Hey guys, if you watched my haircut video, you know that I chopped off a whole bunch of my hair, which means that I'm getting used to a new style and I really wanted some new products to help me achieve different styles. So I mostly wear my hair Kerr. I have curly wavy hair, so that's how I wear it the majority of the time, but now that it's short, it's so much easier to do straight or like a wavy style like this, when it was long, I just couldn't. I just couldn't be bothered in my last video I asked for any hair tips you had and you came through more specifically Tao B. 0 8:07 suggested the beach way straight from Kristin s. I lifted up immediately and it was available at Target. So I ran to Target and picked up a whole bunch of haircare stuff. So, let's see what's inside so the first item is actually not from Target. This item was a gift from my hairstylist. If you watched that video, you know that things kind of went wrong, and so she ended up doing me a free haircut and the free products. I told her. I was looking for maybe a texturizing spray to do some like fun stuff with my hair, but she actually recommended the unite, tricky light, finishing spray and she said it's more like a wax in a spray and when she sprayed it on me, she just sprayed it On the ends - and it gave it a really really peasy look, I I'm kind of digging it. I just started using it on my own, but over the past couple days, but it seems promising. It just seems like you can really overdo it. So I've just been trying to be really really careful. The first time that I bought today is from Christine asks. This was the one that was recommended. Soft shine, beach, wave spray for all hair types, non-drying strand softening shine, enhancing Beach inspired waves. That all sounds really nice. It says that most beachy sprays, as you probably know, are like salt sprays and they're applied to wet hair and a lot of times. Your hair comes out really dry or really crunchy, and this is supposed to be a better version of that and you apply it to dry hair. So, let's give it a go right now. It says to go easy on the spray and that you should apply from middle to end of the strand and it says to create beachy waves. Flip your hair from side to side apply a light veil and it'll, create separation, that's a dream and never feel. I'M GE, I don't actually have hair uh here, smells nice. It smells very like salon. This also wasn't really that expensive. It was in there more like premium section, and I think it was $ 14, but today they were doing a buy to get one on all of their premium hair care. So I bought three products. Spellings, pretty promising I'll have to try it out, especially my hair is straight straight next same brand. This is Kristin s, it is the dry finish: working texture, spray for all hair types, texture, building instantly, volumizing ultra light hold soft matte finish, and I'm always looking for a little bit of volume. My hair will start out really voluminous and kind of like poofy on day one, but then, by day, two, it's like a little flatter day. Three, a little flatter day. Four cuz I like to push it a little flatter and dry shampoo, usually does a pretty good job at soaking up oil, but not necessarily adding more volume. So I was kinda looking for a texture spray to to do that. For me - and this has some pretty hefty claims on it - it says: hands down the best, affordable, dry, texturizing spray. It says focused mostly on the roots and the middle of the hair, so it's kind of the opposite of the beach spray. The beach spray makes like separation and PC ends, and then this is going to give you a little bit of dry texture, a little bit of volume and a matte finish. So if you are oily, maybe whoo I've got a you Punk idea. I'Ve got like a cloud all around me. I made a texturizing spray, so I really now are you supposed to work it in? I have no idea. This seems like a really good spray for when you're going for that, no part like opposite parts, type thing like. I normally part over here, but when I get home from work, so funniest thing well, probably not the funniest thing, but I like immediately swoosh my hair over to the wrong side because it keeps it out of my face. But I know a lot of people just go for that. Look in general, so anyway, we'll see alright. Last thing from that brand I watched a lot of videos for girls with curly hair who have short hair for tips on styling and just general haircare, and everybody was talking about Co, washing or cleansing conditioning, and that's the thing that I did probably to you. So I got really into it. A friend of mine gave me a bunch of Wynn cleansing conditioner and I used it for about six to nine months and I remember really enjoying it and then I was able to extend my wash even further than my current three to four days. I was watching my hair flow sort of once a week, but it was a round of time the Wynn controversy where people were talking about like oh does it make your hair come out, and I don't badmouth anybody I'll. Do some research and link in the description and he updates I have on that situation, but I stopped using it and then I just never really found an alternative, but I was at Target. I was just like you know what I'll give it a try. All the curly girls recommend it, so this is Kristin s: frizz management, cleansing, conditioner for all curly hair types; first, controlling humidity, combating combating combating moisture, reviving and low sudsing co-wash. So this you use in place of your traditional, shampoo and conditioner. It'S just a one-step deal. It doesn't really Sun up. So it's kind of weird when you first start using this type of products, but you and your hair might take a minute to adjust to it, but once it adjusts, you can really prolong your time between washes. So I'm very excited to try that next I got the Loreal air dry. It wave swept spray of. I normally put mousse in my curly hair when I wear it curly, maybe that's what I might go to, but you can't really use mousse and let your hair air-dry it just gets crunchy. So I thought this might be a really good in-between for something when I want a little bit of hold in definition, but I do want to let it air dry, because now that it's short air Darian is actually feasible when it was long when it was down To my bra strap, it would take hours to drive panting up some dry shampoo. This is the Pantene dry. Shampoo. I'Ve been loving this one for a really long time. It was recommended by Tati. She did a dry shampoo, a drugstore dry shampoo test. This was her favorite and I really like it. It'S really lightweight, it smells amazing and it's pretty undetectable, like you, don't have to work like extra hard to get it get the color. You know like that white cast. It doesn't take very long to just brush it through and it's really nice also, some of the other dry shampoos I found at the drugstore, make my scalp itch like crazy. I already have an itchy scalp and I just can't deal with it. This is pretty good. Then, just as an experiment, I got the Garnier Fructis pure clean Sultan free dry shampoo. I don't remember if I've tried this, I feel like I have. I love the scent of the Garnier stuff. I just got it on a win. I really have no particular reason why I picked it up the last item. I got. I have a dove micro-mist hairspray that I really like it, because it's extremely fine and I can use it on curly or straight or wavy or whatever, hair - and it's just so nice, but it doesn't have enough hold it's super flexible, touchable hold. And so I wanted something that was a little more in-between and I just happened upon Tressa Mae's new line, so this is the Tresemme compressed micro-mist invisible, hold natural finish, and I think they have levels one through four, and this is a three I think one. I care for what one was, but two was smooth and three is boost and the micro mist it's a smaller can, but it's supposed to have the same amount of products as a traditional can. I think this is one of those marketing things like dish, soap, where it's ultra concentrated and you bite you wow, it's ultra concentrated, but at the end of the day, most people end up using the same amount of products. I just feel like I've gone through my dove one incredibly fast. I just got that not that long ago. I just got that a couple weeks ago and it's already feeling like light like I'm gon na, be out soon. So that's it. That'S everything that I got. I hope that he makes my hair dreams come true. So that's it if you have any other product recommendations for me, please let me know I keep an ongoing wish list in my Sephora and then in my target account. So, just like a true private junkie through and through there's really never about time to recommend something to me. I can't wait to get using the all these products. I'Ve only had my new haircut for like just over a week and I'm diggin it, but I'm still truly messing around with it. Thank you so much for the product recommendations, I'll talk to you later, bye,
