Update 60 Days Later, Gray Hair Rescind | Reversing Gray Hair Growth

Hey guys, hi, how are you doing welcome back in this episode? I'M just gon na give you guys a really quick rundown on my 60 days since I have been taking this gray hair rescind okay and it's from life vitality, and it is with a component called catalase, and you probably most of you, have been following the journey Along when I first started about 60 days ago, so I am on my third bottle starting now, so I finished two bottles of this and each bottle is for a 30 day supply you're supposed to take two a day, so it has 60 capsules in it. Two a day and then you know just keep taking it every day with your vitamins or whatever. So this is my hair now I have washed it two days ago. So this is my. You know, disclaimer on how my hair is. I have not colored my hair for over sixty days. It was like a little bit. Maybe what is it so? Sixty days is like eight weeks, probably about nine or ten weeks. I have not put any dye on my hair, any permanent or any semi-permanent or any wash out or anything anything anything completely natural. This is my hair now, so I'm gon na come in close and I'm going to show you my hair and also as we go along. I will be up this way. I will be putting some pictures over here on my updates. You know, and the pictures do have like the time stamp on it, so the date that I took it, so you guys can see any progress. If you do see progress, I I think I see some progress, but you know you guys be the judge of that. So I'm gon na put it over here, so you guys can see that, but I'm gon na come in close now. Hopefully it won't crap out on me, but this is my hair and I just you know all I did was basically blow-dry it. Yesterday I ran a flat iron through my hair. You know this morning as I'm doing my my videos. This is a natural highlight in my hair. My hair always picks up a little bit extra highlight and the on the front of the face, especially in the summer. You know, summer months and spring months, so this is all natural. I did not do anything to it. If you can tell, I don't know how much you can tell, but the demarcation seems about over here. So this is about how much I can see it yeah. This is about how much has grown out in in the sixty days, plus so two months. So this is it I'm gon na kind of go down there, and so you guys can see in there and then, if you can see probably around this much I'm looking off the side of my head here. No small feat, but this is about sixty days growth right over here. As you can see, this is the lighter. You know kind of Auburn II shade that I usually you know, tell my beautician to put on and yeah - and this is my darker. You know dark blonde-ish, shade that is coming in okay, so there you go top of my head. There you go now. Did it take away 100 % of all the gray? No, it did not. Did it keep me from getting grayer. Yes, it did. Did it make my hair almost um, I would say a darker, more vibrant color coming in. I believe so I think before I started this journey as I call it. The hair that was growing in on top of my head was a combination of just just a nondescript color. It was almost like a great gray tone or grayscale. It was just variations of starting to be gray, it wasn't vibrant. There was no real color to it or depth to it or anything like that. That is half the reason that I started. You know coloring my hair just to get a little vibrancy in it. Some color depth some some just some difference in it. You know - and I I really when I started this - I was like. Oh my gosh. How long can I stay without coloring, my hair, I'm gon na go crazy because it's gon na look horrible and I really will want to color my hair now that urge kind of stopped after the second or third week in to taking these supplements. Okay, I felt like I really I could tolerate it like. I was looking at it. I'M like okay, this isn't half bad, it's not horrible coming in and as it was growing in further and further, I just literally didn't even think about doing anything with my hair. I really didn't uh, you know I would wash it now. I have been using for the past month or so the Nizoral shampoo, and that is like a like a dandruff II shampoo and it's just basically for dry scalp, and you know I have like I used to have like a little itchy. You know scabby kind of thing back here, so you know I went to that and if anything, it's um, it's not the type of shampoo that lends itself for coloring or anything like that. Now they don't say not to use it if you color your hair, but they don't say to use it if you color your hair either. So I wasn't babying my hair's. What I'm trying to say, I wasn't using any special. You know color enhancing shampoos, or you know shampoos that make your hair hair color not fade out. You know the the dye in your hair not fade out or not strip. I wasn't using anything like that. I was just using that shampoo or I would use like what is it Ren, your Ren, or something like that shampoo, basically organic, but not not anything that is like for keeping the hair and the color in your hair. I'M trying to put my words together here, not helping to put the color or just or to have the color stay in my hair. Wasn'T doing anything special like that. So again, what you see is what you get this is it about over. Here, I think, is about the you know the cut off, as you can see there there like right here and then like right there trying to see it there. You go the only other thing I have been taking, but I have been taking this for about three or four months before I started taking the catalyzes biotin. I'Ve been doing that since the beginning of the year, maybe even the end of last year, so about four or five months consistently and I haven't seen any you know. I I have seen like my hair not fall out as much or or things of that nature. But the biotin really didn't help with any of the coloring or to maintain my color or to take away the gray so yeah, that's not what it's for it's for me, maybe keeping more hair on your head, but really not for any. You know coloring or anything like that. What else have I been using? I think that's it. That'S all I've been doing for my hair. So again, this is sixty days in two bottles done. You see completely empty, two bottles done and that's it. That'S all. Well, I continue to take this. I do have two more bottles that the company has sent me, so I will be finishing that up I'll probably be buying that on my own. After that, I don't know if I'll be doing any more updates, I mean I think 60 days is a valid valid test, if I do mention it in a future, video it'll be just in passing, but I will continue to take this. You know from now on so that is that, will I be coloring my hair, I haven't made up my mind yet I will be coloring my hair. If I feel like, I need to change up my hair color or get something kind of snazzy for the summer or you know if my beauty salon specialist, if she says hey, let's put highlights in your hair, I might play around with it in the future. I don't know yet I haven't made up my mind, I'm I don't care you really, honestly, it's not something like yeah. I must do it again, because my hair is so bad. If I do it I'll do it, because I want to play with my hair, I just want to do something different with my hair. Usually my hair has always been a you know, a medium blonde with some like, I said, some golden or reddish strawberry blonde highlights. In it or tones in it, so probably will you know maybe in the fall, maybe I'll do something different. I don't know, I'm honestly can't tell you right now, you'll see it when you see it, you know is what I'm saying but yeah. I really. I have no, I have had no physical side effects. I'Ve had absolutely no detrimental, you know, oh my gosh, you know I'm breaking out in hives or there's something in this pill. I haven't had nothing like that. I can read you hold on. Let me clean my glasses here and I'll try to read you some of the extracts that are in here and I will leave you the link in my you know in the description here below again, for if you do want to pick it up, it's just an Affiliate link, but you can use it alright. So what does it have in here? It has vitamin b6, it has folic acid, it has biotin, it has pantothenic acid, it has zinc, it has copper. It has, of course, the catalase which it is known for and that's about 5,000 IU's it's got horse tail stem saw palmetto, berries now saw palmetto is something probably you shouldn't take. If you're pregnant I've heard that it has pa ba or pas Bom, and which is an acid it has l-tyrosine, it has plan sterols, 45 % beta all to staring role. It has a nettle, root, extract, chlorophyll, extract two percent from chlorella, it has photo root, powder and barley, grass, juice powder and, and that is in it's got some gelatin from bovine in it. So if you're, you know kosher, obviously it's got some bovine gelatin in it. Vegetable of magnesium, stearate and silicon dioxide allergen warning contains soy plant sterols and wheat barley grass. So if you have any of these allergy components, you know you have to stay away from this, but that's that's it. That'S all it has. In there there you go again. Yeah and so far so good, I I enjoy it, I like it, I will continue taking it and that's it. That'S all I got ta say about it. So thank you again for joining me.
