That'S why sodium Laurie and shampoo is not a great idea for African Americans because it strips the moisture out. You want to make sure if you're pulling your hair back and in a ponytail or bun to not have it so tight, because it's put strain and tension and stress on the hair as well. And you really want to make sure to condition your hair or not. Weekly or at least a monthly basis, along with hot oil treatment, which are really good for your hair.
