Mini flatiron, oh let me tell you so i hated that sound. I just made hi malfows and new pals welcome to the second official installment of five minute friday. I'M gon na give you five must have products or short fine hair if you're growing it out. If you're not growing it out, you are like me and you are struggling to grow out your hair that has been falling out for a while. The number one thing that you need is a good deep conditioner and the one that i have been loving and highly suggest is like a deep reparative conditioner and almost like a gloss finish for your hair, and that is the bumble and bumble hairdresser's. Invisible oil mask instantly, infuses hair with moisture and nourishment i mean sometimes i'll sleep in this to be honest, but you leave it in for three to five minutes. If you're, you know quick on the go five minute friday, you got five minutes put this in know that i love the invisible oil primer version of this. This hair mask is incredible and i feel like it has made my hair much more manageable and less frizzy, and it has given it some shine. I do this about twice a week number two. This is specifically something that you need if your hair has been falling out, like mine, has, whether it's hormonal stress related or both. This is the worst bottle that i have had used this last year when all of my hair started coming out, and then it started falling out again - and i have seen amazing results with this, and what i will do is go in, especially. I have lost hair around my face and in the like, the crown of my head back here and more so on this side and behind the ears, it has just fallen it anyway. This is the caristas in this initialist advanced, scalp and hair concentrate. I went to a hair salon last year and she told me that one of the mothers that came in that is her client bought this for her daughter that had hair loss from ponytails like dances, and things like that. So she would put this around her face and her daughter grew back her hair and i was like okay. Well, let's try, i don't believe in, like hair growth, serums, i feel like a lot of them can be gimmicky, but some of them can be good, and this is one that is good and i already have so much more hair around my face, and this is Incredible all of this you can see you can see like the balding area. Like i didn't, have this part of my hair. Can you see the line of where i was like this? All of this right here is from me applying this around my face. Number three is a all-in-one type of hair styling product, because you want to be careful when you have finer shorter hair, overloading your hair with hair product can weigh it down and make it look damaged, and i have been loving. The virtue refresh dry shampoo apply this to your roots, and then you wait. I wait about like five minutes and then i massage it in and then i will also apply this to the ends of my hair to give texture and hold so. This has been a great all-in-one type of product for my short fine hair, and i love the way it smells. It really does make my hair feel clean. I also like to apply this on wash days and also before i go to sleep. If i know i need to wear my hair down a second day, two hair styling products for you that will change the game if you have short, hair, fine, hair, the new hot tools, one step, detachable blowout now. This is how i like to use this, because i don't like to have necessarily a concentrated amount of heat on my hair, like on a metal piece for that long. I will either let my hair air dry as much as possible or quickly halfway dry, it and then go and smooth it. But what i love is my bangs chris cut my bangs to be like curtain bangs, so i like to go in and flip them out and really style and smooth my bangs with this. This is also great if you dampen your hair the next day, and you use this. I like it for my root area, also really smooths the ends, and i absolutely love this. It is simple, but it works, and last but not least, i think that any hair junkie needs this in their collection, but it is a mini flat iron. Oh, let me tell you so i hated that sound i just made. I love my ghd platinum to smooth everything, but i love this t3 mini for details, like you know, really getting in there, and also i have regrowth okay that likes to stick up, so i like to you, know kind of smooth it and i just feel you Can get more precision uh with a mini flat iron? It'S also good for quick little touch-ups. Actually, if you have like layers or pixie or bangs highly recommend, so that is it for this five-minute friday. I'Ll have everything linked below that i'm wearing that i talked about and follow me on instagram at mallory triple underscore brooke. I share more hair stuff on instagram stories. All the time so go follow me on there, so we can keep up with each other, and i will see you guys in the next video good luck with your hair journey. Goodbye

Cait: Dry shampoo actually worsens hair loss by causing build up on your hair follicles, which blocks their growth. I used to love using dry shampoo to volumize my thin hair but when my scalp doctor (Trichologist) told me the effects and showed my scalp under a microscopic camera you could really see the damage and stress it was causing on my hair.

Charlie Anne: Clicked faster than you can say "chronic illness hair loss" haha. I've finally managed to get my hair to grow but it's so much thinner than before and I have some really thin spots , so thanks for the recommendations!

