First Impressions Of Luxy Halo Hair Extensions With Short Hair | Never Had Extensions Before...

This looks kind of creepy, not gon na lie. The deed is done. This feels so weird hi, hello, it's audrey today, i'm gon na be doing a first impressions of the luxie hair halo extension. As you can see, i have very short hair. So we're going to see if this will work. I have seen this company on my instagram multiple times, and it definitely took me some time to actually go ahead and purchase it. Just because i had to consider, of course, quality price durability and all that stuff and of course, as you can see, i actually went for it and i have never tried it before so we're going to see how this will go. So the extensions i got is in the color of black and i believe this is their longest length, i'm going to double check. I did buy this a couple months ago and when my hair was a little bit shorter, but i didn't really have the time to actually film this video and try it out so today. I'M so excited that i'm finally going to try it. Okay, so on their website, it retails for dollars in canadian, and what i also got is the 20 inch off black halo hair extensions. I believe it comes with one full halo and then two wefts that you would put extra on the side, but we're going to see how this goes if you are also considering of buying the luxie hair extension, also do consider that, on top of the 390 in Canadian plus tax, there are also an additional duty fees. So definitely just keep that in mind if you are going to purchase one because of course you definitely don't want to be surprised with the fees of course. Now before we try on the halo extensions, it also came in this cute little pamphlet. I believe it's just uh frequently asked questions on how to take care of your hair, and it also gives you the instructions on how to apply it also online. They also do have an online consultant that can let you know which color would be best suited for you. So when i did the hair consultant, they told me i was off black now, let's actually open this up. I also would like to mention that when you open it up, it will come with one loose piece. It says read me first, so when i initially got this, i did like a very quick test and i think it matches so when you do first open it up. It also does include with a wire there's different sizes, so on here it says small, i'm not entirely sure what size is on the actual halo itself. I hope it goes well. I don't know we're just going to see how this goes now, i'm just going to open it up. Oh here, there's also a sticker, it says, cannot return or exchange if open. Oh, the deed is done also sizes here from extra extra small to extra extra large. This is really good to have, and it comes with the two clips. It also comes in this net. I'M trying to think what is the best way for me to open this without actually breaking the net okay. This feels so weird for someone who has never had extensions before. Oh okay, i'm just gon na comb, my hair gently okay, so i'm going to open it up. Okay, i found the additional weft of hair. This looks kind of creepy, not gon na lie now to get started. I have to section my hair into two pieces, so i'm just gon na try the halo extension without changing the wire, and i hope it fits. This looks really small. I'M just gon na try. It and hope for the best. Okay. I think this is too small. I have to change the wire size, so i'm gon na try again i'm gon na put my hair up in half. I hope this works now. Okay, there's only two clips in here now the large does feel slightly better. Well, there we go yeah, so the large definitely feels much better. Now, i'm just going to secure it. Before i put my hair down. Oh there you go so much better after you've applied the halo extensions. You are supposed to drop your hair now and then you just have to adjust. Accordingly, you have to gently comb over your hair and just make it look like as if you're wearing a headband. Okay whoa. Does that look weird, i feel like it. It needs more hair. This feels so weird. I definitely feel like. I should also add on the two hair pieces on the side, so the clips are very easy to use. Oh, it looks so much more realistic. Now, compared to, i think, this side, it's so long feels so weird. Okay, let me also do the other side. Okay, gon na, let go okay. This is how it looks. I feel like i'm suddenly like a mermaid or something it is so long. I don't. I can't really see: oh, you could see it it's reflecting from the light. It'S very subtle, as you can see here, but i think it doesn't look that bad. What do you think? I definitely think i just need to style it so that it blends in more nicely, but even like without styling it now. I think it doesn't look bad, oh, my goodness. It feels so weird because when i had my hair long, it wasn't like this long. It was close to being this long, so i'm also going to note that it is very comfortable. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall off um. I just keep looking at myself, because this just feels so weird. I think it blends in super nicely with my hair color, so i am very happy about that. I don't know what are your thoughts, i think i really like them and i'm kind of speechless. I don't really know what to say like. Of course you can see my short hair, but if i just style it accordingly, so also the good news is while doing this video, i don't see any hair fall. Oh i see one or just my hair. I don't know if this is my hair or the halo extension, but overall not bad. Ah, yes, so i don't have anything much left to say so i think i will be finishing off the video here um overall, i'm actually very happy. It just feels so weird for some reason, even though i just cut my hair like six months ago, it just it seems so full which i really like. Okay, i need to stop looking at the mirror.
