Faded Red To Vibrant Red Hair Diy // How I Dye My Hair Red *

Hello, everybody welcome to my bathroom. So today i'm going to be dyeing my hair. As you can see, i have red hair. It actually looks surprisingly good on camera, but in real life, it's quite gross. It'S like a burnt orange color, and i i don't want that. I do not want a burnt orange color. I want a red fiery: red hair, london, bus, london, post box red. So back in march i dyed my hair red for the first time feeling quite adventurous. Yep, i'm gon na. Do it i'm gon na go red. Oh, my god, i've got a bad feeling a bit of a bad feeling. You know i mean so i have red hair, but i didn't realize how often you have to keep dyeing your hair red and how hard the upkeep is. I don't really know how to continue dyeing my hair red when i first started my hair red i used box dye, it was a permanent red box dye and because that worked well, the first time i just carried on every like two weeks, maybe using box dye, Which, by the way, is terrible for your hair because it's got bleach in it, like don't use box dye every time you want to dye your hair and then, when i kept needing to dye my hair again, i just used box dye and after a while there Was just like no difference, i would dye it thinking, it would go bright red again and it would just stay the same. Color and i'd be like what is going on, and i didn't really know how to how else to dye my hair apart from box dye. So i asked some of my friends whose moms are hairdressers and stuff because i needed some help and they advised me to get crazy color, which changed the game. So for my red hair, i got ruby rouge color and then i also got orange because the color on here that color looks purpley pinky. I don't want that. So i've got the orange as well just to mix it in together, so it balances out to be a fire red as opposed to like a purple. You get me so what you need to dye hair is a bowl that you don't care about some gloves and then your crazy color hair dye towel dry hair, so not dry, hair, towel dry hair. Does that mean damp hair? Oh my gosh! I really don't know i've literally done this before i've forgotten how i did it. It really doesn't look that bad on camera, but in real life, it's so disgusting. So this is the before i'm just gon na spray. I have a water okay here she is now. I'M gon na take my bowl. I'M gon na put more of the ruby rouge in it than the orange. I'M not quite sure what ratio it is, but i will just show you ew, so i'm gon na put maybe like that much that much and then, with the orange i'm gon na put like that mark the orange in there, then i'm gon na give it a Quick mix around i've got no actual like hair dyeing brushes, so i'm just using a cotton ear, bud thing to mix it around. Also, this color and the brand that do the crazy color it stains. It really does stain. So you need to wear gloves and if you get the dye on your like head or arms or anything, you need to wipe it off asap, oh my god, because it really does stain and when you wash it out, i would recommend putting your hair and drying Your hair in a dark black towel instead of a white tail, because you will ruin the white towel and for the first night, when you go to bed after your hair's dry and everything put your hair in a shower cap. Otherwise, the red will transfer to your bed covers it stains everywhere. Honestly, it's a bit of a pain in the ass, but after the first day, then it's fine, let's rock and roll baby. Okay, so i literally just scoop it with my hands and put it on my head, so i'm just gon na i'm just gon na do that it looks literally if you have thicker hair. You definitely should probably part it and do it section by section yeah. I'Ve already run out of um die, so i'm gon na have to make a new batch. I'Ve only really done like one half of my hair, even if i need to go over so i definitely need to make more than what i did. Okay, so i've finished. Putting it all over my hair, i'm just grouping it all together and going through it to make sure it's evenly placed, but, as you can see, i really need to clean my head. I'Ve got it all over my head, all over my arms, i'm definitely gon na stain myself right. So i'm gon na leave this in my car for 15 to 30 minutes. It says so. I'M just gon na set time off for like 20 minutes, yeah 20 minutes. Then hop in the shower wash it out, and then i got red hair wow. So this is how my hair has turned out a lot better than before a lot more vibrant. It'S definitely more on the pinky purpley kind of side, but i guess that is a bit better, because when it washes out it will be more pinkish than orange, because i really don't like it when it goes orange, but yeah so much more, vibrant and better. I'M actually gon na start it now i'm gon na curl, my hair, because i'm going out tonight, if you haven't watched uh the previous video get ready with me going out clubbing then link is up there.
