump up, but I don't like my bangs to be falling in my eyes and everything so generally I curl away now for the fun stuff I'll adjust my hair around shake it up. A bit and then make it look crazy. I'Ll also find my part and continue to just shake it around then I'll go in with my kindred dry texture spray. I love this. I'Ve talked about in the favourites, video and I'll just spray that all throughout my hair. It just helps absorb oils and give it texture. So once that's kind of dried I'll go in with my kindred dry. Thickening spray again talked about this in one of my favorites and just spray that all throughout my hair to add volume and thickness, because my hair is really fine and can sometimes be flats, but to lock it on place. I'Ll go in with my big sexy hair hairspray. This is like a firm hold hairspray. So if you don't like that, don't use it but I'll spray. It continue to judge my hair, and this is the key I will take just water and spray it on the ends of my hair after it's hairspray and what this does. It returns the hair to its natural state, just on the end, so it get makes it look PC and more wavy and, like you came from the beach, but your hair still curly. That is really the key to how I get my hair to look like this, but that is it for this video. Thank you for watching. I hope you enjoyed and I'll see you in my next one bye, guys