Sixx Kitten: I’ve been using Kerastase for a year now and I’ve seen so much improvement in growth and texture. No more thinning nearly bald spots around my hairline. Thank you for the video

Caroline McD.: I recently had my hair cut much shorter than I've had it in years and DEFINITELY needed this video. Thank you!

Celanaeno: I have been using the Kerastase for a while and definitely see a difference! I use it after I wash my hair (about 2 times a week), but am curious about how often you use it. Thanks for the recommendations and always having great content!

Chantelle Aguirre: So helpful, i started experiencing hair loss this year. It’s really been getting me down, since i used to have A LOT of really thick curly hair, and for some reason it has all fallen out, whatever hair i have left is straight and limp, and so fine to the point that it is see through. I’m so sad about it, and don’t know what to do to make it better:(

Thu Tran: Hi everyone! I started experiencing some hair loss for about a month or so now and did some research. I found that rosemary oil helps and is as effective as Rogain but much cheaper. Castor oil is also great and can be combined with rosemary oil. But rosemary oil is light and fresh smelling vs castor oil which is the opposite.

nevergiveup092: I can’t wait to buy and try that scalp and hair concentrate. I’ve lost so much hair from having kids and stress that my hair is so thin and balding on top. I hope this works for me! I’ve also been taking viviscal vitamins. Hopefully both of these will help. Do you take any vitamins to help your hair grow too?

Kim Cunningham: Thank you soooo much! I struggle with fine, thinning hair and it's devastating. Cannot wait to try your tips. Love you, Mallory.

Adriana MacLennan: First of all Mallory - you always put a smile on my face. Secondly literally a year ago my hair fell out BIG TIME. thank you for this. I also have major major thing hair

Gretchen Campbell: Thanks a bunch girl! This is the 1st time i have seen ya and subscribed!! I just started loosing like waaay more hair than usual im guessing its from the trauma my body has gone thru over the last thee years i have had 2 neck fusion surgeries and then complete spine fusion that im just now recovering from amd on top of it my boyfriend is an addict and "fell off the wagon" 6 months ago and is just now startong to get better so its been hella stresssful on me trying to recover and learning to walk again then his BS on top of it...uggghhh no wonder my freakin hair is fallin out. I have long hair and i litteraly have half the thickness i had about a year an a half ago. I did find some natual stuff to help and it seems to be slowing the hait fall out little by little. I started drinking this tea i found on Amazon called Hair Regeneration made by Health King and then for topical use i bought Amla Powder and Fenugreek Powder and have made a couple diy hair masks adding coconut oil. You have ro be careful with the measurments when using the Fenugreek powder tho becaues if you mix it wrong it can dry your hair out. I just looked it up on Google to find the correct measurments and what is best to mix it with, it kinda depends on the hair type and prefrence on what other ingredience you want to mix with either of them. I found that the more simple and less ingredeience works best for my hair. Anyhows, im gonna try that oil you mentioned in your video also im between my hair mask days and regular hair care routine so thanks a bunch, i really appreciate letring us know what works an all cus your rite, there are so many freakin "hair growth" products out there and most are BS!! Its nice to hear when something actualy works and its not just somone tryin to sell ya somethin lol. Good luck ladies, much love❤

meepmoopmeep1: Yessss. I deal with so much hair loss and breakage. I love that you talk about this!

Robyn Wickland: I just found this video and it was super helpful! I have been dealing with hair loss for a year and a half from dialysis and medications. Any updated products or tools you can recommend would be awesome!

Kristin Riberdy: Virtue Labs products flourish line is wonderful. The repair oil, and the restorative mask is wonderful. I love that there is a ton of science backed evidence to back their claims. Plus, they are cruelty free I agree totally with the hot tools blowout dryer.

Dani L: Have your thyroid checked. I had hair loss, almost half the thickness, and after doing some bloodwork I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and once I treated it my hair grew back.

Yogis choice: Iron is really helpful in this instance. Some tablets upset the stomach but one called Floradix is really gentle.

Alyson Zimmer: I’m losing my hair! Taking these tips!! Thanks lady!

