Growing Out My Gray Hair

Hi everyone, so what i have for you today might be the world's most random video, but i figure i might as well make it in case. Somebody else wants to be on this journey too. So what is this journey? It'S me growing out my gray hairs. As you can see, i've already made some serious progress, yeah. Obviously, i've been blessed with genetics. Thanks to my mom, i have gray hairs. I found my first gray hairs when i was 14 and they were full length, so they were probably at least three years old by that point. But anyway i'm going to grab my gray hairs. I am petrified, but i'm dying to see what it's going to look like, and i wish i could say that i'm doing this to throw a middle finger at society's beauty standards, but it's really just unrelenting laziness. I am beyond sick of dyeing my hair, and i mean it's just gotten out of control. I mean i can start seeing gray after two weeks, so i'm just over it and i always wanted to dye my hair fun colors. But i couldn't because i had permanent dark color on top of gray hairs, so there's no way. I was gon na bleach that so i feel like. If i let my hair grow out, then i can have cool lavender hair one day or something i mean you never know until you try it. So i'm going to document it on here not only to hold me accountable, but to motivate people in case they want to try it too. I might look a little bit weird, but honestly i just don't care, but i mean maybe i'll try to hide it with some hats or something. The last time i dyed my hair. It was april 30th, 20, no april 30th wow. Why did i just randomly say that april 23rd, 2022 and it is today - is it's tuesday july 19, 2022. july 19, 2022.. Anyway. I also cut my hair yesterday on a whim. You want to see it's actually two different lengths. I got ta fix it. It doesn't look too bad, but i think this side's a little bit longer yeah kind of anyway, i'm just so lazy with maintaining all of this stuff, so we're gon na see what happens. This is three months in so it looks like this. My part is a little bit, but i mean look if i right here. It'S a lot whiter and it seems like the majority of the white hairs, are framing my face. See that it's a lot crazier in the sunlight too. But if i were to go like over here, then there's not that much, but then i have another patch right here, so you can see why i'm just so sick of it. So this is 12 weeks without dyeing my hair and we'll see how crazy i look over the next year now, if you happen to already have done part of this process or you have gray hair, i have a question: have you dyed it fun colors and do The colors wash out because i think it would be so cool to start dyeing it fun colors, but if they don't wash out, i don't really want to risk that because i don't want to start over so you let me know anyway. This is very random video, but maybe it'll inspire you to stop dyeing your hair. I mean it's such a pain, it's useless! It'S toxic chemicals you're. Putting on your scalp, there's no point to it. I mean who cares if people have gray hairs? Am i right except watch me want to dye my hair back and because i have tried to grow it out before and i was frightened by myself. I think i've gone until my gray was like right here, so i don't know we'll see i'm going to try to commit for fun colors. I want lavender hair anyway. That'S all that i'm going to talk about in this video, i'm dyeing my hair gray.
