Hi guys Katia from standing stone, kennels and we have breezy with us. She is definitely getting closer to having her puppies. We have been checking her temperature regularly and this morning she dropped to ninety eight point: eight, which is the drop that we're looking for anything with our females under ninety nine typically indicates that we're expecting puppies within 24 hours. On top of that, she was exhibiting a lot of the other signs of pre labor that we look for a lot of nesting overnight. I checked on her every couple hours. We have a nest, cam setup, that I can see everything going on and I would check that and she was definitely digging up her bedding a little bit on trying to get comfortable. Then she'd settle down for a little bit. No excessive panting at that point, but she's getting a little bit closer she's, also changed her personality when we walk into the room instead of getting up and being excited and ready to greet us, she's just calm and laying here preparing herself to start pushing out these Puppies potentially 11 or more so we also don't typically feed our females prior to them having their puppies, because, with that amount of pressure that they're gon na be exerting and force that they're gon na be putting on themselves typically if they do eat. If we weren't sure that labor was actually coming, they will puke and I don't want her vomiting and having any complications that way. Some dogs will just flat-out refuse to eat, even if offered, if they're, in those early stages of labor Breezies pretty food motivated. So I honestly expect that she would have scarfed her morning meal down, so we're not gon na allow her to eat this morning, because we're pretty sure that puppies are on the way. Today I have everything prepped for puppies I've got. I'Ve got my phone because I record times of birth, so I need that I've got plenty of towels. I can grab more out of the cupboards if I do end up needing them. I'Ve got my scale to weight puppies. I'Ve got this for aspirating puppies. If they sound a little gurgly I'll help that them clear their Airways, and then I've got our puppy diagram sheets, where I can record puppy number sex coloration, because we do expect both liver and white and black and white puppies out of this breeding as well as I can record time of birth date of birth weight of at birth, which deliveryman position they were in whether they were a breech or normal, and then I also have a place to keep track of daily weights for the first week and weekly weights and then any Notes that I need to take about this process, I'm gon na second see a puppy. Moving here, definitely see you're breathing heavy. Oh, did you see that one poppets little body out right there just relax mama she's like get in a better position, so we are gon na stay with her through this process. I don't like to leave our females alone. They don't like to be left alone, as you can see, she is wanting me here with her moral support if you will and then to encourage her if she's struggling, pushing or if we've got a big puppy. Just if there's any complications through this part of her labor, I want to be here for that process I am situated in. I got a pillow. I'Ve got a little seat cushion because otherwise this process is gon na take a long time, and I need to be able to commit that amount of time and my butt needs to be able to commit that amount of time to sitting here with her. So I'm in it for the long haul we've got everything set up to help her and watch her hash tag. Purple cushion yeah, it's a purple seat cushion. Hopefully it will help my butt through the long stages of the labour process, but we're gon na show you what that process looks like right now. I'M just gon na sit with her, but we will go ahead and show you when she starts pushing when she starts. Having contractions when puppies are born, I'm gon na try and get some good shots of that. So you can see how this process looks, especially with a large litter, like we expect out of brizi and I'll try and show you two when we start seeing signs of her pushing she's gon na start doing a lot more licking she's, going to whether she's licking Her tummy she's gon na have a hard time with as big as she is reaching her rear end, but she is also going to start doing a little licking there. Her tail will start and stiffening up and you'll be able to see what that looks like I'll. Try and show that when she's getting ready to push and when she is pushing, I'm, hopefully gon na, be able to show you what seeing a puppy entering that birth canal looks like, and at that point I really want to not have interruptions and encourage her to Push but we're gon na help her through this whole process. She may get to a point where she's a little anxious, because she feels that pressure and she's like what is this, I feel like. I need the poop or I need to pee and I'm not gon na. Let her go out to do that, because she's just had a potty break, she's, not gon na need that and I don't want her to have a puppy outside so we're gon na stay. Here with her, and we will keep you posted on her progress so follow along so crazy, mama has been panting and laboring a little bit throughout the day here been having contractions but hasn't started, pushing until just now, she's, definitely getting closer. As you can see, her tail is stiffening up. That was one of the things that I mentioned would start to happen, while she's pushing she's had some discharge, definitely more panting and more pushing. She says she's trying to get to her rear to lick, and it's definitely a harder thing for her to be able to do right now give her a little more space here. You can see Mama's having a little bit of discharge right now, no active, pushing go good job, pushing my huh good job, pushing you can see how hard her belly's gotten just haven't, not very hard contraction, yeah, pushing really hard or tails getting stiff and curling out Of the way she's concentrating sometimes this first puppy is one of the biggest yeah yeah a little bit, and then it receded. So we're gon na be watching kind of right there to see that happen again. She'S got some discharge, but sometimes that first puppy can be pretty big and be one of the most difficult to deliver, and then hopefully the rest of the puppies will come much more smoothly. You can see how she it's getting a little bulge right there as that puppy, come enters the birth canal and then it recedes when she quits pushing, which is why she needs to work through some nice hard consecutive pushes to move it along the birth canal. But things are stretching and getting into place. Currently, you can see momma breezy here is panting, but for the most part, relaxed she's still laboring, but you know current contractions or tummy's nice and soft in between pushes just waiting on another contraction and some more good