Tribal Braids On Short Hair

Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel if you're new welcome. Thank you so much for watching. I am Lata beauty and this video, I'm gon na, be showing you guys how I do my tribal braids down on short natural hair. So let's go ahead and get started. The first thing I like to do is take my edge tamer edge control, whatever it is, that will slip down the hair without causing tension. I usually go towards that and what I do is put it right into the hair, and then I want to comb it up so that it gets to where my party's gon na eventually be after. I do that. I will begin sectioning for my first set of braids and, while I'll do that I'll go ahead and speed it up because the process for sectioning for days so now I'm gon na clip away any of the hair. That does not need to be in the way of that section and then I'll go ahead and make my first part out of that section for the first braid after I apply just a little bit more now for the first braid, I'm gon na go ahead and Split the hair in three and then I'll go ahead and attach it to that little dread type of hair leave out that I decided to make - and I usually do that all the time just so that when I do add the hair, it's easier to grip and Put the hair into the braiding hair, hide it better. So, instead of doing the the tucking method, I usually just do it that and that's still part of the second method, but so I'm gon na continue to braid down and then I'll complete that whole step. All over again for the rest of the braids and I'll just let you guys see that instead of explained now, once I get to the top, I'm gon na continue to do what I did at the nape area. Moving on to the front, I'm going to do the feed-in braid method where, as I'm feeding in the hair as I braid down and sorry, you guys, I didn't realize that it was gon na go this fast. When I made the tap time-lapse video, so it is pretty fast, but I will make a separate video just to make up for this video you guys not being able to fully see the feeding method that I do for the tribal braids. So this dog took me about four four and a half hours. I'M stream ly happy with how this style came out. The length of the braids were about waist length a little bit towards her, but cuz she's only 5 foot. So it was a little bit longer on her after I finished the braids. I went ahead and tied it down with some mousse trim the ends and dipped it.
