Back To Basics: Don'T Use A Towel To Dry Your Hair

Now that we are done out of the shower, what we need to do is then dry, our head, so there's different ways you can drive here. You can air dry, your hair, which is basically just to walk out of the shower and just have your hair dry. Um or you can use a cotton t-shirt or a what I use from my kenyan culture is called unless Oh, which is just equal, literally a material like this anything that is not a towel, anything that doesn't have the little microfibers that can cause friction with your Hair, so you just want to dab your hair, like that, I'm just going to show you the motion that we use when you focus on the ends. You dab your hair, like that you don't sort of rub it into the your strands. The way they used to do at the hair sounds back back, especially back in Kenya. It is like - and I might add, that's my hair girl. That is my hair, so believe it or not. All that friction can actually be harmful to the health of your hair. So you really want to make sure that you are using a cotton t-shirt just to absorb the excess moisture of your strands. You
