Styling Short Hair & Sunset Date With A New Friend!

Good morning, welcome back to another day of vlogmas, it's 8 20 in the morning right now, we're gon na get a workout in have a good start to the day to the vlog. How are you doing? How is december? How is school going? Are you guys done with school yet or our finals coming up? Let me know down below this is so 20 20 of me, but i'm gon na do a little mask haul. I found my new favorite mask and they're from auritzia. I got them when they were on sale for black friday, so i got them for like a much better price. We'Ve got a white one with like the nose clip very nice and olive green. Oh this matches a blush nude one. This one looks kind of small. Did i get a kids one? This literally looks child size, [, __ ]. I literally think this is a kids one. It doesn't look that small on camera but, like i don't know, is it not? I don't know and then lastly, we've got a nice tan one. So yay, let's do an endurance, workout gon na. Do this one push yourself while keeping your form solid, let's go get ready, christmastime all done, move on with our day, i'm so happy because it was definitely a harder workout to complete so 45 minutes down. Feel good about it make sure you hydrate today, okay side, note my million plaque, i'm like not trying to flex this right now. It'S just like happens to be right here. I have all of these candles from i guess last year that i never used. So i don't even have to go candle shopping, which is great. On another note, i am going to take a shower. My bed looks like that because my pillowcases are in the wash right now, but i'm gon na probably wash my hair too, because i sweat so much today. I feel quite gross so we're gon na. Do that feels super good. I might shave my legs. I don't know i don't know, i did not realize how much easier life is when you have short hair in the shower. It just makes everything so much easier, there's so much less shedding. I noticed because i would pull out clumps of my hair when i had long hair and i've had this hair for a few days now, and i don't know if i want to show this - oh my god i'll show you from afar. That'S all the hair that came out in the past three days, which is not a lot compared to how it used to be it used to line the walls gross anyways. I just i like to track it because i don't know if it's like bad, it would be kind of a lot sometimes so i was just tracking it on my wall. I would take it off after i shower the only reason i left this up for three days. I'M actually gon na, take it off now. You know what the only reason i would put it on my wall is to track, if i'm losing too much hair and if it was like actually an issue or if it's normal, but it is not bad at all anymore. There will be a couple of pieces. Nothing crazy. Even when i brush my hair, i notice like there's, hardly anything in my brush. I am really wanting to keep my hair as healthy as it is right now, since it's freshly cut, all of the dead ends are off it's the healthiest. It'S ever been in so long so today i'm going to use some of this i'll link all these products i share down below, but i tried this yesterday and it worked. I know the day before and it worked so well. This is the riojio curl charisma, leave-in, defining cream, so we're going to use that and then leave-in conditioner i'm going to use the whey one today. But i also really like this one from sun bum dry, the hair a little bit for these products. Your hair is supposed to be damp, so i'm gon na go in with the leave-in conditioner. First, let that get in there and then finish off with like that much. I guess. That'S kind of like a quarter amount size and just rush that, through my hair with my fingers, i don't really know what i'm doing. There'S no method, so all right! Everyone in the meantime we're going to let this dry and then i'll show you guys how i've kind of like been styling my hair, maybe you guys, can help me out with some other hairstyles and suggest them down below, because i feel like now that i have Shorter hair, i can do styles that i couldn't do before with my very long. Hair might be like an hour until i see you because this takes forever to dry, but i'll see you in literally a second it's been an hour. The hair is still not dry, but i have my first wrapping of the year to do. This is not even for christmas. Connor'S birthday is next week and it's kind of an inside joke. I know that giving him a charger is kind of random, but this is like the longest charger that apple sells and the reason i'm getting him. It is because his outlet is a little bit far from his bed, so his alarm never goes off because his alarm or because his phone is dead. So obviously his alarm can't go off and he's like sorry. My thing doesn't reach my bed or what i don't know i don't know is this charger? I don't know his charge is short, his charger's broken and i'm sick and tired of hearing the excuse that sorry, i woke up at like 1 p.m or 12 p.m, because my alarms are waking me up, i'm like bro, you just don't like waking up early. So, as the loving girlfriend i am, i got him the longest charger that apple sells and i wanted to make sure i wasn't getting some like random 30 foot charger