pushes. Do you see there? You can see that tail curl out of the way Bhushan, because I'm gon na feel more comfortable sitting down to push it's okay to you know when I had Aden, I wanted to be comfortable, pushing wasn't exactly where the doctor wanted me, but it was where I Wanted to be, it's definitely a whole lot harder to see. What'S going on down there when you're sitting on it, though mama good job mama, so close, my my hole, nice shot, we just had a lot of vaginal discharge, moving away for a puppy to come, she's gon na smell that and try and lick quite a bit For a while here before she does more pushing good job being a clean mama, don't see that puppy entering the birth canal filling up that space quite a bit got ta, keep pushing. I love a liver puppy. It looks like half way poking itself out coming off. The rest of the way good job mama he's wiggling around already. Oh keep going it's just a little more. This is what we consider a breech tail. First, there we go so we're gon na. Let my momma lick take care of her. First puppy lick, lick lick a little boy, she's gon na lick in, as you can see it looks like his puppy sack, did not come out with him no placenta to eat up right away. That licking. Him is what we definitely want to see. Given him plenty of attention he's doing a little gurgling, so I'm gon na go ahead and help clear Airways. I don't want to take him away from momma cuz she's doing a good job looking in, but if I can't get a good airway clear that sounded much better, let her keep licking him the more that she can do right off the bat, the better job she's Gon na do with these puppies overall, she is very focused on giving him all of her attention right now, which is great her licking him and nuzzling him with her nose is gon na really stimulate him to start breathing really well gon na help dry him off. Very quickly so that he can stay nice and warm and then hopefully we can get him nursing sooner rather than later. I'M not gon na force the issue, but that will help release oxytocin, which will help with labor and delivery. It'Ll just continue to help cause contractions. As you can hear, he's not gurgling and rasping anymore, so getting his airway cleared really easily was all that it took good job breezy mama, so we have puppy number one. I hadn't decided on my litter theme yet so we don't have a name for him. Yet he's a little male he's liver in white date of birth, just the 14th cuz, it's 12 12 a.m. and he was born breech. I will need to get a weight on him, but I definitely don't want to just steal him away from Mama too quickly and then I'm gon na just try and get some markings drawn on here. As I get an opportunity to see him more Mama's doing a lot of lickin good job breezy and that's with these puppies and how colored they are, it's important to try and get markings drawn. So I can keep them straight as we get more born. So it's kind of draw by the opportunities she gives me to look at him. It says I want to get in there mama, okay. I think I've got most of my markings on there and then I can color that in because we know he's liver. I want to just double-check something real quick. I didn't get a real good look at his face. No, he is not quite latched on yet completely solid head, so she's already pushing again 383. He is back already puppy number one is latched on to mama, which is gon na help with her contractions cuz, it's gon na release oxytocin and help with the progression of her labor. She says: I'm cleaning myself up a little bit after cleaning my puppy prepping for some more contractions and some more good pushes. Oh you so close. You can see a little bulge of the puppy sack about to come out. That'S so cool, so cool good job. Little bit of pressure, you see a tail, I see a tail some little feet in the sack still not quite there. Yet there we go. That looks like a big puppy. Another breech help finish this part. Okay, and there came the placenta. She gets that and we will call you Godzilla Gigantor puppy, but a female looks like she's got it pretty solid, head Mama's, doing a good job cleaning that long and her other puppy is tough right under her front there. So we got to see on that one that the placenta came with that time come here. You I want to snuggle you out, get you over here, so you're, not getting squished, don't accident! Well, mom, let's taking care of your sister now good job, breezy mama. Taking some more notes, looks big. Did a quick wait on Gigantor here, 4:38 gigantis puppy number three! He came really quick hold on to that vocal cord. Well, she gets rid of the placenta, clear Airways. This puppy is quite a bit smaller than the last gigantic puppy. I just move her over here. Haven'T checked sex yet but looks like another liver puppy. Mail came five minutes apart when that one was born normal to head first nice, big saddle on that puppy help stimulate him a little bit well mom. I was cleaning off puppy number two and checking on puppy number one. You need to go nurse on mom, not on your brother i'ma pay attention to this one. This one's real wet, go ahead and lick on them. Just doing a nice job taking care of her puppies licking them real nice little guy 283. He is a hundred grams. Smaller these little guys here, going to town nursing on mama, helping her out releasing oxytocin and making the contractions happen a couple more good pushes you got it of all. Clothes looks like a black puppy. We'Re gon na see how that snack already came off over the puppy's face, which is what we want to see can help hold that umbilical cord she eats the placenta. I just look at a little bit, so I'm gon na help her be careful on those umbilical cords. Copy number four is our first black and white puppy. This is a little female ya know it's a little male, don't try and tell me what it is. Sorry whoa, oh, that was an explosion of a puppy. The center didn't come out all the way with that one so holding on the umbilical cord, umbilical cord she's, not too rough on it. Another little black and white puppy. Another solid head good job mommy push those two out: quick, lickety split back to back, it's kind of been her routine. It'S puppy number five black and white, make sure this little ones not getting squished. That was just born female little male I'll grab them wait. Yep 336: I'm gon na get a quick puppy count, cuz she's starting to get quite a few in here, and we want to make sure everybody's accounted for and no one's hiding under anybody else, while we're waiting for Mama to do another push. Well, let's take a second, a little girl. These cuties lined up at the snack bar good job, mama breezy, a bunch of cute babies, hiding one up on here, snuggled up close to mama. Getting really close. This is so cool and wonder. If you can see it, can you see the edge of that little puppy's tongue latched around Mama's teeth so cool? They