Hi guys, hello, hello, hello, hi, i'm amanda, and this is amanda's directors. So when i did the wavy hairstyle, it was just totally busted. I was totally in love with it. I was just like girl, you know this was awesome, but then time passed and time passing so did my interest. But overall i think it's a very good style. So i just want to talk a little bit about the pros and cons, because i know that you guys want to know the tea like what was the experience like? I got you boo, i got you so let's talk now for those of you who have been following my channel. I did two videos previously on the way viveiros and trust me blow up. I got a couple thousand views and search and thoughts, and nobody cares about me to make it right now, but it was just it was well received and i'm grateful um really really grateful. So i just wanted to update you guys on the whole process. Um. You know the pros and cons might take away having having gone through eight months of the hairstyle and having no transition that i don't know, i'm not talking right now, but yeah, but having transitioned from that to natural. I just want to give a brief overview. The pros and cons my experience such and such because you guys have been asking so, as i said before i didn't say i don't know if i said it april 2020 was when i did it the first time i did it for my birthdays. I did a few days before my birthday in april and it was amazing i am going to insert a picture of how it looked um like the day when i did. It was just amazing big up to my hairdresser, chantelle yeah girl. You stopped me all the time, otherwise beautifully sorry about that. So, yes, i did it in april, and i decided to change my hairstyle in december of last year, which is december 2020. That'S eight months after i did it and trust me. The journey has been nothing short of amazing. When i did it, i was so fascinated i was so excited. You know, because of the things that i'm going to explain as we go along, but then, after a while, i just kind of i needed a change. You know i needed to move from that place and try something else and that's what i did so, let's just jump right into the pose right now, so the pros the hairstyle is easy to style like we'll go to swing open on money, i should just beat Our washer here and then she was putting some others on here: revlon, realistic, curl, softly gel moisturizer. So i'll just rub up my hair when it's well saturated with water i'll just rub it up, and then these are look what and this is the activator. So i usually use this and then i use this, and i just rub up everybody now i ate it right. You know that was one of the pros. It was really easy to start, never took no long time in terms of day to day maintenance. All you have to do is just wash your hair or just spritz it with the right amount of water. Rub it up and you're good to go. You sit for the bead and that's what i really loved about the hairstyle. That'S why i kept it in so long, because anybody who knows me personally knows that i don't keep hairstyles for long because i'm easily so it born for months so like, for example, if you have a relaxer, you know that every six weeks to two months, you Have to go back and cream your hair again, because you have new growth and then because you're straight and you grow, you know kind of. Obviously your hair will cream. But the good thing about the curry nivea is that because it's already curly and you hear your natural hair texture is curly as well. You find that you don't have that big difference, so you can get away with it. So i did. I would keep my curl. My hair, without curling for three months - and you know if you are able to just you know if you do your protein treatments and all that which i did not it's low maintenance, so um it never really required much. Treating or i didn't do much treating. So i never had to do a lot of protein treatments. A lot of this - i didn't do much it just. It was just there just worked and it took a while before it actually started to break. For me, one of the cons is that, because it's so low maintenance, i i never treated it so i decided to break after a while because it wasn't be treated. You know when i had natural hair, i would put effort into treating it, but because you know they have so low maintenance like medicine or enemy treat, i mean i just left it up and then decided to break, and then i cut it off. I got bored after a while because i couldn't do much with it so outside of me just rubbing it off, probably putting a rubber um a headband around it or you know, doing a little part and kind of gelling them down, and you know finding different ways To gel the sides or whatever outside of that, i really couldn't do much with it. Unless i wanted to add here, it just got boring after a while. For me, to be honest, i was just over it and i just wanted it out of my head because i'm easily bored at the base of my hair, one of the biggest cons for me, which was one of the most annoying things, was that you have to Work, your hair every single day, um, if you want it to curl the way you want it, you know what you want, your fresh curls and all that you have to wait it every day, saturated water. So most of the times i walk out - and i also connect with dark water dripping from my hair, because i had to saturate it well in order to apply the product and for it to stay. So that was very annoying for me, guys. That was super annoying for me, but the result was good. The result was good and it was a lot less time consuming and it was a lot less. You needed a lot less to to do that, hairstyle, as opposed to, if you have natural hair - and you probably have a twist of things you know. So that was a good thing, but it was also a bad thing. He gave me the curling process now the process to actually relax the hair, i'm going to say, relaxing or permit. That was annoying. So i spoke about that in the video. I think it was the first video that i did on curling via and it takes like, probably six hours, our problem just being extra, but it took a while like it feel, like the whole entire 24 hours it take for the process day. You know you have to go there, you just do something and then she wash it all and then she looks softness and she puts in the permanent and then under the dryer and then take it out again and then under dry, and it was so annoying and The wrapping tights, but that was that was awful for me, but the good thing is you: don't have to do that process out. So when you do it like this month, which is march you're, probably not looking back on that until say june july, depending on how fast your hair goes overall, my experience on this hairstyle is: do it? You know it's really nice. I really would recommend it because it gives you a level of freedom in terms of just having your hair all day with your bits, you know chill and it grows your hair really fast. Um will at least blew my hair very fast, since i had to you know, cut up every minute because my life, which is how i kept it most of the time, but i think it's a really nice style. I would recommend it, and i would also recommend that people need to take interest in caring for the hair and don't be like me, but just kind of just lift it up. You know you would see a bit off. I think you have a better experience than i did. Overall, it's a win for me. Would i do it again? Um, i don't know - probably not probably not not, because i never liked people because i don't know i don't i probably wouldn't do it again or who knows i don't know. Probably i would i don't. Oh i don't know, but it's it's a thumbs up for me. Currently they are, you know you want something different, you want some fresh ones and that's you know different yeah come on. You can get a try, and so thank you guys for tuning in to amanda tax. It was a pleasure, as always coming to you guys.