on amazon only because i've had those before and i feel like one they always break and they're. Not like the best quality, so i just got the one from apple. So no it's legit. So now there's no excuses. So that's part of his present also. I know he doesn't like watch these vlogs, but don't go telling him i'm not doing like a gift for him this year for his birthday, i'm doing an experience because he's turning 20 on december 10th and i planned a really fun thing that we're gon na do For his birthday, so that's gon na be his gift. Instead of like something physical, since christmas is pretty close to his birthday, i thought we can do gifts for christmas and we're going to do a fun experience for his birthday. So that's the plan. You guys will know very soon, because obviously i'm going to vlog it - it's very vague, but yes have this wrapping paper from when i did my painting, so we're just going to use this all right. Here'S the finished little gift wrap gift. I just think it'd be fun to do something funny, because we always like not argue, but you know what i mean you get into little like play fights, and this is when we always argue about i'm like just get a new charge and like i don't know Why he won't just get a new charger, so i'm like whatever he's gon na, have something to open it's gon na be funny, and then my wrapping skills, not not the best, but you know we have till christmas to improve. Okay bit of a time has passed. I'M gon na try and style my hair, because i have like clips that i wasn't able to use before because they were too small for the amount of hair that i had so i'm gon na try out some new hairstyles. I thought i'd show you in case any of you also have like shoulder length, hair and help each other out. Okay, so my hair is pretty much dry. Honestly, it's a little damp, but you can see there is some good like curl-ish waves. I don't really know what to call them. Usually i part my hair down the middle, but with this short hair, i'm kind of like what is that i'm also not opposed to like a side side part. Although i promised myself, i would never revisit that because that was my whole childhood and all of like my little pictures, my side, bang or side part. So it's like here, whatever, let's try and use this little clip, i get my little clips from a lot of random different places. You can get them at target. You can also find some like small businesses that have them, because there's tons i feel like i could do a lot of hairstyles with it like this, and then you put the clip in so it holds the back like that and then i guess i'd like to Take out front pieces, oh actually, i'm going to show you guys what i've been doing featuring my mini straightener. It'S so cute got this from sephora it's from the brand dry bar. I think i'll link it down below and sometimes like the front pieces of my hair. Just do not cooperate so they're, just not that cute they're not actually bad today, they're pretty straight already, somehow, but usually they're, like all kind of messed up. So instead of getting a big straightener i was like i might as well get a mini one. Since i don't really straighten my whole hair, i'm gon na do that and show you guys. I don't even know if it's hot yet, but is this hot, oh yeah kind of like no, i don't like that. Nevermind. I was gon na say kind of twist it on your way down, but do not do that unless you want to i just like when it's nice and straight and then i can style like these front pieces. However, i want so there's no waves in them. This little straightener is so convenient. It'S so tiny. You can put it anywhere. You can put it in your pencil case and bring it to school. I don't know so. The front pieces look like that once they're, all straight yeah. This is actually a really cute hairstyle. I used to not wear my hair with this little half a path down situation when it was longer, but i think it's pretty cute with the short hair with little pieces out, so that could be a really good option. Let'S see, i have these type of clips. They'Re not super small, but they're, not super big either. So, let's see what i can do with this okay, i do not think that's like it right. I can't see the back. It kind of looks. Okay, i don't know, i can't tell what do you guys think? Let me know, because i can't see actually i'll be able to see when i'm editing, but let me know what you think of this one. This one has a lot more hair up and out of the face, and then i just leave a little bit down so cute. I love these little clips. Maybe if i put it into a bun, it would look better instead of having it just like that, like that, does that look weird with that at the bottom? I don't know hairstyles. I could do that's kind of why i'm doing this right now. Oh i'm. Most definitely not doing pigtails, not unless i want to look very young, that might be a vibe some days when you want that, like younger looking feel but from day to day, i'm not gon na i'm not gon na. Have this i have this butterfly clip. I believe i got this on verge girl. I could be wrong, but i love the hairstyle, where you just go like that. It'S so easy and you put a cute little clip there bring the front pieces out and that's it. I think