Stay the night I just wanted to hey guys. Thank you so much for tuning into this video. For those of you who are new, my name is Roxy and I love all things Shorthair. I love to show you guys how to take care of your short hair at home, but, more specifically in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you guys, some tools that are very important to have once you've decided to cut your hair. So this video is especially for, ladies who have just recently cut their hair for the first time and you know they're, taking on a new venture with their short hair. But you have no idea what you need or what to do. So if you think this video is going to be helpful to you keep on watching, so the first tool that you need to have is your hooded, dryer, okay, so the hood enjoy that I have is from bred by kids and it's their ceramic tourmaline. 1875 watt put it dryer okay, so this is essential, especially if you're going to be styling your hair at home, and if you're gon na be doing your rap, your mold and rap. It'S gon na allow you to dry your hair, so much faster okay. So I remember when I never had a hooded dryer. I would let my hair air dry, while I was doing other things throughout the house, but that only works on in the summertime when it's really hot or but my point is invest in a hooded dryer. I was lucky enough to get one from someone on the Facebook marketplace, but I will leave a link below to where you can purchase one if it's not the same one I'll direct you to a similar one. Moving on to the next tool. The next tools that you need are your flat irons, so I have three main flat: irons that I use my pixie and I'm gon na start off with a smallest one. So this is the red pencil flat iron, okay, and this is their smallest, plug into the iron that they have. This is our smallest fire that they have right. So this is perfect, for you know getting the really short pieces. It'S perfect for detailing just really getting into the pieces of the back into the length at the back. It'S also perfect for doing you know those really tight curls for the longer pieces, so it can really give you that over curl spiral. Look ah hum. I don't know how to explain it really, but if you know what I'm talking about the you know, okay, so the next one is the three-eighths flat iron and this one is also by red. So this one is not as skinny, but it's still small enough to where it'll get the short pieces to UM curl and define your hair okay, so these ones are important to me essential, essential and then the next one. I think everyone should have. Is your standard. One one inch flat iron, okay and the one inch line that I use is from Duval and Duval was kind enough to offer my subscribers 70 % off with a coupon code. The coupon code is Roxy and I will leave that in the description box below okay. So, let's move on to the next styling tool that we need to maintain our shortcut combs, so we definitely need our combs. So the combs that I use are my rat tail combs. So mine are pretty dirty right now, so I do need to wash them, but I use them a very often use my rat tail comb for doing my finger waves doing my waves at the sides. I use it for parting. You also use my rat tail comb for relaxing once I've gotten the product through my hair I'll, take the rat tail comb and I'll comb it through. So this is very important. The next important combs are your wide tooth: combs, okay, so your white tooth combs are important for kind of loosening up any tight curls that you have finishing off your style. You know softening up a really hard mold. This is very important. The next tool that you need is your dye brush? Okay, so your dye brush, the diamond rush is pretty self-explanatory. You'Re gon na need this for when you're dyeing your hair, so for semi-permanent colors and also the dye brush is used for relaxing okay, and this is especially if you do you're, relaxing and you're dying at home by yourself. And if you follow this channel, then you most likely are learning how to do these things on your own. The last tool that I want to share with you is the razor comb, so these are just two of the razor cones that I currently have and what I use the razor comb for and what you should be using. The razor comb for is to thin out or comb down any hairs that have outgrown a little bit too much any areas that you feel a little bit too thick yeah. I just exactly what you can use it for so mmm. Basically, what you do you just take your razor comb and you just comb lightly over the areas that are too thick and the razor comb will give it like a nice feathered cut essentially - and like I mentioned, if you follow my channel, if you subscribe to my Channel you will learn how to do these things on your own and you'll learn how to basically just reduce the amount of salon visits. You know what I mean: you'll save your money and you'll just learn how to be more sufficient self-sufficient with your hair. So those are all the styling tools that I feel are important to have once you finally decide to cut your hair, and, like I mentioned this, video is for those who are new to to a short haircut. So if you found this video helpful, don't forget to give me a thumbs up and also subscribe to this channel for more videos like this. So as usual I'll see you guys in my next video bye,
