Best Curly Hair Products | 2021 | My Winners | Gray Hair

Hi lovelies, it's breezy girl here back again with another video super super excited for today's video because it is literally almost a couple days before 2021 ends and i wanted to end my channel with a video with a bang. Well, not really, but i wanted to show you all my favorite products that i've been using throughout 2021 now. I did start this channel back in september, but that doesn't mean that i wasn't trying different products since september. I'Ve been trying different types of products way back when, since i can remember - and i want to tell you all my favorites for 2021 - and i just wanted to create this channel - and just you know see if i could help anyone out there who is struggling with With curly hair, you know for the longest time i didn't accept my curly hair. I wanted that sleek shiny asian hair um that almost asian people have - and you know i didn't have that. I spent so much amount of money. Um straightening, my hair, getting it relaxed. Um, you know flat ironing it for like half of my life until i recently was just like. You know what i am accepting, who i am and i'm going to love myself, and so that's why i created this channel so that i can help you with your curly hair journey, so um without further ado. Let'S talk about my favorite products for 2021.. Okay. So, let's just jump right into it. We are gon na go through a list of all the things that i've used this year now some of these products - i do still have some of them. I don't some of them i've thrown away, maybe like two of them. I returned and uh whatever it may be: i'm not going to actually show you them physically, but i will show you a picture of them here on the side. So that way you see the product and you see a visual uh and you're familiar with it um. So the first thing we're gon na go and break it down with is shampoo and conditioner. My favorite shampoos that i've used this year were the carol's daughter, the monoi brand. This i used in the beginning of the year. The second shampoo and conditioner is going to be from maui moisture the hair care line. So that's that right there and the third shampoo and conditioner is the dippity. Do girls with curls, which is that right there now of those three shampoos and conditioners, which one do you think is my favorite shampoo? Okay, if you guessed girls with curls dippity, do you're absolutely correct. Now i um love this brand because it just doesn't weigh down my hair and it's just not too creamy but good enough to moisturize my dry silver hair. So deputy do girls with curls wins, shampoo and conditioner is leave-in conditioners. Now i don't really use a whole lot of leave-in conditioners too, but i have used them and i do use them time to time, but i don't really add it to my routine. So this uh category is gon na, be the garnier sleek and shine, and that's that brand right there. I know you guys have seen that brand and then the second one is the shea moisture leave-in and that's that brand right there of the two which one do you think is my favorite leave-in conditioner. If you guess shea moisture, you are right. Shea moisture this product just does really well for me too, the garnier it does smell, really really amazing, but it just was too heavy for the hair as well. So definitely, the shea moisture wins this category for leave-in conditioner, okay, the next category. This is curl creams. Now we're gon na um be a little bit longer on this topic because i have tried so many curl creams you guys uh. I don't even know how many but um curl creams seems to be my struggle um. So i have broken it down to four subcategories and the first one that i used is the cantu moisturizing curl activator. That'S that right there. The second one is by mark anthony professional. This is their styling curl cream, and that's that one there. I know you've seen this um around in like um local stores, so you um do know that they um have this everywhere. The third uh curl cream is gon na, go to curlsmith featherlight protein cream, and that's there right now and then the last one is going to be the cantu moisture, uh curl cream, which is just a recent one that i just used on my video for finger. Coiling so of these four curl creams, which curl cream do you think wins? Okay, we it's an obvious for this one. My favorite curl cream for 2021 is gon na, be the curlsmith light protein cream. Now this has worked wonders for my hair. Now it is a little bit pricier than the norm: okay, uh, but because i'm obsessed with this, i will spend the extra money, because a little bit of this product goes a long way now, especially if you section your hair. Now all these other um curl creams um have worked for me, but one of them in particular the cantu moisture one. When i did, the finger coiling was just way too thick, so that one i gave away um someone who needed it more than i did for their hair type um the mark anthony. You know it just didn't, really do anything for my hair. I felt like it was just like a may. You know, but um the cantu moisturizing curl activator cream would be my number two, but definitely for this category. The curlsmith featherlight protein wins so yay. Okay, the next category is going to be gel now. Um. I'Ve also used a couple gels um throughout this year and gel is, is really hard to find as well um. You know you have to um, try different gels to see what your hair, it you know, is what works with your hair. So the first gel that i started with is the cantu styling gel and that's the maximum hold that's right there. The second gel is the garnier curl treat it's the jelly gel. That looks just like that. The next one is going to be the aussie instant freeze, the 20 hour max hold, and then the last gel is going to be the girls with curls deputy. Do jelly now of these four gels, which gel do you think, is my favorite? If you guessed the aussie instant freeze, 20 hour max hold, you are correct. Now i, like all of these gels, but the one that worked for me. The best is the aussie and i just recently started using this too uh, but this one just definitely holds the curls much longer. They still look amazing after um day, two and day three uh, when i refresh um so aussie, you are the winner for gel. For 2021, thank you for being made. Okay. The next category is going to be curl refreshers. Now i haven't made a video on how to refresh day 2, day, 3 or even day 4 hair, but i do refresh and uh. You will see a video coming up. Uh shortly soon, uh with curl refresher, the first um uh product is going to be the cantu comeback next day, curl revitalizer and that's that brand right there and the second one is gon na go to the aussie miracle, um curls, which is this one right there And if you guess the aussie miracle curls, you are correct. Now i do like the cantu as well. I was using that for a very very long time, but that is thicker gel or thicker refresher than uh the aussie and the aussie is more like a spray. So it's like water kinda, but it somehow magically makes her curls nice again, so definitely definitely recommended. If you haven't tried it, it smells really amazing too. It'S my favorite color refresher right now. Okay, the next step is deep conditioner. Now i deep condition at least once a week. If i have the time sometimes it becomes once every two weeks, but i do try to deep condition my hair and uh. This is only about um, two deep uh, two deep conditioners that um we are gon na. Go with the first one is the maui hair mask and that's that right there and the second deep mask is gon na be from, i think that's. This is how you say it: creighton's professional curlplex, with moringa oil. So of these two, my favorite is gon na. Go to the maui hair mask. I made a video about this mask and it works wonders. I also use this curl mask when i want to curl train so maui um hair mask you are the winner for deep conditioners for 20 21. Thank you. Okay, guys. You know at the last um step of your hair routine, and i've used many different types of oils too uh and i broke it down to three um categories or three um products and the first one is gon na, be the ogx coconut miracle. So you've seen that in my video as well, the second one is going to be the aussie miracle moist, that is the second oil and the last one is going to be from crow smith. This is actually their number one seller and uh. That looks just like that. This is a little bit pricier as well um, but works wonders of those three oils which one do you think is my favorite. If you said the aussie miracle moist, you are absolutely correct. Now the aussie um hair products that i've gone, and you know i've only gotten three products from them and i haven't tried anything else, but so far all three have been amazing. This oil is doesn't weigh down my hair, it hydrates it and it just smells amazing. Um, the curl smith, i really wanted to love and it worked wonderfully as well, but because my hair was or my hair is gray, it was turning my hair amber, which is the actual color of the oil. So you know i had to return that one and that's how i got the curl cream, because i exchanged it um, but as much as i loved it. I really wish curl smith can make just a clear one without any color uh, because i would definitely probably get it, but as for now, i am going to stick with aussie uh cheaper and works as well good as well so yeah um.