create a suction that allows them to nurse really well, but you can see the curl of that tongue around her teat, pretty neat how hard Mama's belly gets during these contractions whoo tight as a drum and see that bulge there during those contractions how tight that Is Oh baby here it comes breech baby now they're, black and white, one careful mama. I know you want to get there to try and help her thanks good, I'm Goku quarters held this one might be liver once we get it dried off a little bit I'll, be able to tell for sure, but I press your liver. All the boys hold that little cord for while she's cleaning it off dry him off, make sure everyone else isn't getting squished in the process. Well, I'm almost clean on this guy. I'M just gon na listen, real quick. He sounds a little girly. I'M gon na go ahead and get some of this Airways clear. I'M not sticking this down very far. Just enough to hear that. Did you hear that? Did you see that that I got out of it? I got that glob out of that right there. So it was important to clear his Airways difficult when moms jostling them, but he sounds a lot more clear, already, yep, all clear, good job, baby, good job mama are so cute guys mama has everyone else accounted for okay, so I'm gon na take a couple quick Notes he was breech birth date of birth, color, liver and white looks like and male copy number six now Breezies been kind of going in a pattern here of having a puppy. This one was at twelve twelve and then just over an hour later, puppy number two came at one twenty seven and then about five minutes later boom puppy number. Three, then again we had almost an hour 45 minutes. It looks like, and then we went from puppy number four to puppy number, five in five minutes or six minutes, I guess, reading upside down and then from puppy number five to puppy number six took a little over a half an hour. So, if she's going in kind of that same pattern, I would expect her to be pushing out puppy number seven here, pretty quick, because she is still looking very big. Having a contraction still now see how tot that looks no pushing yet. But I definitely think that we may be having another puppy sooner rather than later, just based on how progression of her labor has gone so far. I might quick try. Okay, his colorings, really cool he's, got like that patch patch patch patch little line of patches and some patches and then a strip white strip down his back so doing a little pushin now get my skills turned on quick 381 and just looking right now clean yourself Up a little bit that little guy just nursing away, it's a little pink tongue, latched around that teeth. Since I'm hungry razzle dazzle go into town, hey, we are about three and a half hours into breezy having her puppies and she's had six puppies. It'S about time to give her a potty break. It'S the middle of the night, though so we're not gon na. Let her go out unattended. We'Re gon na stay with her, so she doesn't accidentally push a puppy out outside her whelping box is getting pretty messy. Her whelping pad pretty wet, so I'm going to take an opportunity, while she's out going potty with even to get the boxing and the bedding switched out so that she's got a nice Drive bedding to come back to. I move the puppies into a little laundry basket while I do that, but make that transition pretty quick so that she can get back into her puppies and start pushing out more puppies, because she still looks pretty darn big. And I don't know if you can see her at all that she looks pretty darn big still, and I would expect based on the x-ray, that we did a minimum of at least three more puppies, because the vet guaranteed at least nine. But he said probably 11 or more so still have a few puppies to go yet this evening morning. Whatever time it is so we're gon na get her let out and get this box cleaned. If these guys set back in where the whelping nest is so they can stay nice and warm. Now that we've got a clean dry pad in here. Hopefully they can get a little drier as well and then, when mama comes back in I'm sure she will give them all a good once-over and lick them dry and clean good babies and just in time for Mama to come back in. So I'm gon na help. Her get situated so she doesn't accidentally squish one good job, mama good job mama there. You go good girl, dry box, clean pad, happy mama content, puppies sleeping in their little whelping this right now, while we wait on momma to have some more puppies, this one must be a big puppy or something I'm struggling a little bit to get this one to Come out just been working on it for a little while kind of see it bulge through here yeah, and then it sucks right back in positions and try something a little bit different. Just encourage the progression of this puppy's delivery. So we don't like any delivery. Take too long and put the puppy in any type of duress, so over another couple pushes and then we might train, get her to stand up and change positions trying so hard trying to just help. Keep that puppy from going back up where it's not supposed to go and in between pushes close mama stand up mama and see if push in a different position will help come on. Okay get up, you want to get up, breathe. Okay, get up stand up, change positions, it's getting close, but just not quite there yet feel that puppy in there right it's not going back up and as much anymore. So hopefully, a few more good pushes like that it'll come out so close mama. You can see that puppy is completely in there, two more good pushes and this puppy should be coming out. I think it might be a little bit bigger one with as long as she's progressed on this puppy couple more good pushes, and you got this one out. I know it's a big one, don't interrupt her. It'S almost out and she's been working on this one, a long time, potentially little pink tongue sticking out. There keep pushing mm how's big papi, a little female looks like she needs to be aspirated here. There'S a little bit longer. Delivery on this one puppy was definitely in the birth canal. Ittle bit longer, so make sure everything's cleared make sure we're not squishing, not their babies over here yeah a little bit mama. I know you've got a lot of them in there a lot of them little black female will cry. Gurgle e, you guys squished just a little squished, it's crying, which is good, trying to clear its Airways. There there's a big glob of stuff that got out he's better still a little gurgling, I'm gon na try and do a little more air clearing. That was a better cry. Did you hear that better cry, much better quicks good, a weight on her? Well, I've got her away from Mama three Sony: eight, so not a giant puppy, puppy, number, seven, female black and white okay. Now I'll just need to look at her a little closer and draw her markings out a little bit after birth here instead, my last puppy. It didn't come