Okay without further ado, let's get into today's video okay. So a few days ago I was sent a product that I had never heard of. It is from a company called vivid and vogue and they asked if I would check out one of their products and give an opinion so not being paid for this. It'S not sponsored. I don't get any kickback, none of that. It'S just for my opinion, so they sent me a little curling iron, slash flat iron combination in a mini travel size and I've never seen anything actually quite like this. So I'm going to show you what it is, so it is this little curling iron and flat iron in one and it's a super. Pretty rose gold color and I would say it's about 12 inches long, so it's definitely shorter than a regular curling iron. The cool thing about this is it's dual voltage, and so you can't take it overseas and use it without worrying about it. Burning up, you just need a little adapter for the plug travel, friendly, compact, dual voltage, and it's got a curling iron and a flat iron in one and all for about 50 bucks. So that is pretty impressive. So I'm going see if this actually works. Let'S jump on to the footage of me trying this out, okay, my bathroom and I have just the bad two-in-one that travel up curling iron hat straightener, and so you can see it's just a little thing: it's rose gold. It has a cap that goes on it, which I thought was super cool because I thought hey when you travel you're, not gon na burn your other clothes, but it does say to let it cool before you put the cap on. So I guess that's not really good travel feature, but it does have a cap for it. So, in order to turn it on, this is in the off position here and you're going to twist this here to either use the curling iron part or the flat iron part, and then it should turn on now. I read all the instructions and I could not find what temperature this heats up to. So I actually don't know so we're gon na try straightening it first. So I'm gon na go here. So then you can stay on and straightener. It says that it takes about 30 seconds to heat up. It does have a light indicating that is on so we're gon na give this about 30 seconds, and when you do it this way, that's what makes a flat iron and then, when you twist it the other way turns it off so pretty cool little gadget. Its compact, you get a curling iron and a fire in and once see if it actually works. While it's heating up, I am noticing there is no stand on it to set it down to where you're not gon na burn something. This does touch the counter. So that's not fabulous because yeah, the heat is actually laying on the countertop when it's down that's kind of a drawback, so I have just blow-dried my hair. You can tell why I need flat iron, usually, and I'm gon na section this off and start at the bottom. This is to take 2-inch sections. Hold it on five. Eight seconds through pretty easily hair is definitely hot. It'S not super hot, which is what I normally get when it's on 400 degrees. So I know what this thing was heating up to, but try another section, definitely slides through really slick, actually, which is nice. It does not catch. Let'S try curling here's the difference by the way. Let'S try around definitely doesn't hold a lot hair in here. Cuz, it's small, but no definitely does a really pretty girl. Yeah, I mean works so um. You know the drawbacks of this. Is it doesn't have a little clip to set it on and you do have to let it cool before you put that on? That'S not a big deal and it doesn't hold water here. So if you have a lot of hair, this is gon na. Take you a while, but the fact that it's two-in-one in a small compact space. This is a really good option for a travel super great idea. So I don't know how to get, but it definitely does the job and I like it, so I'm gon na finish up my hair. Do I get curly or straight put it in the comments, if you're on your phone, just scroll all the way to the bottom and leave me a comment, I love hearing from you, okay, so what kind of a little in between a little bit curly - and I Know I'm disappointing all the people that strange sorry, but I discovered, which is that if you aren't curling your hair and then there's this that you kind of want to flatten out you don't have to go back in and plug in a flat iron. Now you can just switch this plant vent and then flatten out those little pieces, and it's already hot, so going back and forth and using both sides even at the very bottom was like you wanted to just sort of flatten out the bottoms totally works. So, okay, there you have it thanks for joining me in the bathroom. I do really like this. I think it's cool. If you travel a lot and you want something compact or you don't have to take a whole bunch of different hair appliances with you. This is a pretty cool little thing, I don't know how long it will last or how well it's built, but it worked on my hair and I actually liked the fact that I could switch back and forth for pieces. I wanted to straighten in pieces. I want to curl and I think it's pretty pretty cute cute packaging and it works.
