Hey guys welcome back to my channel or, if you're new, to my channel hi, my name is Hart. I like long walks on the beach nope. That'S false! I'Ve never done I've! Never done that before. So. For today's video we're doing a hairstyle video, which I am very pumped to film because it feels like I haven't done this in a really long time so today that is what we're doing so here is the hairstyle. This is my take on the double dutch double french braid, and i decided to do this hairstyle because a it's, an extremely popular trend right now, everybody's wearing it celebrities are wearing it and be. I think a lot of people think that they can't achieve this. With short hair, but today I'm here to prove to you that we can so to all my short haired girls out there. This is for you also it's an extremely easy hairstyle to do it's very chill, very laid-back, but also cute and chic, and put together all at the same time. I think that's pretty much it for the intro I'm gon na stop talking now and to move on to the hairstyle video here it is alright, so I'm starting off by prepping my hair. I have very fine hair, so I like to start my prep the night before and apply the full and plush root amp all over my roots. This will help mega, lift my hair and get tons of volume. Next, I'm just brushing my hair to get rid of any tangles. It'S hard doing, braids when your hair is super messy, so just make sure the tangles are all gone after parting. My hair, to the way I like it and taking the left section of my hair and tying it secure and working on the right section. First, so I'm starting by taking three small parts from the top of my head and start French braiding, which means and taking each end piece and crossing it over the middle piece. So, as I keep writing, I pick up a section of hair from the front and at the back and add those to the end pieces, and I just keep repeating those steps. So essentially, I just keep adding to the end pieces to create one big braid, but honestly when it comes to braiding, I break rules all the time, I'm not too strict about it, which is less stressful for me, because we all know that braiding can sometimes be Confusing but yeah, sometimes I just keep going and don't add more hair to the braid, which will actually give the braid a more messy look, which is what I'm going for. So after that I'm just finishing off the last bit of the braid. All the way down and securing it with an elastic band, so you can totally stop here and keep it like this. But, like I mentioned, I like mine, to be a little bit more on the messy side. So I'm going to loosen the braid a bit, and this will also give the illusion of fuller hair. Also, if you have thin hair like I do be careful, don't tug on it too much just really take your time with it, because the braids might come off and you'd have to start over. It'S happened to me before so you know just a little friendly reminder. After that, I'm taking my 48 hour ultra strong shear set hairspray and applying that all over the braid to secure it and keep it in place. You never want the braids to look or feel crunchy, so the breathable hold is key to tame the flyaways and have it still look good all right. So now, let's work on the next side. We'Re basically doing the exact same steps if you're a beginner don't be discouraged, if you don't get it on the first. Try practice makes perfect. If you make a mistake, it's just hair just start over and do it again also, I find that this hairstyle works better for second day hair. So if you're in a pickle one of these days and don't know what to do or you're just way too lazy to put way too much effort into your hair, this is the perfect hairstyle. It'S easy trendy and super chic. So here I'm doing the exact same thing: loosening up the braid to make it look a bit more fuller after that I'm spraying my shear set hairspray all over to secure it and after that, we're done. asmallpairofwings: My cop-out for this hairstyle is to just do a French-rope braid. Take to sections from one side of you hair and twist. Add hair to the one farthest from your face. Better to do when hair is wet if you want it to curl overnight.