with it that was all out of its act before it was born. I could feel it right there when she pushes she's gon na. Have this one, maybe standing up, don't stop mama thanks that one looks long. Okay, that's enough on there. Let'S check Airways little female will deliver female good job. Breezy mama 66 still sounds a little girly to me in there for sure. So, close one more good push, I think, did you smoke her out? Just a little ways keep pushing mama this guy's. Not quite all the way out there we go got some movement, yay, good, puppy, good job check this ones, Airways, real quick, keep rubbing them pretty vigorously. I'M almost trying to clean up her placenta and hasn't quite checked there we go. We got a little squeak out of you. I like it good squeaks there we go. You are this chill boy still sounds a little girly to me. Crying will help clear those lungs just rubbing them vigorously. I'M not hardening he's crying a little bit, but that's okay. Those lungs will clear that airway then sometimes people will be like look. I had a green puppy. Well, that's just part of the afterbirth, my mom'll lick that up and that'll go away. We do not have a green Shorthair. It would be a miracle right know what mom well, I'm gon na quit get away Don him actually before Mama's over paying too much attention to him. 378. A little bit now, I'm going to record my information: it's not every litter that you actually have to use to puppy litter records puppy number 9, so we are now seven and a half hours in since breezy pushed out her first puppy and she just had her. Ninth puppy she's doing an excellent job of continuing to push she's actually gon na eat this afterbirth from this last puppy. That was just born the placenta, and that is actually really important for her to do. It'S gon na continue to allow her to have enough energy to continue pushing through this long labor as well as it has essential nutrients. That'S gon na help bring her milk production in even better because, with this, many puppies she's gon na be working really hard. Her body's gon na be working really hard to keep up with the demands of these puppies, so keeping her on pretty much a free feed schedule, as well as plenty of water is gon na, be really really important for these guys. As you can see, the whelping box is turned back into a little bit of a mess. Whelping, a litter of puppies is messy when we go through a lot of towels a lot of bedding, there's a lot of messes a lot of fluids and it's not a neat process by any means. So we expect still at least one or two more puppies. We feel like we can feel as well as that's what we saw on the x-ray. So we are gon na keep monitoring her and keep you posted on her progress, breezy to say that she needed to take a quick break. We rolled up on her back here. Puppies were more nursing. She says time for a break. Puppies and mama needs a break. I definitely think we still have a puppy in there, at least so we'll see, but she's resting, I'm getting some lovey's and then we'll keep monitoring her, but we may take a little break too. I know my sit. Bones are getting sore whoa shot out like a shot, good job, mama little tiny email, not that tiny bit smaller than the last one make sure nobody's getting squished on this side of mama. She just shot right out there, keeping that one clean okay and do a quick blow deliver puppy puppy number 10 female here, she's, just a little girly go ahead and clear some Airways, three thirty, thirty! Still here a little gurgles Sona. Can you hear that gurgling a little bit crying nice and strong that'll help clear her Airways as well? Look at this pile of puppies get in here, baby hey, so I think we are about done. Breezy is really hasn't been pushing for the last couple hours now. So we cleaned the whelping box got a new pad in here for the puppies they're all snuggled up in the whelping nest right now, mom is doing a good job about licking them and taking care of them. She actually licks them to help them go potty. So that's something that she's doing right now is to stimulate them as well as to keep them clean. It'S very impressive. These puppies are born both blind and deaf, and they are already working their way over finding the food bar, so they know how to feed themselves by sniffing out mama. So I wanted to talk a little bit about the process here with this litter, so we monitor Breezies temperature drops and we noticed a slight drop as well as some nesting behaviors now how long ago has that been a couple nights ago now? So not this last night, but the night before so I got up and monitored her and checked on her every hour or two to make sure that we didn't have any puppies going on. She didn't have any puppies over that night. We checked her temperature again in the morning and she ended up dropping even further, so we actually sat with her all day yesterday to make sure that she didn't start having her puppies or need us for anything. But of course she waited like they always do until midnight to start having her puppies and she had puppies actively in labor from midnight last night till about 9:00 a.m. this morning. So nine hours of labor and we were there every step of the way with her. We were very lucky. This litter is ten healthy puppies. No complications, mama did a great job, pushing these little guys out, and we were there just to facilitate that happening. I want to mention that we just spent almost two full days, monitoring her and sitting with her and being with her having a litter of puppies is a huge time, commitment and resource commitment, so make sure that you're able to do that if you're planning on having A litter - but this is just the beginning, these last two days that we really devoted all of our time and effort and energy into spending with her is actually just the beginning. We'Re gon na show you how we raise and develop a litter of puppies. This litter is going to probably take a little more work than some of our other litters, because there are ten puppies. We'Re gon na have to very closely monitor their weight, gain and potentially supplement if we're not seeing enough weight gain and help mama out. If she's not producing enough milk, but this is a huge commitment and we plan on showing you how we go about raising and developing a litter of puppies so make sure that you're subscribed to our YouTube channel. Have notifications turned on so you can follow along with their journey. I think that's about all. We have time for updates today. This is probably gon na, be a pretty long, video to show you all of the things that we were able to get on camera from this delivery. So if you have questions, let us know put them in the comments. If you really like this video give us a thumbs up, we really appreciate it. I'M Kat the dog trainer and Kat the puppy Midwife. Maybe - and we will see you next time -