this one might be my favorite, it's just so easy and also pretty stylish what i've been loving to do. I don't even know why i cannot stop doing it and that is just putting random braids in my hair, like that, you can't see it super. Well, because i have dark hair, but i do the front pieces and i think it's so adorable, that's you and it looks like that. Usually i'd put a little tie at the bottom, but i don't plan on keeping this in today because i don't feel like it. I think the braids are so cute and i would do both sides obviously, but it's very easy to do. I think these are going to be my go-to till i learned some new ones. We'Ve got some packages to unbox. I think the box is actually a christmas present, so i don't think i'm going to be able to show that, but the top one i believe it's from a swim company. I work with. Oh, i love these bags. It'S from lenny swims. They have the cutest stuff. They'Re, an australian-based swimwear brand, not sponsored, but they have these adorable sustainably made bathing suits. Oh my gosh, so cute i was actually gon na buy it sometime soon. I think this is called the maui set. I could be wrong, but it's this adorbs yellow set. How cute it's got all that russian going on and the bottoms look like this itsy bitsy, yellow, bikini, very adorable, and then this one is blue and white. I actually love that little trim love this style of top. I always wear these scoop neck styles, they're very flattering, and they really hold everything in and then the bottoms these ones are a little like more coverage-y and i think yeah. These are definitely high-waisted. So, thank you guys so much that is so sweet. I'M so excited to wear this soon. I just realized. I had one earring on that whole clip. That'S awesome. Also! This top is so cute. If i end up going to starbucks every single day of a vlogmas, you know you don't have to point it out. I have an addiction to starbucks right now, because i can go like days without caffeine because i've been doing that previously like i would go one or two days without coffee or matcha, which was crazy. But after i found my favorite starbucks drinks, i am just so obsessed with them and i love them so much and i need to get it. So that's what we're gon na do. I made plans with my friend who lives on the north shore and we're gon na watch the sunset together tonight, which would be fun because i haven't seen her in a bit. So i'm trying to figure out which one piece to use, because it's not the sunniest day out and it's been kind of a little bit chillier. So i don't want to wear a full-on bikini today. Never have. I ever said that i think we're gon na go with this one. I have no idea where this is from, because there's no tag on this, i remember i bought it from this local hawaii online store, but i love the material it has these beautiful cutouts. I haven't worn this one piece, yet i love the print it's so pretty. So i will see you guys in the car and we'll watch the sunset together tonight. It'S kind of rainy where i live right now, except i don't think it's going to be rainy at the north shore we'll see, though, because you never know with the weather here. It'S always like one thing and then suddenly it's the other, but i'm so excited. I brought my drone because i'm filming a main channel video i'm doing like a winter and hawaii night, routine, so that'll be really fun and i thought it'd be nice to get some drone shots because i invested in this thing. I might as well use it and also it just gets the most beautiful shots. When i was doing a ton of summer vlogs, you guys loved the drone stuff, and so did i gon na fly that baby it's been a while. I hope i hope i don't crash it. I crashed it my first time flying, but we don't have to. We don't have to talk about that, made it to kiki's currently waiting for bella to come. She, i don't think she lives too far from here, but came a little early since i'm filming my main channel video for 22 listening to tame impala. Of course, this is bella hi guys and we became friends through tick, tock, yeah, we're best seasons so yeah. That'S it period, basically we're in love with each other. Now sorry connor, sorry connor he's gon na watch it. Actually he does not watch my vlogs. I watch all of them, i'm so excited as you should, as i should you're gon na see more of her very often my vlogs too. I love you. Oh my god, i just got back. I had such a time with bella. That was my second time meeting. Her actually and we met because i commented on one for tech talk saying like yo. This is me, shooting my friendship shot and we actually became really good friends, she's, so so cool, very sweet. So yeah, i'm glad you guys got to meet her and i came home. I didn't really do black friday shopping. I did black friday shopping for my matcha, because that was on sale, so that was very nice. I couldn't pass this up and i'm going to show you just hear me out. I saw this on princess paulie's website and there was a 30 off code that i found it's so cute. There'S a matching scrunchie like how adorable is that. I know this vlog is getting very long. I don't know why i'm vlogging in my garage right now, but you know we're just switching it up.
