What is going on my broskies, my name is toadski back again here to bring you guys yet another one piece treasure cruise video and finally, today, i'm here to bring you guys the showcase video for none other than the most anticipated legend for a very long time. It seems like for one piece treasure cruise being the red hair pirates, otherwise known as the shanks crew legend. This is one of the best legends in the game, uh even on jp standards. He is so phenomenal and you guys can be seeing in this video. Some of the things that he is capable of doing um. We have some garp challenges. We have some colosseums. We got a raid boss to take you guys through with the brand new shanks crew, so before we get into all of that, we want to obviously break him down for you guys just in case, if you need a little bit more clarification as to what he Actually does so, of course, he is a dual unit. The first unit, that's at is this shanks character. Shanks'S form is a psycho cerebral. His captain effect is a rainbow 3.5 captain. 1.2, health and quick slots are beneficial to your team and he has an added utility effect in his captain, where he just resists 10 turns of special bind all the time so already just that alone is really good, but it gets even better. So when you switch into the other form being the beckman lucky roo and yasa, they are a quick shooter cerebral captain effect of a 3.25 rainbow 1.2 health size slots are beneficial to your team 10 damage reduction and also the added utility before with the 10 turns Of special bind removal passively all the time. So again you can remember you can have both of these up at the same time, so you can make quick and size lots beneficial. You can have damage reduction and obviously have lots of special vine removal. Now this character's special ability, when you uh, go ahead and use their special. It will go ahead and cut all enemies hp by 20 and it bypasses defensive effect. So that's fantastic, and then you get a 3.5 times chain lock for three turns and of course they fuse into their dual form for three turns as well um. The three turns of chain lock is really good, and i definitely make use of that, especially in the garp challenges which you guys will be seeing later on in this video. Now. As for the dual version of the captain effect, it's just phenomenal how good this captain effect is. Arguably the best captain effect in the game. 4.5 rainbow attack boost 1.2 rainbow health boost, quick and size slots are beneficial to your team. You get 20 damage reduction, so he has the health boost and the damage reduction combination, which is real deadly, and then he also also has the passive effect of resisting 10 turns of special blind once again, but in his dual form he actually has a new mechanic Where, depending on the amount of perfects that you hit during that turn, he does end of turn damage to all enemies at the end of the turn. So if you guys are more well in tune with v2 or kainu, it's pretty much the same as v2 akainu except number one. It'S a higher multiplier. It'S double the multiplier and number two. It attacks all enemies, not one enemy like v2 akanu. So you can see how busted this captain effect really is now even as a sub. He completely avoids special bind on himself, so you can actually use him really good as a he's one of the best subs in the game, because you have a really amazing switch effect. This switch effect will change adjacent slots into matching, and you get a rainbow 1.5 attack boost for your team. So you can really understand how this could be used as a sub. You can use his switch effect to get guaranteed three matching orbs on your team. As a sub, you get a 3.5 chain lock for multiple turns um and obviously he completely resists special binds. So you can always get his special to activate like this unit is freaking awesome and is no doubt a t0 legend. Obviously, this character is so good, so i guess without further ado, let's talk about shanks a little more in the showcase video so getting into the swing of things. With this showcase video. First of all, we got two different colosseum clips. We got one against coliseum law and one against colosseum oven, which were the available colosseums out right now, which are the two of the most difficult ones that are out right now. Uh, this specific colosseum against trafalgar law is also relatively difficult, but here with the shanks crew. One thing to note as well. I did mention it in one of my previous videos, where i showcased on colosseum lore as well. Is that if you have an attack boost on your team and then you use tm big mom uh, the trafalgar law does not actually trigger an interrupt against attack boost, because that is something that he does so with shanks crew and use their switch effect. And he give gives you the attack, boost and then use the big mom special uh. He actually will not react, so it's actually really really good right um. So there are a bunch of characters you can use with shanks crew and i'm not going to go through and list like every single itty litty little bit of character that can work with shank's crew. Remember he is a flat out rainbow legend uh, very similar to luffy lore back in the day, um the gear for luffy and snake