irene logmao: *Great **dogy.training** lots of helpful instructions and ideas without being dictatorial. I like this writer's style a lot and we have found it more helpful than several of the other books that we got to help train our new puppy because of the detail he goes into.*

Truth with UnMuzzled Unicorn : Our first litter is due any time now. She’s in her whelping box, ready for delivery. Thank you for this video!

Maki2.0: I love the chart you have to keep track of everything, even the markings as they’re born. I think what I might do is give them letters from A onward alongside numbers and eventually names starting with those letters. That way you could refer back to the chart easily to identify the puppies in alphabetical order as well as the reverse, using the chart to identify the puppy by name until you eventually just remember them. I know a lot of people just put different colour ribbons or little collar around their necks. That works too I guess. Also breezy seems to understand what’s happening. She’s obviously feeling some pain, but her eyes look calm and she’s so patient. She’s an incredible momma! And it helps a lot I’m sure that she has the best support person with her!

leland wade: *What a great **dogy.training** ! Our 8 month old Goldendoodle loves. He even knows when comes on , because he knows Brandon's voice now. This book not only gives you Brandon's sure fire way to train your dog, it also gives you insight into what makes Brandon such an amazing trainer & the wonderful work he does with shelter animals.I highly recommend this book to all new & old puppy parents!*

Alisa Kasprzak: I watched the entire video! Absolutely amazing! I don’t know how these mamas can have so many babies!! Your dedication to your pups is outstanding.

deborah hovis: I watched this last night and it helped me so much. One of my dogs actually had six healthy pups this morning and I was so stressed out last night but you guys really calmed me down, and gave me a lot more confidence and great information, so thank you so very much!

Monique: Wow this was phenomenal to watch. She was so comfortable because of you. You were amazing during the whole Whelping process. ❤ This also really helped me and my boyfriend for our Akita dog future Whelping process. Thanks so much for this video.

leya victory: My dog is about 2/3 weeks away from having her pups. I’ve never seen the delivery process so it’s really cool to learn what to look for and the chart was a REALLY good idea !

Donna Cox: Perfection!!! I REALLY ENJOYED this video! You guys did an amazing job with this! Kudos to all of you who made this possible! I learned a lot from the video. The way you both nurtured and encouraged the Mommy was spot on! She felt very comfortable and supported. I found myself "pushing" with her lol...and FOR HER! TRULY AMAZING! GOOD JOB!!! AND CONGRATS TO A BEAUTIFUL DELIVERY AND ALL THOSE BEAUTIFUL FURBABIES!!!

Aaron Curry: My wife and I have done this three times already and we expect to do so once again tomorrow. My nerves are already shot and I can barely hold my phone lol. Love how you stay so calm. Thanks for the video.

Wolf Howl 56: Loved it, watched to the end. So nice to see genuine caring & concern for the wellbeing of mama & babies. In such good hands!

Jamie Garay: You are so amazing. Even as an experienced dog owner, I’m learning a ton from your videos and seeing so many creative ways to raise future dogs. I would like to breed one day so am starting research now to build a knowledge base and be responsible and thoughtful about it. I appreciate all you do! Thanks guys!

Just My Opinion: Thank you for sharing this video. I've never seen puppies being born this close-up. I'm going to subscribe so I can watch them grow up. The puppies are so cute and Breezy is a great Momma!

maikka galapon: Thank you for this! ❤️ This video helped me mentally prepare what to expect and help my dog give birth to 5 babies Thank you! ❤️

Penelope Webling: Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Its always wonderful to see new life coming into the world The puppies are gorgeous and Breezy did a brilliant job As did you as midwife and Hubby x

Samantha Oxford: This video was amazing! Thank you! My girl is expecting her first litter any day now and Im so excited and even more prepared to be her helper! We know there is at least 6, but they said possibly a few more!

Ben Grainger: Brilliant to watch, very informative, detailed and involved video. I've subscribed so I can see how your puppies grow, develop and are trained. I hope that they are well settled in their new homes!

