What'S going on guys welcome back to the channel today, i just have a real, quick video for you guys with some information that may help some of you out. So when i got the upgraded suit spider-man from hot toys once taking it out of the package, i noticed that the tom holland head sculpt had a thick gray film on the hair. I'Ve been told after the fact that this was maybe some type of uh protectant. Some of you guys out there with more knowledge in the area of painting to. Let me know if you've seen this before what exactly it is, but the first thing i did was try to wipe it off with the cloth. Then that didn't work. I tried a little bit of water. Didn'T work, tried a little bit of water and soap that didn't work. I said, let me try a little dab of alcohol, even that didn't get it. So i did a little bit of research and i came across an article. I think it was on reddit where they suggested trying to use a soft bristle toothbrush. So i tried that and that did the job. So if any of you guys are having this issue, which i think some people are because when i posted this in the facebook group, a couple of people mentioned that theirs came this way as well, although theirs wasn't as thick as mine, so they assumed that it Was supposed to be that way? I'M not sure this is the widespread issue. I doubt it is. I don't know if it's limited to just this figure, but since this is the one that it happened to with me, i figured i would just share this information and if you guys have this head sculpt, you can take a look now. I do have the black and gold suit spidey as well, and that comes with the tom holland head sculpt, but that one uses a different type of paint application. It'S a little bit of a different shade of brown on the hair and i didn't notice any issues with that. So i'm guessing, it may just be limited to a few pieces, maybe a certain batch or something, but if you've seen this happen on other figures, let me know like i said if you're familiar with what this may be, let me know, but basically the fix is Just take a toothbrush and lightly brush it off. You may even be able to use a different type of brush like a makeup brush or something like that. It'S not going to you know, do any damage to the paint. Basically, that's the biggest consideration. I guess, when you're deciding whether or not you want to use this method um, but the only alternative, besides using a brush that i can see, is actually sending it back and getting another copy of the figure which is perfectly fine. If that's the route, you want to go because these aren't cheap figures by any means, but for those who don't want to go through the hassle and want to give this method a shot there you go. So thank you guys for watching. If you haven't checked out my hot toys, tour video check that out, i bought about 20 plus hot toys in a month to get my collection started. I have more on the way, so thank you guys for all of your support and i will see you on the next video peace.

暮江瓊: Omg, I've just had this problem. It didn't happen few months ago. And today I'm just take a little peek, oh gosh, I thought it was moldy( freaking out). But thanks a lot, it's not . I use brush as well, it worked. And now I'm looking for the cause of formation while seeing your video on YouTube. What a surprise! I got mine in April last year. But I haven't seen others noticing this problem in East Asia.(Google in Mandarin and get nothing.)