man. Like he's just a rainbow legend, you can literally bring whatever you want like look at the characters on this team. Like a lot of these characters are completely unrelated and will not synergize on a lot of different teams right, but the fact that he is a rainbow captain just means you can do whatever you want. Now in this video i did not showcase usage as a sub, because his usage as a sub is very, very good, and we just talked about that a little earlier on in the video and shanks crews as a sub is going to give you a lot of Damage output, of course, and he could be put on a lot of different teams, mainly cerebral - would be some of his best teams because no matter which character he switches into he is classified as a cerebral character which definitely helps him out, and the fact is that Every single turn you can activate his switch effect, which will guarantee you three matching slots as a sub and two as a captain, as well as a 1.5 rainbow attack boost. This is very, very good as a captain. By the way um, you guys will be seeing in the gap challenges once we get into those towards the end of the video. The fact that you can switch into you know the different version, every single turn, which will guarantee you four matching slots and a 1.5 attack boost is actually stupid. It is so good um and i don't really go into very difficult guard challenges. We only take on dophi one and the revolutionary army number one, but nonetheless, this character is phenomenal. So remember, shanks is going to be a chain locker with his special ability when you actually activate it and it's a chain lock for three turns so you can actually activate it on hypothetically stage, four of a fight and then carry it into stage five. That is something that you can actually do, and another really cool thing about it as well is that his captain ability upon becoming the dual form is just out of this world, is legitimately probably on global. The best captain effect in the game. I'D say in terms of just captain effects: just captain effects alone. I'D say the only other captain that would rival it would be like luffy law and maybe douglas bullet in terms of just raw captain. But the fact that you can get 4.5 rainbow. You have an hp boost and damage reduction, two beneficial slots - you have the v2 aquino effect, but for all characters. Right um. This character is just bonkers right, of course, uh. The normal attacks only does nerf that captain effect in terms of you dealing damage, but it's still an effect that can get around a lot of really annoying mob characters, as well as getting through resilience buffs as well, which is something you guys will be seeing towards The end of this video, when we take on the dopey gap, challenge we're on the final stage. There'S like a bunch of enemies. There uh we can literally just use the shank special and target only the dophi and then the end of turn. Damage is going to kill everyone else. It'S just absolutely stupid. So in this clip here, this is shank's crew. Using his end of turn, damage to finish off the the uh, the trafalgar law, not even having to activate any particular boost at the end of that. At the end of that turn, there we can literally just hit our perfix and the 2 million damage. At the end of the turn is going to be more than enough to take down the trafalgar law, and the secondary clip here is against coliseum oven. Um oven has been out for a relatively long time now on global. So he's not like, like a a high-end difficulty coliseum, but he he does still have a little bit of annoying mechanics that you do have to deal with so uh. Of course, stage. Three you've got all these bomb orbs and stuff, but we're actually using the dual unit of bato and cavendish to get type advantage against the daifuku here and then, of course, on the final stage, we can switch into cavendish and get type advantage against the oven himself. Now the really cool thing here is that, with switch abilities alone, we can allow the baton cavendish to get a 1.5 attack boost and a 1.5 or boost every single turn just through those switch abilities, which is great. Of course, we do get inflicted with remove sfx, which is why we specifically have luchi and kaku here, but not overly needed um and, of course, jinbei is really nice for removing defensive effects. The other units are just here just to aid our team for getting through the content, but uh mainly this is just showcasing, uh, batu and cavendish, just another sub that doesn't really, you wouldn't really think, would synergize well with shanks, but in certain pieces of content like Batu and cavendish is going to be a really good sub for you, and this is one of the great benefits that shanks crew has the fact that he is a rainbow captain and you can literally run whatever you want. As long as the character you know is able to launch this special, you know some specials have certain conditions, like your captain has to be a certain color or a certain class. In order for things to activate so in very specific circumstances, you will have to use some units, but a lot of the time you can literally run whatever you want. As long as you have the right effects to get around the gimmicks, and then you have the damage