Margaret Ayers: This is a beautiful thing to watch! Breezy is a good mama. She is very attentive to her pupies!

Kathy: Ethan & Kat, Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful experience. The miracle of life (X10) is awe inspiring and was so generous of you to share! Breezy did great and birthed beautiful babies. I myself am picking up a new puppy in 7 weeks (was just born last week), but mine will not be a GSP. I just love watching your channel though because the two of you are such a great couple and deliver a lot of content that can apply to any dog breed (with the exception of pointing, hunting, etc. since mine is not that kind of dog). Thank you again for letting us into your home to share in this experience. The world needs more of this in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Love and prayers to you and your family (human and furry)!

Nancy May Knapp: Thank you so much for these beautiful videos. Getting ready for a litter of golden retrievers after not having a litter for over 10 years. This was a great refresher for me and I love your gentle, loving manner with your beautiful dog Breezie. I am wondering if you ever use Calcium supplements while whelping?

DellJankowski: Everytime Breezy pushed I held my breath and pushed with her. Memories of my 3 made me want to help her. Breezy did an awesome and such beautiful babies.

Mr_SWesty: I can't thank you enough for making this video. There were so many skills you transferred that easily helped me whelp all 8 pups successfully. The snot sucker was genius, and saved the life of a boy that arrived late and was still in the sac.

Amy Lillen: This video was so helpful. Our dog should start whelping tonight or tomorrow. This is our first and only and I was so stressed about it going smoothly. I feel more relaxed and know what to look for now. Thank you.

Trish AndGirls: Loved this vid! Mama and pups are gorgeous! So nervous my girl is due to have her pups 1st time any day now! Thank you so much for sharing Breezy!

michelle penn-ford: ❤️your video. Brought back beautiful memories of my Weimaraner Sophie. She also had big litters, 12, 11,10. She was a beautiful momma like your Bree. I split the puppies into 2 groups by weight. I always put the smaller puppies on first, then after the bigger pups. Luckily I had the ability to be able to spend days and nights with her. All your babies are just so precious.... And your Breezy girl is an absolute star !

Jenny Castorena: That was awesome watching Breezy have her puppies , I'm proud of her pleases keep me informed of Breezy and her puppies. Good job Breezy!!

SniffingJoJo: Well done, thank you. Great review since it's been many years since my last litter!

Terah Beth: Thank you so much for posting this very informative video! I'm fostering a rescue dog and guess what...we found out she's pregnant! So, I'm researching this whole whelping process and being able to watch Kat's 'live-action' doula care for Breezy and the pups is a huge help! If there's any way you have the time and are willing... could you share the puppy chart (with the puppy marking diagram)? And would you recommend I have a heating pad for the pups to make sure the temperature is warm enough? I have more questions, but I'll try not to overwhelm the comment box with them :) THANKS AGAIN!

theresa miles: How lucky I was to have been recommended your videos !!!!! This is my first whelping watch of a German Shorthair Pointer. Breezy is a wonderful mom, with her mom’s assistance … great job all around, I’ve subscribed don’t want to miss anything

johanne: Wonderful video. Video and sound was great and the whole delivery process was incredible. It reflects the expertise, patience, and encouragement your team showed. Your dog companion/midwife was outstanding. Congratulations everyone!

Stacey_Pacey K: My husband and I are a week away from helping our husky with her first ever litter, X-ray showed 8. Thank you for this video, it’s very informative and I’m a little bit more assured for what’s to come.

Glenda Knight: It's after 3am here in the UK but managed to watch to the end. Totally amazed at how long mama took to have her babies. My favourite pup is number 1. They are all dead cute and I have subscribed so I can see how mama progresses with her large family. Thank you for sharing and definitely caring

Jose de la Cuadra: Watching her at 2am like an eager dad. Seems like I’ll be with you the whole time. Breezy’s doing a good job.

Caroline Jamison: Loved watching this. I raise Boston Terriers and have delivered 11 at one time from a 20lb. female. All was so familiar. You are great with your female and dealt with the pups just great. Best of luck to you in the future!!!

Mary Ann K: Fabulous! Breezy, Kat and Ethan -- such a lovely, informative taping -- great how you provide details on what helps Momma Breezy, the pups (clearing airways etc), and SO GLAD you shared this is only the beginning of the work so people pause and consider the commitment needed before going forward to have a litter with their dog. THANKS!!!! Great Job - video was also so well done including the editing and music. There is one and only one comment that I have that is other than glowing compliments -- this was such a beautiful video - wish there was no political ads in it - regardless of who the ad is for - for me, the divisiveness from a political ad is jarring and takes away from your magical, heartwarming video.

Miss Natalie: This reminds me of when my cat, Ava, had her litter of 4 kittens. I was so nervous and had read up on how to know when a cat was in labor. I had made a dark covered corner in my guest bedroom her den and she loved it. She started panting and licking away at her bottom. The first kitten was stuck in her rear. I started screaming cause she was running around in circles trying to get it out. My teenage son calmly bent down and held her still while he gently guided the kitten out onto the blanket. Then Ava immediately sat down beside the kitten and started eating the sack/licking her baby. By middle of the night, we had 3 girls and 1 boy. I immediately took her to be spayed once she healed. I just wanted her to have 1 litter to experience motherhood. I kept 1 kitten and named her Bella. I gave the other 3 away to friends and a neighbor. I had Bella spayed later on when she was about 5 months.

