Wash N Go Routine | Natural Short 4C Hair Routine | South African Youtuber

Foreign, hey guys, welcome back or welcome to my channel. If you are new here, my name is Amanda and today I'm going to be showing you how I style my short 4C. Here I find myself back here again styling my short hair and, let me just say I have been enjoying it. I cut my hair about six weeks ago. As you can see, my hair is super short and I thought I should share with you how I style my hair or how I've been styling. My hair, I washed my hair an hour ago before doing my face, and now it is like super super dry. So before we get into putting any products on my hair, I'm going to saturate my hair with water, I find it easy for me to style my hair when my hair is super super weight. My hair is 4C like that hard to manipulate 4C, and this is my natural curl pattern, and what I'm gon na be doing today is just to um use products that are going through further Define my curls or give me a curl pattern that I want, because This is not it. My hair is super wet. Now before we get to the hair um. Oh, don't ruin my makeup. I'M going to clean the makeup that is on my hair before I get to applying any products, I'm just going to use my cellar, water and a cutting pad. I typically follow a lock method, which is liquid oil and cream, and my all of choice today is the contou live in conditioner. This has been so good uh for my hair. I use this every time I want to moisturize my hair, sometimes even when I'm not doing the lock method. I use this to just moisturize my hair, to just bring moisture back to my hair, even on the days when I'm not really styling my hair, because I don't style my hair um all the time. Sometimes I just wash my hair and I put in a moisturizer, because I am lazy when it comes to my hair. I would like I'm gon na go in with the generous amounts of this leave-in conditioner. It'S my favorite leave-in conditioner. I'Ve tried so many leave-in conditioners, but this one is actually the best and I just make sure that I wrap in the product and don't want to leave the product sitting on my hair. I want my hair to absorb and taking all the product and my o of choice, which is the oil, is going to be this native child, castor oil. I'M not really crazy about the consistency of this. It'S kind of sticky and I don't like it foreign butter. So I'm just going to seal in everything with this hydrating ceiling cream. This is what my hair looks like when the curls are are not defined. I don't have tight, curls or curls that are they don't need much defining like in order for me to have curls. I need to Define them and that's when The Styling comes, and now we are going to move on to the styling step before going in with my styling products, I'm going to add more water to my hair, because it just makes it easier when the hair is Super wet times, I don't know what gel to use today. I'Ve got this on Jackie's eyes: curls um, glossy Curling Jelly. It is my OG. I love this uh, which I really haven't used that much and I also have the Eco Styler. I'Ve been really really loving. This when it comes to defining My Curls - and I just like how it holds everything together, so I think I'm going to use the Eco Styler today, just like starting at the top and working my way to the sides and then back because I'm applying the gel. I'M going to start defining My Curls the further Define my cows, I'm going to go in with a curling sponge. I'Ve been really enjoying using a crating sponge. It'S so much quicker and it really really does Define My Curls. When I use my hands, I really have to put in the work, but with the sponge everything just like it's smooth and I normally use the flat side. The side works best for me. I really don't know what the difference is like you know, but I find that when I use this like my curls, I bit Messier and I just don't like it, but this side. It really gives me the definition that I am looking for and I'm very very gentle with the sponge. I don't want to be too rough because I don't want to break my hair and I don't want the sponge to take the products that are on my hair foreign foreign and the last product I'm going to be using today. Is this cream of nature perfect edges? This has argan oil, guys gel and makeup do not mix okay, it's better to do this before you do your face, but in order for me to get in the mood of filming this video, I had to start with my face. I was not gon na. Do it, but this this edge control is that it is very glossy. I mean I don't like that. I'M just gon na use like head scarf to make sure that the edges don't move. Okay, guys I'm gon na go off camera. Let this hair dry and then come back and show you when the hair is dry, yeah, hey guys, it is a a week later or two weeks later. I lost the last part of that. Other footage that you guys just saw and yeah it was just a reveal and telling you guys how often I style my hair, and that is all gone, and I thought I should just come here and just show you guys how my hair looked like after that. I style my hair, the exact same way, all the time and yeah. I do it once a week I wash my hair every Sunday and I start it on Sundays and then, throughout the week I just refresh my um my wash and go and uh yeah. I hope it will make sense because now I'm just I don't know, I'm so sad that I accidentally deleted my my footage, but I still hope that the video makes sense, because I don't know how much of the footage I lost and um yeah. So I'm not really taking good care of it and um yeah.