Kathleen H.: Happy I found you. We have the same hair...especially the part where you talk about losing it around your face...It makes me look skeletal : ( Have you tried Vegamour? I've been using their serum for 9 months and I don't see much of a difference. Same with their shampoo / conditioner. I'm going to give your products a try...Wish me luck! Thx for posting

Mari: You & your hair look so good ...But mine would definitely need some help No one never talks about Virtue here!! I LOVE their Full Shampoo & Conditioner, the best volumizing, hair friendly things I have ever tried! Have to order their Dry shampoo next , when my current sensitive skin friendly fave, Klorane ends. And one thing worth mentioning is, that you should also exfoliate your scalp about once a week, esp. if using lots of styling products. My own faves are Nioxin 3 Cleanser Shampoo and Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumizing Paste.

Helen L: I got my gut health in better shape and started taking HairFlair oral supplements (Nutrachamps is the brand). My hair is stronger, has less fallout, and I started seeing new growth in about one month. I also recently added bone broth collagen powder to my morning coffee most mornings as I needed to increase my protein intake.

Paula G: Someone said low D...also low iron can cause severe hair fall and thinning. And many health problems like thyroid. Some people get it severely after weight loss surgery. I am sensitive to Roundup and other chemicals - my hair fall is way better if I eat clean.

Terry Fischer: Well, I need the hair serum and the mini flat iron. Thanks, Mallory!

Tamiam: I have your same fine frizzy curly hair texture! Mine looks exactly same when wet! New follower- yeah I found you! Need more hair tutorials!

skylilly1: Great tips! Love your short hair style.

Donna Thornburg: Great advice and product review.

Survivor OfMany: Mal your hair looks so healthy! Love your 5min Fri! I’m not on Insta ..

It’s Jess: Thank you so so much! I definitely needed this! Do you have any suggestions for barrettes for fine/ thinning hair? Seriously lots of great info & hello new subscriber x

Donna Drane: Mal, I love your hair short! It really shows off your bone structure.

Maureen Bouey: Just stumbled upon your how to volumize your hair video and am now binge-watching :). I have very thin, very fine hair with some spots that are just desperately hairless. Anyway, I've tried a few products that are supposed to promote hair growth and the one that really has shown some improvement is The Ordinary's hair serum (under $20). After I shampoo (twice a week) I derma roll the areas on top, front and sides and then put the serum on and massage the bejezuz out of my scalp. It's working! Love your style xo

Yarita A.: Omg yesss finally a video with good energy and a good actitud I love when you make videos like this ❤✌

Amanda Seaberg: I loooove your wolf shirt! You look great in this video, thanks for the tips! Fine haired bish here too! ‍♀️

nan: I take 200mg spironolactone daily . It’s not for everyone , but talk to your dermatologist about it . It’s the only thing that keeps the hair on my head .

Sharon Shade: Have you tried minoxidil for women? I use it daily to keep my hair in growth phase and minimize the shedding phase.

C: Love your channel! Your lipstick swatches are the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Priscilla C 💗: Omg and I JUST placed my Sephora VIB order I MUST get that scalp serum, my hair is thinning all over the place.

LBreezy: I need curtain bangs - it’s been decided. Thank you!

Beauty In The Boondocks: Mallory, I take vitamins and and only good salon grade products. It makes a total difference. I take 10,000 mcg of biotin daily and a prenatal vitamin. Liquid vitamins seem to work exceptionally faster. I swear by vitamins.

Tianna Fonseca: Vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency can cause hair loss. Ask your doctor to check your vitamin D level. My hair started growing back once my vitamin D level stabilized.

More Coffee Please: 2:33 OMG! I can see it, I can! Brb...ordering that product this second!