output, which shanks will be able to provide to your team with his amazing, special and god tier captain ability. Furthermore, just talking about how versatile shanks crew is remember, being a rainbow captain, um means that you know the the better your character box is the better shanks crew will be able to be utilized in your teams, so shanks crew is obviously going to be one of The best characters to reroll for or starting your account with, if you get shanks crew, be very happy he's going to make your life a whole lot easier in a lot of early game content and, of course, he's going to carry you through a lot of the End game content as well, but for those people that have a lot of other characters in their character box, you know with better utility, better or manipulation better or boosters color affinity, just a lot of characters that can synergize well with this guy or even don't synergize. Well, with this guy, just different characters and versatility is going to make shanks so much better because in some of the high high difficulty content, like i'm talking some of those 13 star difficulty, content that will be coming out in the future. Shanks crew is going to be some of those uh best captains to use because he partners up so well with so many other characters, him being a rainbow captain means you can partner him up with some of the best other characters in the game. Right, you can partner him up with sabo and koala. You can partner him up with luffy law right, there's, so many good combinations that you have here and, of course, even with luffy law. Specifically, that means that you can have a character such as luffy lord, giving you the 2.5 rainbow or boost you can have the 3.5 chain lock for multiple turns you can make luffy lore go through defensive effects and barriers and stuff with that chain lock with the Attack boost that he gives himself and the all boosts like this, a lot of really good things that shanks crew is able to do, and, of course, it really does depend on how many other good characters you have will improve this character even further. So this clip that you're seeing now is against raid big mom, which is arguably one of the most difficult clash. Events in the game, but shanks crew makes light work of it, especially with some of the characters we have on the team that deck smoker is very good, of course, against this clash, big mom, allowing you to switch your captain, allowing you to avoid special rewind for Your captain, which is obviously very good um, then you've got perispero for all of his amazing effects. Lucy with his rainbowed orb seal to completely resist all bind which is great katakuri to remove some attack down. We did actually have the support effect of limited recruit to shigi on the smoker, which actually resists two turns of attack down, so that, in tandem with that, katakuri means that we can remove all of the attack down. That we would have been inflicted on stage three, which makes it much much easier. And, of course, another thing as well is when you are burnt that can be a pretty big hindrance to your team and with a very high chain lock of 3.5 means that you know, even though you are burnt, it's not really the end of the world, because You deal serious amount of damage, even if you are hitting grates with a 3.5 chain lock, it really does make a humongous difference to your damage and shanks crew is like a really nice character for future proofing yourself, because, as it stands right now, the sai super Type is actually finally being released on the japanese side of the game with the new summer, boa hancock and there is still room for a potential another. You know sci super type captain later on down the line, but also the quick super type stuff right with the sugar and the smoker, both of which can work extremely well with shanks crew, as well um right here, you're, seeing a clip of the first of the Garp challenges we're going through this is against the doflamingo challenge and we're using a quick shooter team which is really cool. So we have two different shooter teams here. We'Ve got a quick shooter team against dophie and a size shooter team against the revolutionary army. Now it was funny because when these gap challenges first came out, the shooter ones were my most difficult ones personally to clear. I found them extremely annoying to deal with, but now you know clearing them, not only just clearing them. You know by themselves with the shooter class, but also clearing a color one as well, so this will actually fulfill the condition for not only the shooter class, but also for the quick typing as well, which is it's crazy. This is a very, very good team and it does get the job done. Um. It is a little finicky, i will say the the next team you guys are going to be seeing with the size. Shooters is much better and i'm not saying this is the best quick shooter team out there there's probably a better one, that's more optimized, but it does get the job done, which is good, uh and, of course, some of the other characters here. Coliseum magellan, who's, just a phenomenal character, really good free to play unit. Arguably one of the best free-to-play units in the game and, of course, we've got gotti, which i