Tracey: Fantastic video Thankyou, had a litter 2 years ago and all went well, expecting another In Two weeks but needed to remind myself of the whelping! It all came flooding back but I’m sure we were not as calm as you guys! It’s given me confidence again for when the time comes for our girl, I’ll be there every step of the way with her!

Amanda Crawford: She’s a great mommy !!! Started taking care of them right away ….

Nadine Duncan: This was truly the best ever thing I’ve watched in a very long time she was so calm and didn’t panic at all her puppy are supper adorable and I’ll most definitely be tracking back to catch up on her story. U guys just came up on my YouTube feed so I clicked on it and love what u do guys keep up the incredible work and to all the staff u have so much care in u it’s beautiful to see

Emma-Jane Wood: Thank you, this is so helpful to me as a novice breeder. This has shown me, all being well, of what to expect when we breed (fingers crossed) our Hungarian Vizsla later this year

Sandra E: Watched the entire video and learned so much. Thank you for taking the time to share this experience with everyone!

Sarah Korver: Absolutely beautiful! Mum did a fantastic job! And the pups are absolutely gorgeous xx

Donna Wagner: My daughter and I are hoping to breed our Weimaraner someday, so I wanted her to see the process from you all. You all do such a great job caring for your GSPs, I knew this video would be a perfect way for her to get a healthy dose of reality mixed with lots of information and a loving hand. Thank you! If we do decide to have a litter, I hope we will be responsible, quality breeders that do as well for our dogs as the standard you have set.

Tracey: Fantastic video Thankyou, had a litter 2 years ago and all went well, expecting another In Two weeks but needed to remind myself of the whelping! Sandy Wall: I loved this. I bred Beagles for 9 years & loved every bit of it. Birthing is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video

Donna Moree: I watched the whole delivery. She was so good in taking care of her babies. I will keep following along

By the Way: I was watching every second and pushing right along with momma! Thank you so much for your commitment! God bless!

Cxhellq: Well done Mama Breezy! I want them all I wonder how they look now!

Ariana Derrick: I just got a gsp 3 months ago! But I was there for the entire birthing process of the puppies so this made me remember that experience

James Carrington: I used to raise Bassett Hounds, so I'm very familiar with this, but what made me watch is the fact that we used to have a German Short-haired pointer as well, and this brought back some warm and fuzzy memories for me. These are GREAT DOGS to have, I think about that dog at least once a week. It's been 20 years, and I still grieve.

PossumMilk: Such a beautiful video, you are such an amazing and caring breeder and mama Breezy did such a good job! <3

Raymond Schafer: Great job bringing those pups into the world I have been blessed to do this myself with Beagles. Fun to see them grow develop do what they are bred to do. All of mine were hunting Beagles. All of them turned out to be great rabbit dogs, they were not papered or anything just good hard hunting hounds!!! God blessed me with some great females, and one great make to make babies with. Wish I could get back into it again!!!

jwnagy: What beautiful GSP! She reminds me of my girl Emmylou, who passed away last February. ❤ Her picture is my avatar.

Peggy Sue Hubbard: Great, informative video...thank you very much. I'm getting ready to whelp my first ever litter and You have lifted my confidence and answered last minute questions. I've subscribed as I would like to watch your methods of raising the puppies. Thanks!

You will have to show us another video on them so we can see the progress of all puppies. Thankyou for the video it was awesome.

BirdBoys Tv: i watched the entire video. thanks so much for this cool experience to see! i have always been interested in dog breeding and thought this was a neat thing to watch

Susan Estes: I watched this video a few days before our GSP delivered her eight puppies and felt prepared, confident and the information most likely saved a few of them from unnecessary trauma. I kept her on the lead that night and walked her and she delivered a pup in the yard but I was prepared, not sure what would have been the outcome had I not kept my eyes on her. This is an excellent video. Our first litter, great success, thank you very much.

Debra Arizona: I love that your so calm and organized during whelping. I admire you for allowing your female to do her job without getting too involved.⚘ I really enjoyed this video,it is exciting, interesting and helpful. Great job!!⚘⚘⚘⚘

Anthony Ricchiuti: Beautiful litter of healthy little puppies, lots of companions for some lucky folks.

amanda montalvo: Thank you so much for this comprehensive video! Great camera work and explanations!

Jennifer Barker: Such an awesome job! I was pushing with her for each one. We have an ultrasound in the morning and I’m hoping she’s pregnant as it is her and my first.

Krystal G.: This was an amazing video to watch! Thank you for all you do ❤

Goto Hellenwaite: My German Shepherd had 13 puppies . We didn’t know she was pregnant when I adopted her.. we took red police and put a red dot on the bottom of their front left paw of 7. One feeding she would feed 6 with no dot and we would bottle feed the 7 with the dot then switch next feeding so they wouldn’t drain our girl . Even though she was a wonderful mom and had the most beautiful babies we had her spayed so she wouldn’t have to do that again.