Mandy M: Thank you for this advice! My hair is so much like yours, it's always been very fine and over the last year it has been thinning, maybe due to premenopause hormones ..scary... or stress Idk but my bald areas are exactly where you showed your regrowth. Glad to find products to help

MatthewG33: The best way to have healthy hair is to avoid any sort of heating implements, Chemical treatments colorings and bleaching and also use sulfate and paraben free shampoos and conditioners that are preferably all natural. I use Griffin Remedy and it’s amazing and all natural And it doesn’t leave my hair extremely tangled like some of the other natural shampoos and conditioners I’ve tried. Also only wash your hair once to twice a week, I wash mine once a week and it’s super healthy and feels amazing. Also applying natural nourishing oil‘s, I use an oil blend of apricot kernel, sweet almond, grapeseed, avacado and Argan oil. Also applying virgin coconut oil to your hair before washing can prevent protein loss. Also there’s this thing called Hygral Fatigue, Hygral fatigue happens when you wet your hair too often, wetting your hair causes the cortex to swell and the cuticle layer to be forced open, when this happens too often or on a daily basis it causes damage called Hygral Fatigue. Also anything with synthetic fragrance should be avoided synthetic fragrances are detrimental to the health of hair and a lot of them are carcinogenic. You should look at the ingredients on the products you’re using and make sure that they’re all natural or very close to natural and don’t contain any nasty chemicals

Carissa Conner: Thank you! I've been losing hair for years

Rosemarie S. Kikel: Mallory, did you have Covid by any chance? There are a lot of people who don't know that it causes hair loss which I experienced. I believe stress it the biggest factor in hair loss. Be careful with your dry shampoo. Your hair is dead but it is a healthy scalp that we should aim for. I will try some of the things you recommended ...best wishes!

Erin Large: What kind of chronic illness do you suffer with, if you dont mind me asking? Ive lost a ton of hair due to some illnesses. Im dealing with hair I dont even recognize and i get depressed every time I style it. I love your cute adorable haircut, your face is exquisite so you can get away with any hair style!

Emer O'Connor: I don't have this problem but alot of curlies use the auyervedic approach to haircare - the innate life brand being one option...

Hannah Martin: I am loosing my hair all over, I have been for years and cannot figure out the reason. I need to get some blood work done again for sure but it's scaring me because now I can't even hide these bald spots. Ive been wanting to cut my hair short but I'm scared I'll have no hair left :( where are the hair salons specializing in this!!? Every time I go the stylist has no idea how to handle my hair and it makes me so anxious. What shampoo do you use?

Jeanne Beuoy: Minoxidil is FDA approved to regrow hair...it's cheap and generic. Three-month supply for under $20. Buy it at Walmart, Amazon, Costco...and more. Don't waste your money!

Audrene Sangria: Omg we’re losing hair in the exact same places!

Sebina Timm: Omg I’m so early! This notif made me so happy bc I’ve been “balding” in those corner areas

Lulu Bell: Great video Where do you buy or order this stuff ? Thx

Christopher Bruintjies: Your hair look so good OMW luv it

Lorna Kurien: Vit. D can cause hair loss, brittle bones, nails and teeth and also cause insomnia. I have a cod liver capsule in the day, never at night.

s: Can a guy use the kerastase serum for treating hairloss? Nice video

MsGlamazon: Will b getting d kerastase oil your hair is beautiful lovey xx

Lorna Kurien: Invest in hair extensions, there are some good ones out there.

Foxy Shazaam: I am 28 and balding!! My hair looks like yours only your haircut is much more flattering I need to do something with mine

Lauren Whicker: Why do I want to put this Kerastase concentrate on my lash line though

Sorala Silber: Can you use tea tree shampoo conditioner everyday sulfate gentle

Sophie Hernandez: Thank you for sharing! Your so pretty you look like Taylor swift

RedLadyBug 91: My hair is very thin and I’m scared of balding, I have noticeable visible scalp. I want to cut my hair short because it’s so dead. #anxiety #stress

Gp6742: How did you do the hairstyle you have in this video?

Lily of La La Land: Are these real tatoons on the back of your hands? If they are, it must be very painful to get.

Happiness isn't a contest : Check out food grade diatomaceous earth for hair and skin benefits!

Bilal Demiroglu: i love you i am your fan from istanbul with love to you and your heart

Monica Tofan: Derma-roller & Minoxidil

Elisia's Evolution: Can we get an update in your braces??

MAZ: The DōTERRA vitamins (lifelong vitality pack) changed up the game for me! My hair is full and shiny! I’m getting so many compliments.

Fortalz Ferminz: What is the name of the brand

Gill: Castor oil!

Besyl: 2:25
