Hi I'm T Cooper, I'm a New York City, makeup, artist, hairstylist and co-founder of beauty, a grooming business Metro. Look today we're gon na talk about, can short hair, be micro, braided and absolutely can my mama right here has medium length, hair, but she's got some short layers in the front, and you see this is only maybe two inches of hair, and even this can be Micro braided, I'm gon na, show you how to do it. You just grab the hair. If you want to take a bigger section, you could you need to decide first, how large or how small you want your braids, but with micro, braids they're, usually pretty small sections such as this one and you can just start a traditional three strand braid. So you section it out into three pieces, and then you just intertwine the braids one over another, and then you braid it all the way down and even braiding it all. The way down is optional. You don't have to. If you don't want to, you can stop in the middle braid it and tease it, but I'm just gon na braid. It all the way down and it's a nice little skinny braid. So you see the braid happening as small as it is and as short as this hair is so you just continue to do so. You need to be careful, cuz, some little hairs. You might pick up accidentally and if that happens, you can just pull it right out. Here we go we're almost to the bottom, and you see it's a nice little skinny micro braid see that tiny. That braid is look not much hair at all. So then, once you get to the bottom or whatever you want to stop just give it a little spray teasing is optional. Cuz, you don't you're, not working with very much hair, and that's it. You got a micro braid with short hair, I'm T Cupra and thank you so much for watching.