Amy Lillen: Hi, our dog started nesting yesterday around 10:00 am. She stayed in bed almost all day. Now it's the following morning and she's still in her bed resting. How long can this pre-labor time last? Thanks

Sue’s Urban Garden: Thank you for this video! I’m a newbie and this video makes it simple. I love how she’s able to do what’s natural for her species. Do you cut the I’m umbilical cord?

Roger Mezenen: Watched several videos...... this was by far the best. Absolutely loved it... Thanks so much for your diligence and patience in making this video.

Denise maloney piren: What a brave mama. So calm and accepting of support from her person.

Simon Johnson: Overall you did an excellent job and your patience level is spectacular. Those are great looking pups.

Randee McCaghren: Was this Breezy’s 1st litter? She did absolutely amazing. I’m so very proud of her. Her puppies were born 10 days after my Birthday. They’re Tarus babies like me

pandapolka: This was so interesting! Breeze and her human helpers all did a great job! We are getting our puppy in a few weeks when it is old enough to leave mom (swed vallhund ) and we are so excited

Elsie Mitchell: My 2 female dogs are spade but I watched it till the end .. you and your husband love your dog and puppies.. what a remarkable thing you guys do... Great job mama dog...

Shelly T: This was SO helpful! Thank you!

Just Another Person: Sunday morning video. Thank you so much for being the BEST doggie midwife. You and your husband are so kind and gentle with Breezy. Bless your hearts. Thank you for sharing this video. She is such a good momma.

Debra Ricci: Amazing. I learned so much. You're wonderful. Every mama should have a helper like you...

Andrea Bernard: Thank you so much for sharing this experience! Can I ask if there is a particular reason not to wear latex-free gloves when helping with delivery?

Willie Watts Troutman: This is a fantastic video thank you for sharing. You did an excellent job in helping in the birth of the puppies

life's adventure: How professional, I wouldn't mind paying money if that's how well they're treated!

J.C. Sipe Jewelers: Incredible video…so many puppies! You have your hands full & you show so much caring for Breezy & her pups, by now young dogs.

Loraine Parry: What a wonderful mumma dog. As a human, pushing out just one baby brought more than tears to my eyes, and I did that on three separate occasions, but can you Imagine what delivering 14 puppies did to Annie? Her work has only just begun. I used to foster dogs, and on an occasion lucky to have a great Dane that gave birth at my home to thirteen puppies. What a wonder to experience, both birth and life

Tom XM: This is a wonderful one hour and 20 minutes. Thank you for making this video available.

Noella Hosken: Very interesting for sure. This is the largest litter I’ve ever seen. Great job all of you. Congrats to Breezy moma. Beautiful fur babies❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Sanya Belfrey: You did a wonderful job,my goodness that takes a lot of patience and time to do what you guys do. I'm happy and proud for your knowledge and strength. thank you!

Janice W: Breezy did a great job. I am looking forward to following this litter through your videos.

Richard Butler: The one thing I really liked about this breeder’s birthing of the 10 puppies is that she allowed Breezy to do most of the cleanup of the placenta which, as she said, is important for Breezy’s to create enough milk for the puppies each day the puppies are nursing in the first few days and weeks. But the puzzling thing is her use of an oversized aspirator which is so large it can’t enter the puppies’ nasal cavities. That is odd—at least to me. It still amazes me that these blind puppies know how to find and suckle on Breezy’s teats. It’s exciting to watch this process.

Reesa White-Jackson: Really appreciate you for sharing momma breezy giving birth it was amazingly!! I just want to ask where did you get the paperwork to get to take down the birthing process and the time and birthday and how much they weighed if you don’t mind letting me know I have a dog going to give birth in two weeks and that’s the smartest way to get actual times of birth

ifairmaiden: I love how organized you are!

Season Greetings: Amazing video. I watched the whole thing...there’s nothing boring about it...so educational and very professional. I love the patience that both have ; the lady doctor and the male doctor or cámara person. Very beautiful.

Monica Morbidini: I gave birth to twins but I’m completely in awe with this sweet momma! Such hard work

Civilized Bad Guy: Was wondering how I could get whelping charts like that. Awesome video!

Suzanne Dacier: Watching Breezy give birth was very educational. My female is 42 days pregnant with her first litter . I'm nervous about the delivery. Watching this video will help me be helpful to my German shepherd, Meeka. Thanks for making this video

Felicity Hardt: Thanks so much for this vid!! Its so helpful! My GSP is gonna give birth in a few weeks and I've been stressing like mad. This really helped tho

Sonja M: I was wondering how those little ones were going to get their mouths around her huge teets but the tongue helps I see. I love your explanations. Thank you so much for the wonderful video ❤️❤️❤️❤️ congratulations on your new bundles of joy

nckruse: What a wonderful job you did with her. What a pleasure to watch. Right before I tried to watch another birth the adults pulled out the placentas and didn’t let mom lick or bond I couldn’t finish watching it.