don't use that often, but he's really nice for allowing us to stall against the rebecca. We'Ve also got this quick luchi v2, which uh not only reduces enemy defense but reduces paralysis, which we do use a couple of times in this run, and then also the stampede raid, uphoo and capone, which removes four turns of despair, which is good because every time We'Re inflicted with despair on this stage. We'Re inflicted by four turns on stage two and four turns on stage five. I think it is um, so it's nice that you have the ability to not only remove that, but also give your free spirit and shooter characters. A 1.75 or booster another thing to note with this team is: we are using the nl ship, which i have not used in a very very long time, but the nl ship is very good right because it works if to boost the quick and side typing so Of course, shanks is able to fulfill that and you can use the special ability of the ship to deal fixed damage towards the enemy. So we can actually use it on the treble stage to get rid of those mobs which are very, very annoying to deal with. So that's very, very good for our team that we're able to do that and we get plenty of stalling to make sure that we are able to use the specials when we need them. But anyways guys. I'M going to leave you guys with the rest of this clip and i'll see you guys once we get to the final of the garp challenge clips with shanks crew foreign, i want him bring out. Hmm, please are you so. The final clip in this video is against the revolutionary army guard challenge with a psy shooter team. Now this team is pretty dope. We are using chiffon, which has the support of the bathtime carrot, which is able to remove enemies. Defense up by two turns, whenever you hit a perfect with the character, which is how we are getting around this kuma stage, it makes it a lot easier. That'S for sure um we've got v2 kuzan v2 kuzan is like high key, like a really good character for shanks crew, because when you use his special ability it gives you a full board of either side, orbs or quick. Orbs and remember you can have you know both of the captains up to make those orbs beneficial to your team, but then also the v2 cruiser gives your signed, quick characters. A 2.25 attack boost like it's ridiculous, how good it is, and then we've got kuma with double special activation to remove bind. We could have had the bonnie support as well, but i wanted to use the special of kuma here just to see if we could ko the enemy and luckily enough, we did actually ko the the robin right there. Now it doesn't actually matter if we did get that or not, because if we hit all of our perfect, it's going to deal over 2 million damage and it would have killed the robin anyway. But it's awesome that we actually got it to activate there. And then our last character is the world clash, ace which does not see much play. But if you guys don't know what he does, the world clash ace gives your team a full board of matching slots, a 1.75 attack boost and a 1.75 or boost, and it also boosts your chain multiplier. The only downside is is that when you launch the a special he binds himself for 50 turns so essentially it's like your last ditch effort to deal damage um before you know. You basically can't use your character so uh, it's actually really good, because even though ace is going to be binded for 50 turns, which is a pretty big downside, remember when we use the shank special, we have a huge chain lock, so our chain multiplier is not Going to be hindered by that so again, just showing some of the really cool things that you can do with the shanks crew legend and there are actually a decent amount of int characters or really annoying int bosses that you guys are seeing here. We'Ve got the ivankov here and then we also have the mole on the other stage and by utilizing the switch effects, every single turn with the shanks crews. We can enable us to get those beneficial slots and the attack boost, which makes dealing with the van gogh and the malay a lot easier. But against more like we're just going to go ahead and launch the kuzan special and deal a crap ton of damage towards him, so it makes uh dealing with maule way easier, even with the barrier on top of it. If he didn't have the barrier, we probably could have killed the entire stage in one turn, but either way it's nice that you have the ability to do that and then of course, once we move on to the next stage, we can remove the bind with the Kuma make sure we get our stall ready. So we have the shanks crew special again ready for the final boss stage, but overall i've been impressed so far with shanks crew and i'm excited to use him more in the future. Very very powerful legend. And hopefully you guys were able to get him in the latest sugar fest. If not, i wish you guys the best of luck with getting him in the future, whether it be from future sugo fest or from treasure, map tickets or rare recruit tickets, because a lot of the rare recruit tickets that they've been giving out throughout the french anniversary Have actually included some of the new batch in it, so i'm so i'm sure some of you guys out there actually probably got shanks crew or some of the new batch characters from the tickets itself.
